I cannot speak highly enough of the guys at Advent! They are a great group and always fit our cars in, even if we drop them overnight without an appointment! They also don t charge an arm and a leg! The are extremely fair and reasonable and have never recommend work we didn t need. A very honest group!

I have been going to Advent for over 10 years now. I have not found a more reliable trustworthy shop anywhere. First time I went there I had a issue with water sloshing in the dash. I dropped the car off and left. They called back quick. They could have said just about anything I would have not known. They found a pluged A/C drain line. They unplugged the line and had me on my way. From that point I knew I found a great shop. They service all our cars. I would not trust anyone else.

Best out there. I've been coming to these guys since 2014 and they have always done excellent, honest work and seen me through many questionable vehicles. We drive 30 minutes one way because we trust them to do work well and stand by it. As a woman I've especially appreciated finding a place where I feel like the work and price is good and fair and they're being honest. I've overheard many phone calls while waiting and they're straightforward and honest with everybody and not pushy like a lot of places I've been. Highly recommend- my husband and I won't go anywhere else.

Had a nightmare engine problem with my wife's car. Advent fought with the warranty company on our behalf and advocated for us, resulting in a covered repair, which they executed quickly and professionally. This was especially difficult on my end as I live in Pittsburgh, PA and had to navigate from afar. Everyone I worked with via the phone was helpful, patient and professional. Cannot recommend strongly enough.

Customer service is 10/10. They genuinely care about what they do and explain things in a simple and easy way to understand for those that aren't car people. We have taken our cars to many places, but the customer service and affordability of Advent has made us huge fans. We only take our cars to them now.

I didn't have a vehicle serviced here, but picked up a car for a friend. All of the staff were polite and courteous, and happy to help me. A+ from an out of state tow guy

The guys at Advent really came in like heros for me. My last car died and I was in need of a new ride. They found me a new (newer) Honda civic for a great price. There was a small defect with the gas cap, they offered a break on the price for that. By the time I came back with the money (maybe 20 minutes) they had the minor defect fixed... still honored the lower offered price. They walked through the car with me and everything that had been fixed or replaced and made me very comfortable leaving with the car. Thank you!

I have been taking my car to advent auto for years. Since I owned a car, I think. I just have to give these guys a shout out. They are so friendly, so knowledgeable and they really treat their customers amazingly. As a single woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars, it s so important to trust your mechanic and I trust Advent 100%. It s great to see they are growing and adding a second location in Farmington to better serve the needs of their customers. They went out of their way to help me when my car hit some debris on the NYS Thruway and needed to be repaired when I was 4 hours away from home. Other shops in the area were telling me it would be another week before they could even look at it. Perfectly fair and reasonable prices, quality work, and outstanding service. I especially appreciate that they re open on Saturday because it meant I could pick up my car when I was coming back through that way. They saved my vacation. An excellent, customer-focused business.

I LOVE this place. Joe is fantastic, they always try to take care of things immediately. They have NEVER A been dishonest or tried to rip me off. Once they very well could have made me get a new part, but instead called in a welder cause it was more affordable. Extremely honest and ive been there on and off since their old location. Always a pleasure going there, and now I'm back in the area, I will only go there

These guys are pleasant, straight shooters, with no bs and don't try to walk you into an overpriced or unneeded repair. One of the few repair shops that will take a look at your vehicle without an upfront diagnostic fee. For us its a bit of a drive compared to closer shops, but we won't go anywhere else.

My key wouldn t turn in the ignition. So unfortunately my car was unable to start. I had it towed to their garage. I was charged $740.00 to fix it. So all together it was like $860.00 !! All because of a key cylinder. Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Joe and his team at Advent Auto went out of their way to help me when both my vehicles needed to be serviced.I have found them to be honest, knowledgeable and competent in their work.An all around far more pleasant (and far less expensive) experience than what I was offered by the dealership I previously went to.

Returned to Victor after living in the South. Advent was still alive and well and the guys did a great, fast job on my VW Atlas.Back again on 10/24/22 and these guys are still great. Joe and Mike upfront are always friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service!

Joe and Mike Rock it!Amazing guys, they service all my vehicles.Today they sqweezed me in for a NYSI I left my vehicle there mid morning, they are swamped.That may be an understatement, anyway they had my ride ready by 4pm.This place is the best!!!Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

Excellent service! My car broke down 300 miles from home and was towed to Advent Automotive on a Sunday. I filled out the service envelope ( explaining that I was far from home, staying in a hotel unexpectedly , and would really appreciate it if they could look at my car first thing Monday morning.) Well they did, fixed it and got us on the road before lunchtime. Great service at a fair price!

ADVENT AUTOMOTIVE IS AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP. Not a chauffeur service.Advent Automotive has been keeping our cars running great for several years. When I first moved to Farmington, I asked all of my neighbors about where to get my car serviced, and every one of them recommended Advent.

I have taken my vehicle to advent several times. They have always been able to fit me in quickly, been very polite and professional. Most importantly I don't fell like they talk down to me when explaining issues and I've never got the impression that they are trying to rip me off. I will definitely be taking my car back there for the foreseeable future.

I've been coming here for several years with a few of my different vehicles over the years at both this current location and their previous location. Every single time, there is absolutely fantastic customer service, honesty and they give you the reality of the scope of work. There's no smoke in mirrors. Ultimately, you feel like you're taken care of. All I have to say is "it's Patrick with the Chrysler" and they know who I am and it's not because I'm in here all the time. I feel like that's just a small part of their testament to their commitment to their customers. If you're in the mood for forthright service at competitive rates with quality and competence, you'll do business here.

Honest, trustworthy, cheerful, always treated with respect, and thorough explanations about repairs needed. They let me know about immediate safety issues and what repairs can wait. Between my teen's and mine, we've had our cars serviced there about 4 times so far. My new favorite repair shop.

I am so grateful for Joe and his tech Josh taking the time to diagnose and fix my car as quickly as they did. I went there with a problem that the car Pod nor the door controls would not unlock or lock the doors and the truck would not open neither. They were waiting on parts to be delivered for someone else's vehicle repairs and fixed my problem within a half hour. I highly recommend Advent Auto...and I will be going to them with any future needed car repairs. Thank you, Joe & Josh

Couldn't be more happy, with the service I received. I called on short notice and was seen right away, they were all very personable and kind. I witnessed some great multi-tasking going on. I have been going to Advent Automotive for several years now and have always had the best service at a reasonable price. Joe and Mike are spot on with their quotes, and their staff is top notch.. My mom is also a customer and she thought she had a problem with her car once and the guys checked it out and found the car was fine, they didn't charge her and told her the car was ok..That's what I call honesty. They will do whatever they can to save you money..I'm another customer for life..Thanks Guys!!

The experience of having your car fixed by professionals who you can trust isn't something most car owners are used too. It certainly wasn't for me, until I started taking my cars to Advent. Having to get your car fixed is never exactly pleasant, but knowing that you are being treated fairly and that your car is in good hands is huge. These guys know what they are doing and their integrity sets them apart from most garages. Highly recommend!

The employees at Advent Auto are wonderful. I mixed up the date I was supposed to get my car in and they took it anyway and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Advent for years now on and off and have consistently been treated with respect and honesty. They have never tied to push a repair on me that I didn't need or take advantage of my lack of basic car knowledge. I consistently feel great about the level of work performed and can not remember a time where any major screw-ups occurred. I highly recommend.

Went in for an oil change & tire rotation.I made my appointment ahead of time and requested to wait for it. They were super busy but got me in and out in about 45minute to an hour. Which is to be expected. Not upset. The guys were super friendly and pricing was standard.Will definitely be back in the future.Follow up:I brought my other vehicle in thinking I needed brakes, turns out I didn't. They suggested a tire rotation (which was definitely needed) and it was a great price.Can't go wrong with Advent!
