Recently went to Roli to get some much needed maintenance (tires, brakes, oil change) done on my car & the entire experience was wonderful. Rich, Jason & the entire team we're extremely attentive and made sure to go over with me everything the car needed and answer all of my questions! I've gotten these services done at other places and always felt like I was getting either ripped off or that the person helping me didn't want to be explaining anything at all; but at Roli it was the exact opposite! They've officially won me over and I won't be going anywhere else for my car needs!!

I was the first car there on a weekday morning. Had a low tire pressure warning light on. Was told the nail went thru the sidewall and that the tire needed replacing. No one showed me the damage. Charged me $162 for an average Cooper tire. The shop owner seemed nice and knowledgeable. Went outside after waiting well over an hour to find the tech scratched my rim and didn't put the valve stem cap back on. There were greasy hand prints all over the rim. I was so annoyed I just left and will never go back! They seem like the kind of place that talks a good deal and maybe the owner is a good guy but, his staff is clearly incompetent and the shop is very overpriced. I sense they took advantage of the situation knowing I was stranded at their mercy.

Great deal on two hard to find tires for my Mazda CX-7 that are only made by Bridgestone tires. They gave the best quote over the phone before I went to the shop then installed the two new tires and rotated the two old tires to the front so the new tires were correctly installed on the back. Huge waiting room with TV and coffee made the wait seem like it flew by. Sales reps were very nice and helpful. Took home a bunch of business cards to share with family and friends. Wish every business was as amazing as Roli Tires! Only bad feedback is they need a big sign at the street to show where the business is. It was hard to find the right place to park because they have three different buildings. Will definitely be back though!

If I could give 0 stars I would, Brought in two 22" inch wheels for flat repair . When I picked up, one of tires had gouge in rubber around the rim edge, Questioned tech of damage was told the mounting machine caused damage. Brought tire in to show management. Was told tech denied causing damage, and the best they can do is flip to inside of wheel to hide damage.. "NOT GOOD ENOUGH" Paid 300$ for the tire new, It really looks great with that Gouge in it, thanks for nothing Roli Tire..
