Horrible customer service! I ordered a replacement mirror and THEY sent the wrong part. They sent an obvious large vehicle side view mirror and not a car mirror. Followed the instructions for a return but never received a return shipping label. Called almost every day to be told the same thing each time. They'll notify their shipping department to send me the shipping label. Going on 2 weeks no label and no one else that I can talk to! Will never do business with them again!

They sent me the wrong color and refused the return. I assumed they could send the correct rim and didn't even open the box. The tire shop I was having install it showed me it was a different color after it was mounted, so I had to pay them twice to mount my tire back on the old rim. It seems like alot of people have problems with them sending the correct color and returning rims. Absolutely horrible company. The rims I have are on the truck. What they sent is in the box. Go some where elseI've now had to file a complaint with PayPal to try to get my money back. How can you send someone the wrong rim and then say you can't return it. Bad business practices

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered a "refinished" 2021 Dodge Ram 3500 wheel from them and it arrived in terrible condition. Sent the wheel back to them and we have been trying to get a refund for 6 months now and have had no response. They kept stalling for 3-4 months until we could no longer do a credit card charge back and now we are out $450 and they got the wheel back!

I bought a replacement wheel a year ago and waited to provide a long term review. After this long, paint is fading and since I had it there's a slow leak. If you buy examine the wheel for cracks and don't wait until last minute to return it in case you notice the quality of the paint is poor.

Bought two 20 wheels for my RAM that were damaged shipped two days later. Ordered late Friday and shipped the Wednesday after Labor day. Arrived from Houston to Orlando in about four days. Very satisfied with the entire transaction. Would use again if needed

Ordered a spare wheel for our 21 Chrysler Pacifica. Then after reading the reviews I was a bit nervous. But the price was excellent along with super fast shipping, excellent service and came exactly as described. Will definitely order again.

EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE! I purchased two wheels for my vehicle and I waited two weeks to call customer service because I wasn t getting no shipping notification so I was wondering what was going on with my order. The representative told me that my wheels that I purchased were out of stock and I would be getting a refund. A bit confused I decided to check their website again for the same wheels and saw that the prices almost doubled on the exact wheel that I purchased. I called customer service again and spoke with Ryan who told me they had SEVEN wheels in stock. So I tried to get an explanation why my ordered was cancelled and told the wheels were out of stock but kept getting the excuse of I don t control the prices and the warehouse that got the order was out of stock which doesn t make sense because they could have sent over the order to the other warehouse who had them in stock. I was then told to reorder the wheels but I had to pay the price which was almost DOUBLE of what I originally bought them for. At this point I demanded to speak with a manager in which I was told would call me back within 48 hours. It s been four days now and still no call back. Very shady business practice and a complete turn off to this company. This will be last the time I ever purchase wheels from them as I was a repeat customer and referred many customers to them. I will also be making a complaint with the BBB.

So first off I ordered four wheels in total, 3 from auto rim shop and one from their other website auto ranger. Come to find out they only had 3 of the 4 i ordered.If their site was updated i would have known they inly had 3 and never wasted my time ordering from them. So on top of waiting for a refund, the wheels come and dont even match. I was told that they would possibly be able to pay for me to have them matched locally so i wasnt too upset. But then they only offered 50$ per wheel as compensation when i was quoted 150 per wheel. I eventually told them I would settle and be happy if they paid half of the 450 quoted and they did so but in my opinion I feel like they should have covered the entire cost considering it is their fault.. On a positive note one of their staff members Jennifer was very helpful and kind which was very appreciated.

The worst online experience ever.... had a cracked stock obs wheel so I ordered one for over $300. They sent me the wrong wheel (no i didnt order the wrong one)and then took 3 weeks to get me a label to return it. In 3 weeks obviously I need my truck so I found another place that sent me a rim in a couple days. Completely forgetting about it a month later another rim is on my porch... interesting... this one is one is a cheapo steel wheel(about $100) for God knows whose truck but its definitely not for mine (the return process was a pain the first time so 5 phone calls and 5 emails later they had all my truck information and still not got it wrong.I go to look at my account and notice they never returned my money, I called them and they didn't even know they sent it!!! Come to find out they don't even sell my rim just list it and send the wrong one!!... this time 10 phone calls and 10 emails later and 9 promises to send a return label they still don't. Then on the last one the guy said qell we only have a 3) day return policy for the original purchase..... uhhhh yall sent this to me over a month after that... his response was too bad and hung up. Conclusion. They sent me the wrong one. Then actually sent another wrong one, stole my money and told me too bad.... idek what to do.... anyone want to buy a mysterious rim for a mystery truck?

My experience with Auto Rim Shop was phenomenal! Eventful, but phenomenal. I ordered a wheel for my truck and the first one came within 1-2 days of ordering it. It had a chip in the finish along the edge. I contacted Auto Rim Shop and they immediately sent me a return shipping label after sending pictures of the chipped finish. I returned the original wheel and literally received the replacement the next day. Unfortunately, the replacement had a different finish than what I wanted having a purple tint to it vs. the dark gray i wanted. I contacted them and again had a return label almost immediately and the replacement was at my door step with a day or two. Shipping was insanely fast and the customer service was on point and always helpful. Can't recommend them enough!!!

SCAM!!! AVOID!!!I ordered a rim in January 2024. The wheel arrived to me damaged so I started a return. The return process was accepted and the rim shipped back mid January 2024. It is now March 2024 and my return has not been process. When I followed up they state the rim was damaged and the return was rejected. They sold me a damage rim, took it back, and refused to refund my money!

I was looking for a some OEM rim for my car and found them this company on the web. I used their site to email them for some needed information about the rims I wanted to purchase. 4 days passes and no answer. I called the number found on Google maps many times and there was no answer!I finally drove there thinking it was a store front but to my disappointment, I just wasted a day's work and 2 hours drive to an unmarked warehouse.

EXCELLENT experience with these folks! They were able to find a rare size wheel for my car and get it to my tire shop within 2 days. The price was right and the process was fast and easy from start to finish. A+ all the way!!

Final Update*** 9/26/20All issues resolved on their end. Each wheel LOOKS GREAT! So excited, Drove over to get them installed same day I got them. Thank you to the Customer Service making sure I got all my issues fixed and making sure everything was easiest for me.Update*** 9-17-20They reached out to me. They paid for return of the damaged wheels. Took the time to inspect the other two wheels to ensure they were not damaged as well. They advised me that there was some issues so they will not be sending me those until corrected. Currently on back order but I am extremely satisfied with the service. Very open with me and I appreciate that they checked the other wheels to avoid another disappointment. They have me in back order but promise they will make sure the 4 wheels will be like new in condition. Will correct my whole review once Ive received the like new wheels. Up to now, Im satisfied with how they handled my issue :)- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -So far not impressed. I ordered 4 wheels for my Jeep Cherokee. These are the conditions of the wheels after they arrived today... By the way, I ve only received 2 of the 4 wheels I purchased. Im hoping the next two are on the way and in much better condition as I purchased for a like-new price range for each. I ve tried calling and emailing to get support but no response yet... I d avoid. If anyone contacts me and fixes the issue, I ll re-rate accordingly.

Beware! Horrible experience runaround slow response. Rim showed up and when i went to have professionally installed the manager said this is rusty and pealing. Slow to respond and then said we give 14 days from shipping. This is a quality issue from there product Stay far away . Customer service is horrible!!!!

Everyone please beware of this company. They do not send you the item they advertise. Upon return, they do not send you your refund and state your items are damaged once you contact them through PayPal. Horrible service. I have never experienced this issue before. Extremely disappointed. This company is a complete scam

I needed a rim for my 2014 VW Passat due to one of my rims getting a crack on the inner lip and causing my tire to lose air slowly. I ordered one on October 31st and received it on November 1st. After ordering, I was reluctant while checking reviews (after the fact) but I got a FedEx notification later that night and was wondering what it could be (as the site showed UPS Ground) but after checking that morning, the measurements and weight of the package sounded like it was my rim. I had no clue because the notification said "Fullfillment Center" and it was out of TN. Needless to say...the rim was here by 11:00am and was on my car by 11:45am. No issues whatsoever. I used their website for my purchase.

UPDATE: Customer service resolved my return with no issues and refunded my money. Mandy was very courteous and polite about the entire situation. Still don t agree with the quality of their rims and how their displayed on the site but I ll give them the extra stars because of their timely assistance.Saw the mixed reviews and took a chance on these guys. Looks like I m one of the unlucky ones and received my 2018 Audi Q5 rim with clearly visible damage on the back and inside of the rim. I would not do business with a company that lies and sells defective products to its customers. Now I have to deal with returning this and attempt to find another rim for my vehicle.

Ordered 1 spare rim google said it would arrive on a Monday. It arrived the Friday after next, with no shipping notification. It was exactly what i had ordered so no complaints in that aspect. Although I did receive an email today with a FedEx tracking number. Although not sure where tracking number came from because it was delivered to a residence in WV and I m out of MI.

I order a wheel from Auto Rim Shop s eBay store. They shipped same day order was placed. I purchased a wheel to have matching spare. My wheel showed up within three days of order. The wheel was a refurbished wheel. However the wheel look perfect like new. Took it to have my new tire mounted and had the tire shop inspect the wheel. They said it was great and held air perfectly and balanced really well. Very satisfied with the price and shipped from Auto Rim Shop. Will be looking to them first, next time I m in the market for a new wheel. Thanks for all the help!

I went ahead and ordered my husband rims. I called customer support and was on hold for about 20 mins. I ended up speaking with Jamie. I m happy to say that even after being on hold she took care of me 100%She apologized for the wait time and she handled my matter quickly. She was professional and knowledgeable. I m so happy I called and she answered. I will be recommending Auto rim shop to all my friends and family because of HER.Jamie. Thank you for everything you made this easy fast and affordable.

Briefly, dishonest business and non-existing customer service.I purchased Rims that was listed as original, and received how quality counterfits in different color. After contacting and providing pictures ther eturn was approved, but then no refund provided. No one ever answers emails and phone. Finally after 20 times trying someone calls me and primises a refund. But after a few days I receive partial refund. I have no idea why, while this is their fault. I am going to dispute through my CC company. all in all, too much trouble.

The wheel I ordered was refinished and the factory polished areas of the wheel was painted over. The wheel does not match ANYTHING the manufacturer sold. I asked for help, repeated emails and calls were ignored. Shipping was quick though

Bought 1991 Ford Bronco "OEM" rims. Rims arrived and looked great at first. However, the center cap thread holes where drilled out smooth so I could not attach my center caps. I then found out that they are NOT OEM but rather counterfeit rims. I reached out to them to address this matter as it was not mentioned in the wheels description. Took 2 emails to get a response and all they said was "Send Pictures of the problem." Well, I did just that and have never heard back.This review is being left weeks after last contact with several emails going unanswered. Will update review if things change. Completely dishonest company and none existent customer service!

Wanted to upgrade the wheels and tires on my Tacoma with something bigger diameter and wider, and stay with OEM wheels. Auto Rim Shop was the only place I could find that could deliver. The rims were from a several years old model, but the boxes with wheels started arriving as scheduled and all looked great. I took them to my local tire shop. Everything turned out great and I've a very picky and happy customer

Terrible experience paid $597.00 for a wheel they guaranteed it would he here the following Friday. That Friday shows up I message them that morning asking what's going on with the order they tell me that it will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. And I should have it by the end of that week. Without any further communication my order was canceled and refunded so now I still have no wheel and two weeks of my time has been wasted because of this company.

Absolutely, yes! The wheels I purchased, BMW 214 had an amazing finish on them and received them well under the projected delivery date. But at 500-575 per wheel, that s to be expected.This review and what I think differentiates AutoRimShop from so many service businesses is their customer service. Their customer service department meet all expectations perfectly. Be assured their customer representatives are prompt, patient, and empathetic.Anyone who know BMW knows they do all sorts of funky annoying, have to buy a special BMW tool for just about every single little thing. They carry this confusing practice to their wheels, using different center hub size on series that share the same style wheels.We received 3 three wheels that fit perfectly, the fourth wheel came in a different shipment from a different location and unfortunately it did not have the correct center bore hole. We didn t find this out until the vehicle was up in the air and tire mounted. You can imagine the frustration.AutoRimShop couldn t have been anymore understanding and willingness to resolve the situation; a clear indication on how much they value they customers. The customer service representative (I ll withhold from using her name) couldn t have been more accommodating. She knew right off the bat of BMW s quirky practices and by using the serial number of the three wheels that did fit she issued a new correct wheel and we received it the following day.The representative had fantastic communicative skills, followed up with us at every point necessary and provided the return slip for wheel. If possible we would take it to the loudspeaker about their exceptional customer service. A car part is a car part, it s the service that creates customer loyalty. I believe AutoRimShop believes in building a strong relationship with their customers and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure each customers have a pleasant experience.Shop without concern or worries, everything will workout perfectly!

Took three emails before they responded the Wheel they sent me was a complete different color than my other three wheels. I took pictures of the new wheel and the original Wheel sent it to them. and they responded by saying they ll be happy to replace it, But if it was mounted, they won t accept it. so obviously, they knew it was mounted when they looked at the pictures. So the shipping was extremely fast, but the quality of the product, and the customer service was extremely poor. Naturally, after seeing that it was mounted they offered me a replacement so now I m stuck with one silver wheel and three charcoal wheels
