For anyone who is even considering bringing their vehicle here..please do NOT and shop around for a better mechanic. First off, he is a THEIF. A day later after dropping my car off.. he calls me to f/u but before telling me how much it would actually be..he asked how much was I willing to spend? That was a red flag and unprofessional. He then told me a ridiculous amount and after telling him no thanks ill pick up my car he then said he would lower it. He was trying to be slick and see how far he could go. After telling him no to the second price he offered.. he then said there will be a $200 expense for diagnosing the car thats funny because on our phone call i pretty much told him what the issue was but just needed to know how much it would be to fix it & he never mentioned a fee for diagnosing the car BEFORE i actually brought my car in. DO NOT go here unless you want to pay more than you actually should. Greg is just trying to steal your money rather than actually help. You shouldn't trust him or this business. Your fees for diagnosing should also be told to customers before they come to you!!!!!

Greg was great. Communication was on point. Took my c300 Benz there & had numerous things completed. Service A, brake fluid service, front & rear differential fluid, replaced all spark plugs, synthetic transmission fluid replaced & more. Got it done in a day! Greg is a great auto mechanic. He is very attentive to detail but most importantly honest. I ve taken all my cars to him for work. On occasion he has even given me his own car as a loaner until mine was fixed at no additional cost. All my family and friends have had similar experiences. My wife is picky and she absolutely loves the shop!

Greg is an incredibly knowledgeable Mercedes Benz mechanic. I have a 2011 CL550 and Greg did an amazing job fixing my car that I was neglecting. I took it to another guy first just because I was far away from home and he told me I needed a new transmission! Greg said no and change the transmission fluid and the car runs like new. He also did other needed services and the car sounds and drives like it off the showroom floor. Thanks Greg for the great service!!

I wanted to give Greg over at German Auto Repairs a big thank you for fixing my 2010 Mercedes C300 4 matic. I was battling a check engine light that 2 other shops couldn't fix. I wasn't able to pass inspection and I was long over due. Now my car is inspected and my problems are resolved. He even offered to lend me his car. Great guy with a funny personality... I will never go anywhere else.

My Mercedes rear suspension went out. Called and he explained everything that could be done over the phone. Still nothing so he told me to bring it to the shop. Found out the problem, ordered the parts and my car was fixed the next day. Great guy to work with. Pricing was also good. Fair and easy. Next time if something s going on with my car it ll be sent to him. 10/10

Greg at German Auto Repairs is very knowledgable and skilled. He is very detail orientated, takes his time to explain whats wrong with your vehicle and what steps will be taken to correct the issue. Our family has known Greg both professionally and personally for many years. He works on all types of vehicles, both german and not, as well as sprinters. His work is excellent and second to none. Always resolved all my issues w/ my then 2004 BMW X5 for more than a few years. Greg always came thru and charged fair price for all work and went out of his way to ensure satisfaction.

I m so upset with this guy. I brought my Mercedes coupe and BMW X3. Charged me 800 for a sensor he never replaced. And charged me 500 for a tune up on the C230 coupe while never replaced fuel filter or even the spark plugs. My recent mechanic just to put dates on everything he changed and I got so furious to see all of it while the car started to give me problems. I lost over 1500 with this guy. Seems friendly but it s a real scammer. Check the gps on my x3 and all he did was drive around with it.

I went to German Auto Repairs expecting high quality auto repairs but I did not get anywhere close to that .My story with this auto shop is very long but i will sum it up for you in a couple of sentences. I brought my car in for an inspection and an oil change,(fairly easy job RIGHT). The mechanic tells me to leave the car for a day because he found something wrong with it, i thought this was fishy at first but i figured (benefit of doubt) why not. When i go to pick up my car ,i figure since i didn't get a call telling me what was wrong it must have been nothing. well the climax of this wonderful story is what I'm about to say, i received the bill and it was $786.85. The man charged me 100 a piece for head light bulbs , 240 for an oil change (claimed it was three hours labor) and a bunch of other miscellaneous stuff. Tell me how that makes sense....this is my story

John Tanden is right as I got the exact same story. I was quoted $1500 for 2 services to get my Mercedes running and out the door and at the end of the day gave me a $3500 bill for services rendered. I took my invoice to 2 other shops and they quoted over half off what I got billed for . Also the work was incomplete as another shop showed me the parts that were so called replaced were not touched and still factory original. BBB has negative reports on this business and i should have done my research. I have a civil suit pending against this shop.

Just got off the phone with a very rude employee. I asked if they would preform a clutch replacement with parts that I had purchased, I was given a nasty response and when I thanked the man on the phone for his time he promptly hung up on me. Unprofessional and I will be sure to steer clear of this place in the future. Bad image.

Brought my car in , GREG ask for money down . Cashed my check n car sat for 2 weeks , called him multiple times for update , gave me the run around , n still never did any work , had to get my car n take it to another place , would give no stars for the job he did , which was nothing !
