I went in and purchased two items. One item was more expensive than the other. The cashier scanned the more expensive item twice instead of scanning the two individual items. I frequent this store a lot, and while a lot of my friends have had bad experiences, I have not until this happened. Either way I am making the recommendation to Fort Drum that this establishment be blacklisted for military personnel. I appreciate that they offer a military discount, but what's the point if they're just going to scam you anyway. Corporate should check the cameras and see that this store blatantly scammed me. Partially my fault for not paying more attention. I won't ever go there again.

Place is horrible, asked guy for a vacuum line to go from the intake to the blow off valve . Got home realized he gave me fuel injection hose that s too thick for anything practical, even zip ties couldn t create suction. I would have caught it in the store but their general attitude and lack of any professionalism while customers are shopping makes you want to leave instantly. These people that work here have to be the slowest employees I have ever seen with little to no car knowledge. You d be better off talking to an employees at Walmart that works in the produce section.

The employees were many and quite helpful when I first arrived. I had a lot of floor items to pick up. I'm not sure why items on the shelves have dwindled to minimal selection unlike the stores used to have. When it came time to check out the store was a ghost town. And I had 3 baskets full. I had to wait for someone to come in from outside.

Went to buy a fuse and accidentally got the wrong one. Did not install the fuse just opened it. Assistant store manager would not let me return it. I then tried to get the correct fuse that showed in stock online and the assistant store manager then only checked the shelfs and would not check the system or the back even though online showed in stock will not use this store again.

Had to return a few items here but keep coming back here because of Noah. Very helpful knowledgeable guy. Pretty much knows more about auto parts than half the crew working there. If you re driving a Honda he will tell you everything you need to know about maintenance for your vehicle.

On the 6th of February assistant manager Brian H was amazing and helpful to me. For the first time in my life someone help me financially and save me from embarrassment of not having debt card at check out. It was very cold night I went to auto zone to buy key battery for my car when he ring my item I looked into my wallet and couldn t find my card and I needed that battery that night I told Brian hey man I don t have my debit card on me and I have to drive to my house to get it. He looked at me and said we ve ATM machine by the corner but I told him that the cards in my wallet aren t my debit cards and he politely said you don t have to go home I can help you and he reached to his wallet got his card and slide it and pay for my purchase I was astonished and speechless that someone can pay for my stuff without knowing me. I m so thankful for his kind gesture towards me and I will definitely pay back by helping someone I find in such situation.

Poor service. Worked with a newer gentleman who was very kind. He asked for help from an experienced employee about a return policy in case the part wasn't the correct fix and he was very rude. He recommended what my issue probably was which were the 2 parts that I just bought and tried which didn't work. Go to car quest or Napa. Much more informative and helpful.

This is my usual go to for OEM parts and great aftermarkets for my own mechanic work. Good selection of anything you need and work on for your vehicle. Don't forget, these guys have the loan a tool program. For when you need that weird tool you'll never have to use again for one job on the whip. Service is wonderful. They'll get you set up or pointed in the right direction for your DIY.

Typical parts store. Prices were a bit high, online is way cheaper, as is Walmart. Reason for the 2 stars is because many of the employees are a bit condescending and want to offer advice, but don't know what they are talking about. It's a shame, you go in for good prices and advice, but leave light in the wallet and with subpar vehicle advice. I would say to avoid this place if you can, but I can't really recommend anywhere better since I only go in for the overpiced parts, not the bad advice. There are a couple good employees in there, but most if the "gray shirts" or managers that I have dealt with, really rubbed me the wrong way. I would maybe try another Autozone location if you can, might have better luck.

Covid has changed them somewhat. They wont analyze your check engine light, but they let you use the equipment to do it yourself. They may or may not change your wipers. Depends on how busy they are. Staff very helpful. Can only recommend top of the line items. By comparison, they are the best value.

You should keep the dedicated employees the girl that just left for a home health aide was really good this morning I had a 17 year old girl they can't do anything maybe it's just your Saturday staff

Tim and his team were amazing. I was in a tough situation with a bad battery on a negative temperature morning. They were very pleasant. Tim replaced my battery. Thank you for excellent customer service!

Went in to ask if they have free on for my vehicle, was asked by nick lindsey if I knew which type, I said we ll no and he rudely responded saying we ll it would be smart to know that, like this is the reason I am here asking you a question and you can t look it up in your system to tell me. Do you job and improve your customer service. You re making the whole store look bad. If you yourself don t know about cars and work at auto zone then say that.

Louis is always awesome help most employees are at least decent. They push high customer service here. It does get very busy just wait till the parking lot empties a bit for quick service. Best corporate chain store in the area .

Racist worker that looks like Rob Swanson. Felt hostility being in this store. Not my fault his wife is getting her back blown out while he works at autozone. Maybe if he showed a little more gratitude she d still be with him.

Super helpful staff. I went to turn in 2 old batteries that I had and found out 1 was actually still under warranty so was able to turn it in and get a new one! And the other I got a $10 gift card. I was also able to buy the rest of the stuff I needed all in one trip

Most of the time I get the help I need. The guy Richard that works there drives me insane when I'm trying to get parts. He doesn't listen to a word I'm saying, doubts the parts I'm asking for (I've been a mechanic for 7 years) and makes me repeat myself, and picks the items for me when I'm asking to looks parts up instead of telling me the different options when I'm well aware there is more than one part available. Other than that dude, the store is good.

Patrick G. was SOO helpful& considerate. Both in store and over the phone he was amazing! Had to call the store twice because the female employee hung up on me after I gave her the information for the part we needed. Thank GOD!! Patrick was still there. While they didn t have what we needed he was able to see that Watertown had it.

Just awful. We ordered parts for our car online. We accidently ordered the wrong part, before we ordered we called and made sure we could return our product. When we went to return the lady had NO idea boe to return an online order. It took us 30 minutes with our cranky children to see how we can find her what she needed even though the item had everything on it she needed. She just needed to open the box. On top of that we asked for a battery. Asked for make and model and everything and she got it wrong. We bought a battery that didn't go with our vehicle. I'm sure on our return we will have issues as well. If you need to get your car parts apparently you gotta do everything yourself. Oh on top of all this we won't get our money back for 3-5 days on our product. If I don't get it back I'm going to loose it. Thats a lot if money during a time like this to loose.

I came into autozone when my car was messed up and I came into the establishment and was meet with professionalism and a knowledgeable staff. Not only did they find out the problem but they helped me fix it. The manager Chris and Brent helped me get my car back into perfect condition and also showed me how to do it.

They always get five stars because they're so awesome down there they always help you and prices usually right although for six coil ignition coils what 348 and I just found them six of them for $148 so that's probably cuz I got them online you're awesome AutoZone

Chain parts stores are always kind of a gamble with service and knowledgeable employees, but I've had nothing but great experiences at this store. Whether it's helping me find what I need or going out of their way to save me some money, the peoe at this store are awesome.

Standard selection and services offered, however "Customer Service" is lacking. 3 counter employees huddled together to help 1 customer, while numerous other customers stand around waiting for help, too pay for the merchandise they're holding in their hands without as much as a "hi we'll be right with you"! Careless, ubobservant, lazy, employees without focus seems to be common in Watertown, NY. Consumer's in Watertown deserve better!! It's your hard earned $'s your spending, request better service & take your business to merchants that are willing to step up & appreciate you!

This place is awesome, everyone who works here is super nice and very helpful! I needed a new battery and one of the workers Dan was nice enough to replace the battery for me. 100% recommend everyone to go here for anything needed for your vehicles they are great!

Winters are harsh in the North country. And like every other dummy that is not used to scraping their windshield everyday, I managed to damage my wind shield wipers. I came into the store late at night, Trash bins outside full of windshield wipers are cases. It was good to know that I was not alone. As I looked through the numbers and letters with a dumb look on my face the service staff was quick to help me they knew what I needed and pointed it out without making me feel dumb.
