I wish one hand knew what the other was doing because I called up and they said they could do inspection. As long as my motorhome did not weigh over 14,000 pounds which it did not so I took the ride down there went inside, and of course when I got there, one of the other guys said no they can t do it but they re drilling people for reviews for every time somebody gets a service done so I figured I would leave mine. Waste of my time

Bret was so pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous, he kept me updated as to what was going on with my car. Between him and the service guy, I was in and out of there in a timely manner. I can t thank them enough for such amazing service. Also as I was there Bret fealty with each customer in such a pleasant manner, definitely a place I ll recommend hence my 5 stars

I had to come here 3xs in the past 3 weeks. Everyone here is so nice and efficient! My tires were fixed quickly and everyone at the front desk is so respectful and courtesy. Highly recommend for tire needs.

Walked in with a flat tire in the pouring rain. I just needed help getting the spare tire on my car. Within minutes it was taken care of, and at no charge! Thank you so much for being responsive and for providing great service, kingly and quickly!!

Mickey and Scott, the guys behind the counter (customer service reps) were wonderful and eased my nerves. Very competent and knowledgeable. They work with you and understand that money doesn't grow on trees. I will be a customer at this Mavis office for life. I highly recommend this store. Your in good hands here!!

Had a popped run flat tire and this awesome duo helped me tremendously. One gentlemen assessed this issue and the other colleague reduced my wait time and drove to get my new tire so I didn t have to come back another day. Truly helpful staff !!! Would refer colleagues to this location given this awesome customer service !

Mavis has been my go to place for a while now. They are friendly, quick, and fair. I never have to worry about being taken advantage here. Highly recommend if you re looking for honest mechanics in the area.

I highly recommend this place!!! From start to finish they were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Very fast and efficient and a nice clean waiting area to boot. The man who answered the phone and was at the front desk couldn't be nicer! !

So wonderful and friendly. I m always afraid as a woman to be taken advantage of at a mechanic, but here they wee so honest about everything I needed and what was most vital. I was given every discount I could get. Trustworthy!

I showed up early at around 9:30 am on Sunday, I needed to get my windshield wipers changed and break pads checked. Turned out my rotors and break pads needed to be changed .Brett helped me out and he was super nice and knowledgeable! The guys were also great who worked on my car. I would definitely recommend coming here. Be sure to be the first one to get here, because it can get busy quickly .Attaching a before and after picture of what my break pads looked like :/

I am more than happy with the customer service at this establishment. Scott answered every question I had in detail and explained the process to me thoroughly. Elaine assisted with any paperwork and follow up questions as well and Dre just had amazing energy. Thank you to the staff here. I will be definitely be returning! You guys are awesome and very quick with your service.

Brent was amazing at the Farmingdale, NY location! From our first phone call confirming the appt to coming in and getting my tires changed, it was a seamless experience. He s the definition of great customer service, was very friendly and personable all while being professional. I ve been to other Mavis tire shops in Long Island and this was by far the best experience I ve had during my service. Thank you Brent for everything!

Only place I feel safe bringing my car into for any service. Scott and Mickey are professional honest and accommodating. I ve used them for brakes, inspections, tires, batteries, flats. Never disappointed. Hard to find good and honest mechanics these days.

Friendly, helpful guys at Mavis! As a young woman, sometimes it feels hard to find a new place to get auto work done and be taken seriously/not feel like you ll get scammed. The guys at Mavis were very helpful and kept it simple with me.

This experience at Mavis was amazing Brent gave me a quote that beat what the dealer was offering and he did the work fast he also noticed i needed an inspection and took care of it right there . I recommend this location for tires every time.

Mickey was so incredibly helpful. I called to make an appointment and I didn t realize it was with a main number not the actual location. I came in here and Mickey said I don t have an appointment and we checked it and they made my appointment at a different location. Mickey knew I was in a rush and he fit me in right away and was so helpful.

I had a great experience at Mavis of Farmingdale. I found a screw in my tire so I called Mavis. I spoke with Scott and was told I could come in right away. Scott was especially friendly and helpful and my tire was repaired very quickly. I appreciate the great service.

Walked in on a Sunday, asked for a NY state inspection. I was greeted by a happy face at the front desk. They were able to accommodate me right away. I was out in an hour! Highly recommend this place! Thank you for the great costumer service.
