AAA battery service- Anthony arrived very soon after I placed the service request. He knows his stuff. Had my car started within minutes, and made sure it was good to go.

I was stuck with my car Saturday nite and another towing company came and the guy was terrible and not helpful at all and he left me in a parking lot with a dead battery, I called back several times and nobody show up until 12 hours later which Tommy came from All County Towing, He was so Amazing, Very Helpful, Kind and Very Friendly! He started my car in 2 seconds and towed it to my mechanic! I highly recommend this place 100% and give them 10 stars! Thank You so much Tommy!

These guys are honest, professional, friendly and very fair. I got stuck with my Hyundai, called AAA, All County came (Tommy who is absolutely kind, friendly and beyond helpful, wants to work (refreshing)) only to find out that my belt was torn and possibly the alternator. He called Pete at All County and had the car towed there. They quoted an estimate right over the phone and stuck to the truth and the price. Car was ready in a few hours. Just amazing service. Peter was incredible, answers the phone, returns calls and as kind as can be. A Happy Customer.These guys deserve 10 stars. Keep up the good work, it shows

This company took my the AAA call for a flatbed tow to pick up my Tesla Model S from Tesla Service Center in Syosset, NY to my home. The driver picked it up with no issues but when dropping it off, he left the tow hook on the bed while releasing the car down off the ramp which destroyed my REAL carbon fiber diffuser. I have video and pictures of the event and damages. I spoke with one of the owners, Joe (he called himself FDNY Joe) who I had a cordial conversation with and he agreed that he will take care of the damages. I sent him a link to the same diffuser showing him the price. After a week or so of not hearing back, I called and sent emails. I finally speak to a representative there and he said I would have to buy the diffuser out of my own pocket, bring my car to him, wait for him to install it and then he would pay for it. I do not live near his shop nor do I need to be inconvenienced like that for a mistake they made. I only asked for compensation for the diffuser because I only like to deal with a body shop I have been dealing with locally for the past 18 years. I even sent him a link to the lowest price version of the diffuser I have which is far less than what I paid for it a year ago to be fair to him since he said he was a FDNY firefighter and a Veteran. I could have been nasty but its all good. What goes around comes around no matter what titles you hold. Learn to uphold your word and respect people and their property by doing the right thing. If you would like like to do the right thing and settle your debt as we discussed over the phone, I am still open to it. If you want to escalate it, I have the video of the damage being done, the phone conversation audio, and emails. I'm not ordering the diffuser with money out of my pocket, nor am I bringing my car 25 miles to your shop to replace it at my inconvenience. The ball is in your court.Service: Car towing

After a long workday, I get in my car drive two feet and realize I have a flat tire!!! Surrendering to an hour and a half wait, I see that someone is arriving, and in less than 15 minutes, Brian changed my tire and put me back on the road. Extremely professional and fast. Highly recommended them so much that I called to give praise to Brian and compliment the company for their excellent customer service.

Amazing people! That went out of their way big time for me. Tow truck driver named slim very nice guy helped me out a lot. Got to me within 30 mins after the call with triple aaa. He even dropped me off at the train station so I was able to get to my job. Their communication was perfect and they got my tire very fast. The time I made it back to the train station they sent another driver to pick me up to bring me to the shop. Very very nice people and thank you guys soo much. These are the people you want to do business with.

These guys are top notch to work with! I worked with O'Keefe as my tow truck driver and he was so nice, answered all my questions, was polite and got to my location so quickly with very little wait time. He easily got my car to my mechanic and it just took so much stress off me! I called this location to say thank you and the guys were just so incredibly nice that I had to write a review for them on Google! I'll be keeping them in mind if I need anything in the future! Saturday of Labor Day weekend we drove from Massachusetts to LI for a college drop off. When we went to leave our car wouldn t start. Called AAA and the tech was able to get it started but died when cables disconnected. He tried a couple times, no luck. He thought it might be alternator as battery was reading good. He suggested All County so we called AAA again and asked for a tow there. Everything was closed due to holiday weekend so we made our way back to MA. Joe from All County called after the holiday on Tuesday morning. He had already run some additional tests and diagnosed it wasn t the alternator but just needed a new battery. I could not be happier with the service of All County and how they went the extra mile for us, saving us a lot of money. When I was able to make it back 4 days later to pick up the car Joe tested it again and showed me the results before we left. If we ever have car trouble in the area I know where to go now. Highest rating ++ to All County!!Service: Battery

I had my alternator die on the highway and I was 100 miles from home. They were able to get the parts in and do the reapirs the next day. Everyone was kind, helpful, and knowledge. I was able to get quotes done over the phone and the whole process was done before I arrived at the shop. I also want to give a shout out to the towing crew. I was not in the best of locations for a breakdown. They were able to get the car loaded quickly and safely.

I strangely got two flat tires on a local road on a Saturday. Called AAA and was going to have my car towed to a local shop but the tow truck driver suggested All County. Ive had difficult experiences with my local mechanic so I was open to any shop. Initially when my sister and I were looking for the shop, it looked like an office/industrial building, not a car mechanic shop. We were worried about where our car was. After calling a few times, we were reassured and it was calmly and professionally explained to us that in fact, our car was there inside the building where the shop is behind the wall. Sure enough, on Monday they called and I was able to pick up my car with tires. Very reasonable prices and professional service. Just wish you had bigger signs outside. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, on time and friendly service that impressed me from the first minute I met the crew. They were prepared for any situation that could arise, they had all modern equipment and the expertise to get the job done. We were transporting a 21 foot boat from Oceanport NJ to Bayshore NY. I had purchased the boat and trailer (which I was uncertain of being road worthy). Joe assessed the condition of the trailer and he assured me things would be fine. I had a flat tire and a dented wheel on the tandem axle trailer which he and his assistant removed, repaired, inflated and reinstalled at the boat ramp before loading the boat. Incredible watching a competent team quickly handle this situation. The boat arrived safely after almost 100 mile trip. I give these guys the highest 5 star rating and would confidently recommend them to my family or anyone needing any job big or small. A+++++ Excellent!Service: Long distance hauling

My JEEP broke down so I called triple A . I was so stressed. A nice knowledgeable Man from the towing company arrived to tow my JEEP. He informed me that the tow company has an Auto Body shop. It wasn't a bad idea because it wasn't super far from my house in Farmingdale and they do a free estimate. My JEEP arrived I was told a price which didn't dent my pockets . A hose or two busted . May I add I received my car back same day ! My original place would have had my car for days! Went to Pick up my JEEP later in the day and was greeted by two awesome guy's who explained everything to me again. The space was organized and clean! I turned on my car on drove off and let me tell you this baby is driving better than it did before !! I will surely return for any little thing wrong with my car. I recommend them to anyone.

Saved the day. I got stuck over an hour away from home, and this shop was about to get me back on the road on the same day. The tow truck driver saved me the cost of driving out to my local shop; the entire team was honest and had my best interest in mind.
