Outstanding Customer Service and products! I have a 2003 Silverado SS that has been equipped with an SSBC big brake kit for about 9 years, I have had nothing but success for those 50,000 miles and still enjoy the big brake kit benefits, I can't imagine going back to stock! Unfortunately they stopped making the kit for my year truck a few years ago, and when I had a wheel bearing fail on my truck and take out the brake Caliper mounting bracket, I thought I would surely be out of luck! I called into SSBC with little hope of a replacement bracket, but Tim Slattery searched the warehouse for me and found the bracket that I need, even though they haven't made the kit in YEARS! He also found the slide pins for the Caliper, and got all the parts shipped my way in a timely manner! He turned my near hopeless search into a fruitful endeavor! Thanks to all the folks at SSBC that helped me out this week, and thanks especially to Tim!

On September 5, 2022 order a complete set of Barbarian High Performance front and rear brake kits for 2029 Chevrolet 2500 Duramax. It took another month before I received the order as they had to manufacture and power coat the calipers. Ran them in on-road and oilfield offroad 35,000 miles and when front pads deteriorated to the point of failure it was almost instantaneous. Ruined a front rotor before3 getting truck to shop. Had to order a set of 2 front rotors as SSBC would not sell 1 rotor. in another 30,000 miles all brake pads failed and 2 calipers pushed brake pucks out so called to order caliper repair kits for my ASC mechanic to install and was told to take off all calipers in need of repair and send to to SSBC as they will not sell repair kits.I have mechanic pulling off the SSBC brake system and am going back with factory brakes as the questionable quality and serviceability for SSBC products will nt work for being able to have a usable service truck for oilfield well work. In my humble opinion, these brakes fail to live up to their hype. Cannot recommend them.

Purchased brakes for my 78 cj7 . Took my money. No product. No word. Ordered 6/17. Now 7/6. Update/ 7/6 Tim from SSBC just emailed me apologizing for delay and order will be shipped soon. Will edit this review as situation progresses.

Purchased a rear brake conversion kit for my 98 Dakota. Called to find out what the status is on my order. No answer, no reply to email. Unimpressed at this point. Makes me nervous about future warranty issues.

SENT IN A SET OF CALIPERS IN MAY 2023 THAT LOCKED UP ON MY CLIENT THAT PULLS HIS FAMILY AROUND IN THEIR 5TH WHEEL TRAILER. THESE CALIPERS DID NOT EVEN LAST A YEAR BUT THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR OVER HAULING THEM AS WELL AS TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE ABUSED! REALLY, WE INSTALL CALIPERS EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK AND WILWOODS FOR THAT MATTER, WHICH ARE 10 TIMES THE CALIPER THESE HORRIBLE CALIPERS ARE. WE LITERALLY INSTALLED THEM IN MAY OF 22 AND THEY LASTED 1 YEAR AND 20,000 MILES! ABUSE? REALLY GUYS? THIS IS THE 3RD SET I HAVE HAD TO WARRANTY! WE ARE DONE. WE ARE A SHOP FOLKS READING THIS REVIEW! BEEN HERE 11 YEARS AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE CALIPERS TO ANYONE TRYING TO UPGRADE. WILWOOD IS THE WAY TO GO FOLKS! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE AS WELL! KEEP YOUR STUFF FACTORY OR FIND ANOTHER SOURCE FOR UPGRADED BRAKES.

I have SSBC brakes on my muscle car and my suburban, these are quality parts. I had some trouble with the old ssbc company but SSBC-USA recently shipped me a new set of pads and the parts arrived promptly and look even higher quality than what I previously received. Thanks!

Nothing but impressed with the turn around and quality of the big brake kits. These folks do brakes and that s an understatement! I ordered these Monday, drove 8 hours out that same week on Friday, met with friendly faces and received a tour of the machine shop. I bought a set of quick change calipers for my 1986 el camino. Couldn t be happier! Car stops much better! I did have one small issue but I called and they took care of it right away with no problem! Definitely would buy from them again!

We email them for information on products our company wants to buy and they don't email us back with answers. If we buy from this company we get an idea on the their warranty service, very slow response. I don't think we want to buy from here
