Went in to get a couple tires mounted and ballanced everything went well start my car get going down the road and the rear end of my car is making noise I turn around go back to the garage and tell them about it. the mechanic comes out drives the car in the parking lot says I don't hear anything. Thats interesting I drive that car everywhere on a daily basis and never had clunking when turning corners or accelerating over 20 mph I'll never ever do business with after hours tire again im not going to fight with them about it I'm just done. Be careful who you allow to work on your car guys.

Horrible service: he only wants to service the state troopers and local PD. Guy is lazy and lacks any truth to what he tells you. Will only come up with an explanation as to why he doesn t want to do work Reguardless telling them I don t care about price just make it right. I ll never suggest someone to this place anymore. Expects you to do their job when you call and make an appointment as to paperwork and services requested with horrible customer relations. Any professional shop notes and takes down information to put in their system.. they just wing it carelessly. Also lied about the rework of other stuff I had done. Said fixed it when he never actually touched it. Find yourself another shop with integrity.

After Hours Tires is the only place I'll bring my vehicle. They're very fair and trustworthy. I like their "first come, first served" approach because it's one of the few places I can get same day service. They've always treated me with the utmost respect and have been completely transparent about the services they offer. They go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is in good running condition. For example, I had tires installed last week and needed a NYS inspection and they went ahead and bled the air from my brakes for free. They're just very friendly people and they follow the golden rule which is getting harder to find these days. I 100% recommend them!

After years of using After Hours Tires for tire purchases, repairs, and installs - I am no longer a customer. I had two new Michelin tires mounted and after 45 days I realized both tires had slow leaks at the seal. I called After Hours and they questioned my ability to measure tire pressure, my tire pressure gauge operation and calibration, if both my tires hit curbs and broke the seals or if both were punctured and they would not re-seal the tires due to the 45 days delay. I now will be going to another tire service provider to correct the seals. Aluminum alloys wheels can be challenging to seal and a customer focused business would address the issue.Service: Tires

Would never recommend them. Terrible pricing, terrible staff and customer service. Especially the supervisor that thought he was Mr tough guy with my son, who loses composure like that as a supervisor I'd expect better, and more respect towomen along with the secretary that laughs in front of customers like shes enjoying some drama show at work, boy that was annoying! It's bad enough to get into a car accident but then no proper communication then getting blindsided by a HUGE bill. Ridiculous would hope to never have to go back there again. I will be telling my insurance company as well !

Truck sprang a coolant hose leak, they replaced all coolant hoses as they were all brittle and about to blow, trucks running cooler than ever. Great price, Great service, will most certainly use them again.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I had just finished shopping at mall with my four children and stopped to grab dinner at Taco Bell. When we got to the car, I realized my daughter had locked my keys with my cell phone in the car! 45 minutes away from home at 730pm on a Thursday, I was panicked. I went back into Taco Bell and asked to the phone when I was met by a very nice man who overheard my situation. He immediately offered to help, and left the long line at Taco Bell to come unlock my car. Within 5 minutes I was on my way home. I cannot even describe how thankful I am for this man, I wish I would have caught his name. On top of what he had already done for us, when I got my children in the car he came and told me that there would be no charge for his service!!It felt like a miracle happened. I am so incredible thankful for his selfless act during what I'm sure was his dinner. It was so kind and thoughtful, quick and professional. He gave me his card and I will keep this in my wallet and make sure to recommend to all of my friends. Thank you again for your help! After a wheel flew off my car, called them and they showed up within 10 minutes. They knew exactly what they were doing in getting my car on their tow truck, they took it right where I wanted it serviced, and they arranged for me to get to the service place as well. All for a very reasonable fee. Courteous, friendly, and organized. Could not have had a better experience in a stressful situation!

I couldn't even give me the a "fair" grade review because if the rude customer service via phone that you receive. We had our car towed and when we realized that we had to wait a few days for the funds available to get it towed to our home we had to call to notify them.. Then we realized we had left paperwork in the car from the accident we were in that we needed for insurance and when I called to ask if I could get into the car to just get the paperwork that I needed to be able to get the money released to pay them from our insurance the gentleman preceded with "sounds like you aren't even going to pay us a dime to get your car at all so if you didn't grab stuff before it was towed that's on you" I was so appalled as I explained that it was paperwork to be able to get the funds, then he said no luck. We eventually did get our car out due to family helping us but when they towed the car back to us the guy sat on his phone with our car on his truck ignoring us for a good ten minutes in the freezing cold and then took the car off told us we could NOT pay with credit card it HAD to be cash and then after we got cash he took it and took off no thanks no nothing. Customer service is what builds your business and keeps your business and I will never hesitate to tell everyone everywhere I can not to use them.

They do great work, and are definitely very friendly, but if you've got run flats and/or TPMS on your car (which is more and more common these days), expect to pay a bit more here than elsewhere to get your tires put on.With my oil change, I only had them do the labor -- as I supplied my own oil and filter. Pricing for the labor was generous.This place is honest, they do good work, are nice people, and don't try to sell you on stuff you don't need. They pretty much got me right in after showing up!

If you had your vehicle towed by this business I m sure they tried ripping you off Broome county has a law that states exactly how much a tow company can charge you if your car is towed by the police or any other services in Broom County to save three residents from predatory towing like After hours Tires there is a uniform towing fee schedule for all companies On that list so if they took your car and tried charging you some ridiculous towing fee. they broke the law you can sue them and get your car back or the money that your car was worth they are breaking the law and they were so arrogant as to say well they don t have to follow that so please if your car was towed by these people and you couldn t get it back as they were charging some ridiculous amount of money I guarantee you will get you re money and you re vehicle if they stilll have most likely it s been sold or parted out because that s the scam I m about to post the law and its black and white non negotiable so please sue them and get your car back or your money that your car was worthI know a handful of folks they have done this too and we are going after them so please join in

Excellent guys here. They have changed the tires on all my high performance sports cars and do a great job continuously. Excellent balancing here, and fair prices. They do not rip you off. I will continue to go back.

I just want to start out by saying these guys are true honest working professionals, Went in to get a part that I bought at a local Auto-zone, & they installed it for me in no time at all. These guys deserve a million bucks for what they do, keep up the great work you do!!!! Rate: 5 starts out of 5 for being honest, upfront, professional, willing to help anyway possible, and will not screw you over like other shops!Make/Model Brought in to be repaired: Lincoln Navigator (Ignition Coil)

The tires are great, the service is less than acceptable. One of my tires was leaking air, a lot of air, it went flat within a few days. The owner told me I had a bent rim which needed to be replaced (this rim has been holding air for YEARS). Took my car to Brian at BC Auto on Main Street in the Union district and he took the tire off, removed the crud that After Hours Tires had left on the rim, and it's been fine now !! For better service, visit BC Auto !!

Very Rude and Unprofessional! Pricing is through the roof! I paid $503.00 for a 1 mile tow PLUS a storage fee on top of that! They only informed me it's a cash only business after I put $400 cash on the counter and then handed my Debit card to the Rude Man to pay the balance (guess he didn't feel the need to tell me during our phone conversations). I called other towing service's in the Endicott area and was told that $150.00 would have been a REASONABLE RATE. They also told me that there are NO regulations in place in Endicott for towing rates therefore businesses such as After Hours Tires know they can charge this and don't seem to mind that it's UNFAIR OR UNREASONABLE.

We really enjoy taking our cars here. They are always friendly and take good care of us. Fast service even though they are always busy. Best priced tires in the area also

Had my car towed here last night after drowning it in a lake of rain water! The staff here were fantastic! Kind, polite, understanding,& helpful. I will be using this business again!

They charged my friend $1000 for a tow less than a mile today then wouldnt allow him to get his person items or the base for his infants carseat. Horrible place and will never do business with them again, i will tell anyone looking for work done to go elsewhere. Nothing but crooks.

These guys have done all sorts of work on both my car and my girlfriends. Work is always quick and work is quality. Would recommend these guys. I always drive out of my way to bring my car here.

I've used After Hours Tire since they opened in Endicott and they've always been top notch to me. I do the majority of my own repairs and have a better than fair knowledge of auto repair as I worked in a body shop for a number of years and have always maintained my own vehicles and my friends' as well.These guys have never once tried to pull something over on me. I rely on them for doing the things that I can't do at home (ie; inspections, tire balancing, alignments, new tires, etc.)The prices are absolutely fair. (The days of $30/hr repair labor are long gone!) I think most people just don't understand how much time it takes to perform a GOOD auto repair.Probably the best thing about them is that if you have an issue they give a thorough effort to troubleshoot the issue rather than to just throw parts in the vehicle that may or may not repair it (think Monroe, Meineke, etc ... most of those guys I call "parts changers" they're good at swapping parts but that isn't what makes a good mechanic)Overall, I think if you've had a bad experience here, there's probably a lot more to the story or you didn't give them an opportunity to resolve the issue. I'm happy with them.

This towing company will try and hold your personal belongings until you pay the overpriced tow bill. My title was in the vehicle when it was impounded because I just purchased it, so it was not in my name. And this employ named, Mark took the title and are telling me I have no way to prove ownership even with bill of sale. Now I have to get the police involved. IT IS ILLEGAL FOR A TOWING COMPANY TO REFUSE YOU YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY. And these guys need to be made aware of that

I had my fuel pump replaced. They replaced the fuel pump then they discovered the problem was in fact damaged wiring that leads to the fuel pump. So I didn't need the fuel pump changed... just the wiring running to the fuel pump. That cost me 750.00 Dollars. The day after I get the car back I take it to a gas station, and as I am pumping gas into it, gas starts pouring all over the ground under neath the car. They put the gas tank back together wrong...

Terrible terrible!!!! Not only did they tow my car one road from my house but they charged me 700 dollars due to inconvenience!!!! If you are a woman do not deal with them without a male present!!! There apparently has been a number of women who reported being over priced and missed treated!i was also in a terrible accident where I should have died a year ago (1 car accident thankfully) and they called two tow trucks and made my mother pay 1500!!!!!I am livid!!!! I would have gaven them zero stars if google allowed!!!

I wasn't about to text, but I found an identical complaint about outrageou$ towing fee for a friend. Then I found a few more bad review$. 1perSon thought, "...robbed becau$e a woman." I have a feeling $exi$m wa$n't motive. To be fair, were patient &courteous. I gave Aft. Hr$. a for hiring much talented actorS w/perHaps most excellent clerical skills.
