This is the cleanest and nicest service department I have ever visited, even the restrooms were spotless!

Scheduled an appointment for maintenance service on my lincoln suv and asked for a loaner vehicle which is a service I ve been receiving since i ve been going there since 2019. I was told by the new service coordinator that it s not their policy to give loaner cars for vehicles that are not under warranty. My vehicle hasn t been under warranty in two years. It was purchased preowned and every time I ve been there,,I ve gotten a loaner car when dropping my car off for service, now, all of a sudden , it s not being extended. Meanwhile, I purchased a 4 year premium service plan and I can t even use it , unless I go there and wait in their Service waiting area for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, while they service my car. I will never use this place again or buy a car from them dishonest people, buyers beware.Service: Auto maintenance

Everyone there was so helpful. My rear view mirror came off the windshield and everyone I called refused to help but they were so willing to help. Even though it couldn't be fixed they gave me their genuine opinion.

Amazing place amazing staff and their loaners are new cars that are extremely clean and well kept. They also keep you informed on the status of your vehicle which is great

Brought car in for oil change, PM, and wiper replacement. Was given a new 2022 as a loaner. As always process was flawless.
