Made an appointment to get my oil changed. Was told I had a complimentary free oil change on my account from when I had purchased my vehicle. Drop the car off. It is not until I leave the store that I get a call that apparently the free oil changed expired. Already had my car and arranged my schedule to get it done so what choice did I have but to just get it done. On top of that, requested a tire rotation service. Usually when this is done air is put in the tires and all 4 should be the same. Attached pic literally just taken driving home. Was a tire rotation even done? Hell if I know. They sure didn't check the air. Would never bring my car to be serviced here again. They lost a customer for life. On top of that, I will make sure everyone I know is well aware to never come here. If you have made it this far in the review, go somewhere else to get your car serviced. Avoid this place.

On my first visit to 110, as I had been bring the car to Advantage in hicksville, I bring my 2020 Ioniq Electric Limited having just hit 30k miles after 34 months, for a standard tire rotation and multipoint inspection, and after finding my a/c was not cooling on the first few warm days of Spring 2023 I m told it will take a few hrs so they Uber me home (which was nice) and around 4:30 I receive a call from Service telling me the a/c system has NO FREON in it and they think there is a leak and will have to keep it over night. Fine Next day they call and say the car is ready but they didn t find a leak, they recharged the system with dye so if there is a leak they can find it. I now have to pay $217 for the Freon fix. I leave the dealership and about 6 hrs later I get into the car and for the first time ever the car alerts Refill Coolant . I return to the dealer the next day (Friday) and they find (why wasn t it checked when you did the inspection?) that the coolant level was below the minimum level. Keep in mind this is a fully electric car They fill it to the Max level and I leave with the alert gone by 9:30pm that night the alert was back and stayed on all weekend. The alert is now coming and going every 12/24 hrs. I checked the coolant level and it s now mid way between Min/Max. I call Monday for an appointment and can t be seen until May 5th for an issue they caused? This car has had some weird repeating issues (see photos and one issue with the regenerative braking system I haven t been able to capture) from the very beginning that none of the dealers have ever had a resolution/fix for. After all this I don t think I ll be buying/leasing another Hyundai, especially a $57,000 Ioniq6

I took my daughter's car in for service and when I got it back who ever preformed the oil change must not have closed the cap correctly her car was leaking all over our paved driveway. I had taken her car here specifically because we have maintenance on the vehicle as well. It ended up costing me $275 to take it to my mechanic who basically had to clean up the mess that was made. While the service center it beautiful and very clean the same cannot be said for the service that was provided. Sadly we will have to look for another dealership to work with going forward.

Bought my car in for 2 recalls. Ask them to do transmission service while there and ask them to look at oil leak. Ask them to call with price to fix oil leak. Never got a call. Only called when car was done. Went to get car was told they forgot to call. Was told if I want to fix it to leave it again. If they called I would have told them to fix while they had car. So I told them next time. Gave me a bill Noone went over it. I look at it tell me I $2000 in repairs. Told me I need new cabin filter which I replaced 2 weeks prior. When I questioned them they told me mechanics said needs replacing when I told them I just did they back peddled said mechanics suggest it due to time. Bunch of thieves. Never again this is why dealers have a bad name

I would never buy another Hyundai from this dealership! Rude service people when you call! I have a brand new sonata and had three more before the new one! The technicians didn t top off the oil during the oil change! Didn t check to see if the gas cap was the problem. Blamed the woman who by the way has pumped gas for50 years and never had a problem!! Going back to Atlantic for my next service!!!

Called to make an appointment for service but was told had No Openings for 3 weeks. Not a happy customer right now, I live in FL and staying at my daughter's house in NY wanted someone to just check out my vehicle.

After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment because I needed a loaner I was told they had me down as a drop off. The problem with the car would require more than a day service and last time I had the car in it was in for 4 weeks and they never supplied a loaner. When I expressed my need for a loaner I was out right rejected even though it was their mistake.On to a different dealer for servicing.

I have an Ioniq 5 and I had it serviced here and I worked with the amazing HOLLY KOLAKOWSKI. She is so kind and really works to help you out with everything!!! I recommend going there and seeing her if you need anything. Thanks again Holly

Very nice group of people. I had a giant bubble on my tire on my brand new vehicle. I called and spoke to Alexis and she was able to squeeze me in right away and even checked to make sure the tire was in stock. When I arrived Ben was very helpful and got me a new tire quickly.I did not purchase my new vehicle at this dealership. I originally called Centereach Hyundai, where I purchased the vehicle and they told me their first appointment was June 6th and I would have to drop off the vehicle because there s no guarantee that they will have the tire and they have no loaner cars. Go to Hyundai 110 for all your Hyundai needs.

Took my car exactly at 1:30 appointment time, howevrr took 90minutes to complete oil change & tire rotation. Staff very friendly & accommodating.
