The problem with my RR was never resolved and eventually I felt completely dismissed by the service team. I understand that at times some car issues can be hard to resolve, I offered to take the car to my local imports mechanic to see if they could find the issue. The RR team was not collaborative about this idea. My car is under full warranty and I will now need to pay out of pocket to resolve the issue. For the price of these cars the experience and expertise needs to match owning a luxury vehicle. My car was at the dealership for 5 days and they would not offer me a loaner car and my husband and I had to chase them for answers. I hope they read this review to understand how we felt as a client. All we wanted was someone to work with us to resolve the problem.

One of the best things about owning my Land Rover Discovery Sport is the level of service I receive at Land Rover of White Plains.From the movement I drive into the climate controlled drop-off area to the moment when I get my car back (with a courtesy wash) they really make you feel special. Valentina, my service specialist is exceptional. She even texted me when my car was headed to the wash so I would know it would be ready momentarily. (I had walked down the street to grab lunch). She further escorted me to my car, which she had brought around to the front.I cannot say enough good things about Valentina. She is courteous, prompt and professional. A delight to work with.

My sales manager David was kind and courteous and helped me get the repair I needed quickly so that I got the car back same day which I really appreciated. Great experience!

One of the most honest and reliable service/ dealership I have ever been to every staff member there was helpful from when I first step in the door until the work was completed, I will recommend Land Rover of White Plains Service Center of New York . Thanks to the whole staff

Had a great experience with Jason when I purchased my new defender. Honestly everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful without being overly pushy. Would gladly got back when i'm ready to purchase again!

HORRIBLE customer service and a complete lack of respect from the service department at Land Rover White Plains.I booked a service appointment 5 weeks in advance which was the first date a loaner car would be available for my appointment.� The day before my appointment I send a message asking what types of loaners are available, as I want to try out a new model that I am also considering buying.� First, the service rep lies and says that I never requested a loaner.� After showing her very�clear email confirmation that I did, she backtracks and says that they don't have any available and I will have to wait 6 weeks for a new appointment.� After I tell her that is unacceptable, she gets the service manager on the line who apologizes and specifically promises to call me the next morning to figure out a sooner date.The next morning... no call.� I call and leave a message... no call back.� It is now two weeks later and I have texted or called and left messages on FOUR separate�days, each time being told that the manager will call me back right away.� And I still haven't heard anything.The last message I left, I said: "It's my first time coming to this location and I am very disappointed with the lack of respect and the fact that I am being completely ignored.� Please have someone get back to me so we can figure out a date to reschedule."� And still no call back.Just shocking to me that this location can operate with such complete disrespect for its customers.
