Great experience from start to finish. Our salesman was really pleasant to work with and engaging, making the whole purchase process quite enjoyable. We settled on price quickly in December, and picked up our ordered Navigator today. The closing was equally pleasant without all the usual hard-sell on add-ons that I have experienced in other car purchases at other dealerships. We bought the prepaid maintenance contract and look forward to similar support during our ownership experience.

My experience with Lincoln White Plains was excellent. Jenine and staff were there as always, to address all my issues/concerns that I had. As always very professional and helpful throughout my stay there for the day. Jen and the service crew made sure that I was completely satisfied that all my issues/concerns were addressed to my satisfaction of approval before, leaving the service department. I was very well satisfied with the service. I will always recommend White Lincoln Service Department to my family and friends anytime. A big thanks to Jenine and all the service staff at Lincoln White Plains Service Department.

One of my favorite experiences when taking my car for service. It's so easy to make an appointment with them online and the check in is hands down the best. Their number one priority is ensuring client satisfaction. Thank you to Jenine for being one of the best service reps I've worked with. She's kind and has gone above and beyond for me and I don't believe it stops with me. Lincoln of White Plains is very lucky to have someone so dedicated on staff.

My Service Department experience was solid, from drop off to pick up. I was kept abreast of the status and given a prompt recommendation to consider new tires. Overall, my service was performed as expected with no surprises and high quality customer service. Additionally, my car was returned to me cleaner than I left it!

Outstanding customer service ! Just picked up a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid, my Fifth Lincoln from White Plains Lincoln. Anthony Paladino is hands down the finest new car sales person I have ever worked with. He is responsive , accommodating, HONEST and most importantly, gets you the best deal possible. I traveled 50 miles to do business with them. The business manager Rob was super professional and extremely friendly. Don't waste time or effort at any other dealership. Great place to shop for a new Lincoln !

I have met the best sales team ever! I was never left feeling like I made a mistake in my purchase. They couldn t do enough for me to assist me in every aspect of the car buying experience. I have recommended them to all my friends. I love my car. Antonio, Diana,Hunter and Robert were so nice and their honesty and transparency was refreshing. I felt leaving was like leaving friends. Great service great staff great cars. They really work with you to get a good deal done.3 years later and we ended up buying the Corsair we had leased. Wilhem and Rob are amazing people who really care about your experience at this particular dealer. There is no reason to go to any other service or sales when it comes to Lincoln as these guys are top notch.

I was the last customer on 12/31/23 . Wilhelm Mercado , Jay Reyes , the gentlemen I signed the contract with and the whole staff was welcoming and genuinely nice. Will recommend them. Love the Corsair.They should give customers a choice of unhealthy Doritos and Potatoes chips then the healthy stuff. Lol

My service advisor Jen was fantastic. I waited for my vehicle and she kept me appraised of the progress throughout the whole process.No one likes to have to bring their vehicle in for service or repairs but when you do, this is the place to go.Kudos!!!

From start to finish they are so organized & the best service. First time I brought my car in, they offered me car service to the mall. Second time, they picked up my car fromMy home, I offered to pick it up when it was done. Twice I scheduled & needed a loaner, they gave me a new loaner.My car comes back clean in & Out.The employees are all so friendly.

Upscale showrooms and service buildings shared with Volvo. Nice waiting room. Best is they will pickup and deliver your vehicle from your home/office. Great helpful service advisors, super sales manager (Anthony Palladino).

I was extremely pleased with my vehicle purchase from Lincoln White Plains. They were extremely helpful and friendly, and they made the entire process very easy. Doug was great as well as all the other staff members I interacted with. They took care of all the details that typically frustrate you when you re buying a new vehicle and trading in your old car. I give them a solid 5 Star review and wouldn t hesitate to purchase a car from then again.

Amazing experience. My shopping experience started online since I'm from out of state. After my wife and I found the perfect truck for our family we reached out and received 5 star service from start to finish. Hunter took lead and gave us a video walk-thru of the vehicle, answering all questions and taking care of any request to see specific items. Doug then took over with getting us prepped for the sale and also making sure the vehicle was ready to go considering we had to fly up to complete the purchase. Rob then took care of all the financial stuff quickly and without hassle. Great team of guys with great vehicles on-hand!

From the moment I walked into Lincoln White Plains and the person at the front desk greeted me with a big smile, I knew leasing my car from them was going to be a great experience.William was fantastic to work with. He even took the time to send me a personal video of the car he knew would be perfect for me - and it was! He was extremely easy to work with and I look forward to working with him in the future.Robert was also wonderful to work with, making the financial aspect a breeze.For years my family has purchased our vehicles from Stamford Lincoln - now we are looking forward to working with Lincoln White Plains in the future.

My bf just bought a car from them and the whole process he went thru with these guys(Diana, Barry, & Rob) was amazing! The response time in Diana getting back to him regarding the car and keeping in touch thru out the whole process. Barry helping him with most of the process to the finance guy Rob finishing the paperwork with him. It was all very easy and they were all super friendly and great to deal with. Definitely recommend buying a car from the Lincoln Dealership.
