I bought a house in the middle of winter had no idea what I needed in terms of fuel and how it all worked. I called for pricing and knew within the first few minutes that this was the company I will be working with exclusively. Tim was so helpful took the time to explain my system to me was so friendly and helpful. There was no need to price compare as the cost was extremely reasonable and the customer service excellent!!

Fast and reliable. Just bought a house in Marcellus with an oil-based heating system. Had to refill the tank twice this winter and both times customer service was great and I had next day oil refills both times I ve called. I plan to stick with them.
