First let me say the gm Marvin was a huge help, I have never experienced customer service so great before. For somebody who wasn t expecting the process of getting my car repaired to be so difficult and confusing, they were able to keep me updated and made sure I understood the steps they would take to help me out. I would most definitely be returning if needed and 1000% recommend for others to do the same.

Excellent customer service, dependable with delivery dates and outstanding work. Sean is by far the nicest car person I ve ever worked with! The GM ensured the car was not only ready but also clean upon pick up! Front desk staff was so nice!!! Overall excellent experience.

Nothing but good things to say about caliber. Dropped off my ridgeline with them and from start to finish they were helpful and professional. Started with Sean who goes above and beyond. He walked me through the process, kept me informed and truly went the extra mile. I have tough working hours, but Sean stayed late both times to accommodate me. He also continued to check in while my truck was getting fixed.I also did my paperwork with Marvin and much like Sean he was pleasant, honest and truly friendly. Had to sit with him for about an hour, but we talked like we were friends for years. Unlike other shops, Marvin and Sean made me feel calm.The work caliber did on my truck was amazing. I have a unique color and kit on it and you really couldn t tell I was in an accident. Work was great and they were fast. Truly recommend

Folks at Farmingdale location (Sean, Jill, Chris) could not have been more helpful. Car was repaired and ready as promised and looks great. People are so nice and friendly. I munched on the popcorn while I waited (thanks Jill). If you need collision work go here

Shaunn and the rest of the staff did a tremendous job on the auto body repairs to my vehicle. My wife was in an unfortunate situation where the car was impacted from behind on the parkway. The damage looked pretty bad, but the car was driveable enough to make it to the Caliber Collision shop.Throughout the entire process we would constantly wonder when the car would be whole again to use. Thankfully, the folks here calmed our nerves and assured us that the work would be done professionally, timely, and with care. If that isn't another "caliber" of customer service then I don't know what is!When we arrived we were greeted by Chris. He explained a few things about the damage, what was covered, how insurance was handled, and provided us with updates. Chris went the extra mile when he offered my wife and I a ride home, which was only a few minutes a way from the shop.Upon arriving at the shop today I noticed my car glistening in the parking lot. She looked great! I was greeted by Marvin a little while later and he suggested I do a walk around of the car. It looked great! It's as if nothing had ever happened at all!This is a great place with a great turn around time. At least it was for me! The people here are friendly, accomodating, and will make your situation their priority.Thank you for the expeditious and quality service Caliber crew!

Great environment and staff! I came in to confirm all the details with the a gentleman name Marvin and it was amazing, it was a quick and easy process for he walked me through everything and explained to me all the details regarding my car. On top of the the great customer service by Marvin he also was able to set me up with a rental car to get around!!!

I would highly recommend this shop. My vehicle was done being repaired before the promised date and it looks like it was never in an accident! On top of that, the staff was a pleasure to work with. Marvin, Sean, Chris, Ashley and Alex were all so helpful and nice. They turned a horrible situation into something pleasant!

Took my car in for a rear end crash. They did a really good job fixing my car and making it look new again.Unfortunately I ran into some issue. First time I was called to pick my car up, I came down and expected it and someone backed up into something causing the work to be redone.Second time I was called to pick up my car, the check engine light came on. I know they did a repair but they clearly did not do a quality check as they blamed my car for having tire locks on it which it didn't.Though the workmanship was amazing it's hard to recommend them. When this used to be AMAP it was a different situation.To clarify, the work they did was fantastic. They were polite, answered all my questions. My only major gripe other then the above mentioned is getting a call at 5pm saying the work is done and then closing shortly after so I was forced to hold a rental car an extra day.

Sean the Service Advisor, Max my Technician & Elmer the Painter made sure my car was brought back to better than it was prior. They even shipped a a part that was unavailable from Texas to get my vehicle doneI had brought my car to a different shop for another accident prior. I will never go anywhere else

This place by far is exceptional!!!!!! If I can give them 10 stars I would. The professionalism they displayed was superb! Sean the service advisor took my car in as if it was his own and made sure it was done perfect and on time. Sean communicated with me every step of the way to let me know all the updates on my vehicle. Upon arrival my car was destroyed I thought it would have been a total loss. They fixed my car as if it was brand new. I m so amazed, the entire staff was pleasant and very friendly. They made you feel as if you were apart of their family and it felt awesome. If anyone has any issues with their vehicle please bring it to Caliber Collision in Farmingdale. You will not be disappointed .

This is my go to shop for any car repairs I need. The prices are very fair and affordable, and the communication is spectacular. I always feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of.I highly recommend for everyone and anybody to check this place out!

I never feel inclined to leave poor google reviews but stay far away from this place. Chris was helpful but aside from that, they provided a horrible experience. Not the right way to conduct business
