I had insurance related damage fixed and the results were excellent. Better than expected, actually. Detailing the rims when they weren't even part of the issue was a pleasant surprise.

Repair of Honda CRV. The whole experience and process was excellent. We had to have our car towed in, due to an accident. Gault provided an estimate promptly, and conducted the repairs quickly. The whole process took about 3 weeks and the car is back on the road. They kept me updated on progress via text messages every few days. I could not be happier - glad I went with Gault for this repair. Thank you to Rich and Heather at Gault Collision.

I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism and amazing work that I received from Gault Auto Body. They answered all of my questions and repaired my vehicle within a month of a deer running into the side of it. My vehicle looks brand new! Went to get my Equinox inspected, everyone is very nice at Gault, I only go there since my husband bought me this a year ago, I Trust them totally. They are good at what they do!

I love how fast they took me in to get the problem fixed even though they did have alittle trouble in the beginning trying to make an appointment but they got it done and only casted me $86.27 to fix the problem

I had a great experience shopping for my new vehicle at Gault.My salesperson Cameron was always professional and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with. We love our new Toyota highlander hybrid!

I fixed my car here twice. First time was due to collision and the second time was due to attempted break-in. Both fixes where done through my insurance. I can attest they are professional with high quality.My only note is that for the second fix, I handed my vehicle in 2021 and got my car back in 2022 (The next year). :) :) :) :) :). Don t get me wrong here, they were pretty fast.

Awesome. They fixed my Dodge Minivan. I did not even realize they worked on other car manufactures.Van looks great. No surprise costs. They were done even before the estimated date. My van was clean.Thanks Tammy!

We bought in the past 19 years 3 new cars from Gault. Their repairs are fine. The customer service of the bodyshop last month was awful. They did not call to say our car was ready. They claimed each time I called that the driver whom I booked was on his way to our home, when the driver did not know he should collect me. The driver got me to the shop 5 minutes before closing, at which point the shop overcharged me $100. I realized the overcharge right after the shop closed. I saw the manager at Wegmans and reported the overcharge. He looked at me like I was a pest and responded "I do not know". Well, I did! The next morning he called me to say that to get my $100 back I had to go to the shop. Another hour of my time wasted: no way! I wrote to Connie Gault thinking that clients who spent ~$110,000 at Gault would matter. Nop. Her representative who called repeated that their driver did not know he should collect me. He said, correctly, that eventually Gault figured out how to credit my card, but that he did not know why I was overcharged. To my amazement, he did not offer an apology! My time and our custom does not matter to Gault. Our fourth purchase of a Toyota will not be at Gault. Mrs B.

Waited for a month and a half for my appointment. Only to find out I wasn't put in schedule. I was so furious but nothing I can do but find a different collision center.

First and foremost karma is very real ... I brought my 2012 Dodge Challenger here to discuss a small crack in the paint on the drivers side bumper and also to fill in the two license plate screw holes Very very minor work the guy that looked at my car with me Chris Boulter told me approx $100 and they would cover the paint I said ok cool i dropped off the car on November 5th...they called the following friday and said that behind the bumper had some cracks and spider webbing ... and that someone could have bumped me in a parking lot I accepted that reality even though it seemed odd ...I asked what options I had such as repair they stated the bumper was bad from behind even though it only had a small crack in the paint so I was a little confused but he insisted it would need replacement I said ok give me an estimate I figured it was what it was right? Ok so I get a estimate for $1147 for new bumper and paint i said ok I'll weigh my options between insurance claim or when I can afford to have the repair ...and thank you ..I picked the car up today November 16th ..it was out back of the shop I walked around back to retrieve the car after asking for a shovel to remove the several feet of snow i moved the car out front to examine the bumper ...to my horror it was cracked all across left to right huge spider webbed cracks chips in the clear coat and several scuffed Marks all fresh like someone dropped the bumper and or a tool on it it was absolutely horrible ...i walked in and confronted Chris about the condition of my bumper he literally told me all that was already there prior and I admit i got a little loud and annoyed but when you have someone telling you it was already there when you know it wasn't is a unsettling feeling I was disgusted and said I wont leave until I find out my recourses if any because I made the mistake of not taking pictures before I dropped it off but really why would I have thought of that it was one small crack in the paint he said they would do nothing to rectify the issue and it was pre existing I called the state police they told me without pictures it was my word against what ever they said but said two try bbb and claims courts either way I realized I was pretty much of luck these people screwed me bad they damaged my bumper and told me it was my fault ....I was furious Chris Boulter made remarks calling me a idiot and swore at me but I couldn't quite make it all out I returned the insults and explained he would get his and what goes around comes around he literally invited me to fight him on north st I was shocked I said if you are feeling froggy leap I'm 34yrs old with a career Im not going to get my self arrested but I said go ahead bud he walked back in the building I went to the other part of the shop and asked for a number to whom ever I could speak with that could help I was giving Bob gaults number I could and left a voicemail detailing what happened like I said karma is real I will now need to get tremendous repair or replace my bumper all from a small crack and the lesson I learned today always take pictures ...I'm beyond sick from this horrible unprofessional attack and bold face lie
