Hit a pothole and needed a new tire. Chris and Edgar were extremely helpful in helping me find the right replacement at the right price. They got my car serviced quickly and got me back on the road. Best service in town. Thanks.

Chris and team did awesome job assessing operational needs of vehicle and working out a viable deal on tires. Appreciated walkthrough of the leaking rear shocks, brakes and other suspension components as well as linking tire wear and running sounds. More than I expected but well worth it. Very professional and sensitive to my needs.

Very well managed store with Chrisand Edgar at the front desk, you're in good hands. Technicians inside the shop are true professionals. Had a wonderful experience with aligning new tires. They were extremely busy the day I decided to go so they suggested I come back the next day at 9am and everything was smooth!

Christian and Christopher were amazing. I came in with no appointment after notice my tire was flat. They made sure to see me within an hr! So grateful. Come here if you need your car taken care of!!

Waking up to a giant nail in my tire before work was not how I wanted to start my morning. I immediately threw on my "donut" and called Mavis. I was able to get help from Christian and Chris, both of whom were SO nice it made a stressful situation not seem so terrible. I got to work only a few minutes late and was able to have the plugged tire put back on later that night. $40 and only about 25 minutes total and I was back on the road like nothing happened. As good as the service was, it was the kindness of all the employees that really made the experience top notch. If you don't know much about cars and want a nice staff with patience to help you out, I recommend Mavis of Elmsford!

Christopher squeezed us in 2 min before closing time, & offered superb service!! We were stranded right off the highway and immediately came here. They are amazing, great prices and offer the best of the best tires!

I was helped by a wonderful man named Chris. Very respectful, very nice and welcoming. The people in general are very nice. Allowed me to come in right away and receive service. Chris made me aware of the issues with my car and told me about the best possible solutions. He also talked me through every step he was taking. He worked very quick and was very attentive to the customers. Appreciate all the help I received from him today. Will definitely come back again.Thank you again Chris. Appreciate you.

I had a blow out and had to be towed into the Mavis shop in ELMSFORD. Brandon the manager and his professional staff saw to my issues and also taught me lesson on my mounted spare.. great service Coach DVD

Amazing experience with Christian and Desmond. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Made my experience very comfortable and not expensive either. They know regular cars and sport cars. Will be Coming back for sure. Highly recommend.

Everyone at Mavis is incredibly helpful and friendly. I hit a pothole and the front end of my car was making all sorts of noises-- Christian and Desmond were able to fit me in and take care of it! I would highly recommend Mavis of Elmsford!

I came in today due to concern for tire bubbles as there are many potholes near my job. Christopher took my car in and checked EVERYTHING for me! He knew I was going to be taking a long trip tomorrow and went the extra mile. 100% service every time. Thank you Mavis!!! And thank you Christopher!

Had a great experience today thanks to Christian! I got a nail in my tire leaving my office parking lot. I rely heavily on my car for work, so Christian got my car in right away to plug the hole. I also needed a state inspection and a couple of other tires worn tires replaced. He found tires at a great price with a discount, in stock and available to come back the following day when my schedule allowed. Huge help and superior service from Christian and the team at Mavis Elmsford NY. 5 stars!

I couldn t be happier with Christian and Chris they saved the day. I was stuck with my daughter heading back home. They did everything to help make sure we got back on the road. They were very attentive and personable they knew what needed to be done.I highly recommend them. They made an unfortunate situation into a blessing. Very fortunate to have had them take care of us.

Amazing service!! Christian, Junior, Desmond and the rest of the team (sorry I forgot some names) are awesome here! You drive in with an issue but cruise away with more knowledge. The guys will inform you of the issue as well as (if you ask) what your opinions are to repair. If they tell you that there are no options listen and believe them they wont steer you wrong (no pun intended) they know their cars and how to keep em running, and safe on the road! And purring like a kitten I might add.Oh, P.S. this review is after my SECOND time visiting and receiving the same level of elite service during both visits!!! I'm telling you...awesome sauce! Don't believe me, go see for yourselves and thank me later.

Had a damaged rim which was deflating my tire. Stop at the Mavis after work and Christian was super nice and helpful. Had the team change the tire to the donut so i can head home safely. Thank you!!!

I called for a walkin inspection and Christian told me to come in at that moment and that they would squeeze me in. For a walk in service it did not take as long as I expected since there were some cars before me. I was out within the hour. The team was great and I felt like I could trust them.

Christian and Edgar were wonderful! They were very nice and attentive. Christina even explained everything that my car needed and let me look at my car and items needed before they worked on it so I felt comfortable moving forward with service. Life Savers - I had some work done on my Accord by a dealership. Their cost to do a wheel alignment was high so I opted to just do it elsewhere. On Christmas Eve morning my wife moved the car and noticed there were weird sounds coming from it. In a panic we called this local branch and they still got us in. Turns out the links were broken but they still worked with us, gave reasonable pricing, and got it all done today.Can't stress how much the folks here went out of their way to make sure we had a vehicle for Christmas.

I kept having the TPMS indicator light come on despite going to other shops for service. The 2 places I visited insisted that all was fine and that this was resulting from the temperature dropping and all I needed was air. After the 3rd incident, I decided to go to Mavis and Christian was a God send ! He immediately went into action and made me feel at ease. He checked all 4 tires and discovered I had 2 bad sensors!! They were replaced and I was on the road in no time! Kudos to Christian and the Mavis Team!

Had an ongoing issue with my car stemming from a service done in Georgia while being away but when I was able to go to a Mavis back home, the customer service from Christian and Christopher were amazing! Definitely can go to Elmsford, NY Mavis again!!!
