When I brought my car in for service I was surprised about the maintenance that was preformed as the staff continued to provide with conflicting information and status. When I went to pick up the car I spoke to Steven Glossy, the service manager, who listen to me and resolved the all the issues I had beyond my expectations. This is the place to bring your car if you wish to be treated with respect and courtesy. Excellent service.

From the moment we entered this dealership, we were treated with respect and cordiality and as if we mattered. A particular shout out to Em e l i a, a rising star and to Melvin as well. All questions were answered with much patience. We can say that this was a welcoming experience far different from what one would ordinarily expect in buying or leasing a vehicle. My husband and I were looking for a specific Maserati. He found that car at Jaguar Land Rover, White Plains. He called to get some information on the car, and decided it was what he was looking for. He set up an appointment with Jr to see the car. The day of the appointment Jr called my husband and told him that he may want to come earlier, as there was a lot of interest in that particular car. We decided to go earlier than originally planned. Good thing that we did. After our test drive of the car while we were inspecting everything to see how it worked, someone who had been hanging around started talking to us about the car. He was also there to see, and test drive the car. Bottom line, the car was beautiful and exactly as described, and we ended up buying the car.Our entire experience was exceptional. Jr was with another customer when we arrived, but another salesperson, I believe his name was Melvin (?), helped us in the meantime. We could not have been happier with our buying experience. The two salesmen were the PERFECT team! They were informative every step of the way, made sure that we were comfortable while we waited and even complied with some of the inspection requests from my husband. Upon completion of the sale, the car was presented to us in the glass room with a big red bow and they insisted on taking our pics with our new purchase. They also followed up with us days later to make sure that we were happy, and to let us know that they were there if we had any questions in the future. The car is everything that we hoped for, as was our experience!The facility was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and accommodating while you wait. What more could you ask for!?

My experience at Jaguar LandRover White Plains was beyond amazing!My salesperson Emilia Baez was the kindest and most helpful person I ever dealt with!! She helped me purchase the car of my dreams the Jaguar XF!!! It is indescribable!!! She understood my financial situation and worked with me to help me acquire the car under unique circumstances!! I would encourage anyone buying a Jaguar to see Emilia!! She is passionate about what she does!!! F-Pace is a nice 4 cyl. with a good giddy up with the tubo. It is not as soft a ride and you feel a lot of the road, but the sleek design and great gas mileage (24 HMPG) is amazing.

Had to get my E-pace serviced for a check engine light and some other issues. I had a long trip coming up in two days, so I was worried the car wouldn t be ready in time. The service department was busy, but very accommodating, and the car was ready to be picked up just a bit later that day. They offered me an Uber, which I didn t end up needing. Personable staff. Efficient service. And they vacuumed my car.Can t say anything negative this visit.

I got to interact with Wilmer who was a knowledgeable sales person. The Sales Manager was transparent and straightforward with sale price and trade in value, making the deal convenient. The bottleneck was with the Finance Manager. Apparently there is only one for 3 or 4 dealership locations.. the paperwork and delivery of the vehicle is at the mercy of her availability. Lastly they delivered the car with less than quarter tank gas in it.

I recently had some work done on my Jaguar at the dealership and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, Edgar and the team were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure that all of my needs were met. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and Edgar kept me informed every step of the way. White glove service all the time!!

Nice cars, supposed to be the price you see is the price you pay with transparency, however they need to push paint and dent protection so they jack up the price almost another $1,500 and tell you you that you don't have a choice, guess what, I do, I can go anywhere else and buy the same $100,000 car, which buy the way, not too many people do this time of the year, good luck

I recently called the parts department as I was needing help with something, and Nick in parts answered the phone. We weren t able to immediately find the answer, and all I can say is Nick went way far and beyond to assist me. Haven t had that kind of customer service in a very long time! Great job Nick!! I had reserved ahead of time an online appointment for an oil and filter change and I ended up waiting 4 hours because they didn t order the parts for my specific car. They don t have anyone checking online bookings and the specifics of your reservation. The representative there preferred we called instead but there is no information online about having to call because the assumption is that they are checking everything. In the end it felt like the sales rep was blaming it on for not knowing this information.

I had been looking for a new car for a few weeks and had contacted other dealers and test drove several other vehicles in Westchester & CT but Jaguar/Land Rover White Plains was superior in every way. I ended up buying a used 2019 Kia Sportage this past week and was very happy with every step of the process. My salesperson Marc Vilson was exceptional from our first call to the delivery and for checking up several times since my purchase. Marc made sure to ask me lots of questions about my current car and why I was interested in the Kia to really understand the bigger picture so if the Kia didn't work out he knew what else he could possibly present as an alternative and understand my needs as a customer. Everyone I met from the Porter to the Sales Manager Ricky to the Finance Manager Nol were all lovely people and made buying my car such a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car since they clearly demonstrated superior customer service skills and really have the passion and awareness to make sure everyone feels valued and are happy with their purchase.

Fraud & Deceit characterize my experience. I have been repeatedly lied to about the purchase and delivery of my car. I was told if I didn't do a trade in and paid in full I could get the car from the show room delivered out of state. So I paid in full and now almost three weeks later I still do not have car. I am getting more excuses and delays and don't know if they will ever deliver. They promise and promise it will be delivered and still NO CAR! The dealership will no longer return my correspondence. Do NOT work with the White Plains, NY dealership under any circumstance as they are fraudulent.

My son brought a 2020 Mercedes, whom the salesman name is George Lefer which was going great.Once we brought and received the car, the car was shipped to us without any paperwork.We've emailed and called for over a month and received nothing till the finance company threatening to add fees for the delay of the title lien.when we received the car all types of codes came up on the car the car had to much oil,and the blindside light not working and now we have nothing indicating that the car is bought, no registration paperwork, tag paperwork, no nothing. Here it is almost 2months we're just now talking to someone and getting some paperwork hopefully being sent to us
