The team at Scruggs is absolutely exceptional! From the moment I walked in, Henry, Charlie, and Corey went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-notch. They expertly installed an Icon lift kit and new Mickey Thompson all-terrain tires on my F-150, taking the time to patiently address all my inquiries and thoroughly explain the pricing and value of each upgrade option. What sets them apart is their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction; they never pushed me to purchase more expensive equipment and instead focused on meeting my specific needs. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding, with regular updates on ordering and shipping. Despite only having one job done, I already feel like part of the family at Scruggs! Looking forward to entrusting them with all my future truck upgrades and maintenance needs.

Long time customer I've spent thousands here. They are the most honest mechanics you will find, they've saved me thousands.I come in and talk too much being an annoying customer and they put up with me with a smile!. They are amazing at all 3 locations. I've used them all at one point or another.If you have a modified jeep this is definitely where you need to go. I drive a '16 jk 2.5 in lift on 35s. Etc etc etcLifetime customer here!

Scruggs is always quick and efficient with work. They have never given me a problem and have sent me appreciative checks in the mail for coming there. Scruggs can work on my car too, which usually only the dealer can so they are highly advanced mechanics as well. All in all I would suggest Scruggs to anybody I take all 3 of my cars here for all work!

I ve brought my previous trucks to other shops for lift kits/tires in the past and have not always had a great experience (bolts missing, shotty work, tires not balanced etc) This time I decided to see how Scruggs was and I m so glad I did. It was great to deal with Nick when it came to picking out lift/tires, he s very knowledgeable and really easy to get along with/trust. they do a thorough inspection of the truck before they start any work including pictures/videos as well as pictures of the final product. My truck turned out great and was done right the first time! I m extremely happy with how the truck turned out but also with the amazing service I got, everybody I dealt with was super friendly. It s nice to have a shop that I can trust, I will be back for more upgrades in the future.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

I was in the Market for a lift kit and tires for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I chose Scruggs because ofseveral recommendations and after the consultation I had with Nick Herberger, it was an easy choice to have them work on the Jeep. The knowledge the team has and the customer service is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend 10 out of 10! Check out my before and after pics!

I had foolishly forgotten to update my annual inspection. on my way to Buffalo, a Cop pulled me over and respectfully told me that it has expired and let me off with a warning. Wanted to continue driving but not illegally so I stopped at Sruggs.They were extremely quick, respectful, kind and professional. I highly recommend working with these people. Thank you to Charlie and the rest of the team for such fine work .

This really is a great place! The prices are fair, the front desk person explained everything to me very well. I didnt leave the conversation feeling confused & taken advantage of like has happened in the past. I will definitely have these guys taking care of both myself & my car moving forward

Scruggs did an excellent job on my 2020 Ford F150. I brought it in for a leveling kit, ordered new aftermarket wheels and larger tires through them as well. Their pricing was competitive with numerous other shops I called for quotes but they re the only ones who offer a 3 year\36k mile warranty AND 3% rewards back on your purchase. I mainly dealt with Nick throughout the entirety of the process and he was extremely easy to work with. From start to finish it was a seamless process and they had my truck in and out within a day (and stayed past close to ensure I could pick it up that day and still make it to some personal commitments). I d strongly suggest going to Scruggs for your automotive needs. I couldn t be happier with how the truck turned out!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

Would not recommend. Spent close to $10k on repairs to sell the vehicle for less than $1k....exhaust fumes in the cabin, took it to the Elma location..... was able to fill a cigarette pack full of solder-looking burnt out parts from their "repair"...... WNY AAA also sucks for recommending such a repair shop..... also tried to claim all shocks needed to be replaced on another vehicle (jeep)... that are fine..... no trust....staff is friendly, but this place REALLY sucks..... and I'm a Commercial Freight Executive.... was initially impressed.... but steer clear of this place!

They need to get a new mechanic .they were by far the worst mechanic shop I've ever been to in my whole life .the workers at the desk are nice as you can get but the quality of work and there warranties are worthless .please don't waste thousands of dollars like I did they financially wrecked my year .unfortunately I believed all there lies .they kept saying that I needed this and that but they never fixed anything right it was pitiful .I also blame myself for not seeing there lying stealing ways sooner. they ruined my summer car and my wife's every day truck .I can only hope and pray the Good lord serves them back some karma. please don't make the same mistakes that I made.do not go to Scruggs automotive repair for anything not even a oilchange witch they didn't even put any oil at all in my car and they couldn't figure it out what was the problem..

Had no heat in my 18 wrangler jk. Scruggs determined it was my heater core and replaced it through my warranty. They gave me a loaner car and worked around my schedule so i can get to Dr. appts because of a T-bone car accident from the kia boys in June. Got my wrangler back and had some issues with a couple things and had to get it towed back to Scruggs they re diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. They went above and beyond to make me happy. Love this shop and the people r amazing

MY car broke down while driving from Canada to New Jersey, on a Sunday night and a holiday weekend. Had to stay in hotel over night to speak to Scruggs where it was towed. I called Monday morning and Charlie Baldi told me they were booked all week. When I told him my predicament, he put me in the queue right away and did everything he could to get it fixed. I have an older convertible and parts are sometimes hard to get but they did this whole thing post haste and with a smile. It was greatly appreciated. Also good service!!

This is a great place! Everything from scheduling to pick-up was effortless. Daryl and his team were extremely kind and accommodating. After looking at my vehicle they were upfront about what they believed the problem was and recommended I contact the manufacturer due to the extreme severity of the issue. It's this level of transparency and honesty that will keep me coming back in the future. This place is a breath of fresh air. Thanks again guys!

I took my SUV to my dealership for repair (hold on, before you call me a sucker, I thought it was under warranty, it wasn t). The dealer, not to be named, gave me a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed with the diesel exhaust fluid system. They also said it may not even fix the problem. The total for this potential not helpful repair was going to be over $1500. I picked the car up and took it to Scruggs. They went through the entire system, checked all the parts and said it only needed a computer reset. I m sure they spent far more man hours looking my vehicle over than what the repair cost but they saved me 80% on what the dealer was going to needlessly do. It s unfortunate that an honest mechanic is hard to come by, but Scruggs is now our go to place. From the start they were courteous, very welcoming and constantly in communication with me about everything they were doing. If only Scruggs also offered dental work and home repairs. Thank you to the team over in the Elma location. You are a fantastic crew.

NEVER COME HERE! I got a lift kit and new wheels installed on my truck from here. Nick (the manager) was absolutely CLUELESS at the consultation. Any questions I had he could not answer. Anyways, after my truck was done and I went to pick it up I noticed they did not reprogram the tire pressure sensors. WHICH I PAID FOR. Nick told me to bring it back tomorrow and they would fix it in 5 minutes free of charge. So, I called the next morning to take it back and the girl told me it would take 30 minutes and I need an appointment. So, I made the appointment and sat in the waiting room for almost two hours. As long as the problem was getting fixed I did not mind the wait. However, after a worker took my truck on a 30 minute joy ride with the music blasting they told me they can NOT fix the problem that they caused and still charged me. I have asked to speak to Nick numerous times now and all of his workers continue to say "He will call you" or "He is on vacation". He never has called me and its been almost 3 weeks. I then decided to get my inspection done there and they told me to drop off my truck and they will do it. After 2 hours they call me and tell me that they can not do it unless they drive it to a different location where the printer works. So, I said okay. When I went to pick it up it SMELLED LIKE SMOKE so bad. They also refused to let me pay with my gift card after telling me I could from the beginning. I also again asked to speak with Nick (the manager) in person and they said no once again. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. PLEASE DO NOT waste your time or money at this place. They will LIE to you, BREAK your car, OVERCHARGE you, and REFUSE to give your money back. WORST COMPANY EVER.Services: Tires, Vehicle safety inspection

I found Scruggs online and decided to give them a try. Absolutely fabulous !! From the initial visit to set an appointment I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency and friendliness ... especially of Chelsea and Daryl I received a timely appointment and a very detailed summary of the vehicle inspection. and estimates for the requested repairs . Was very pleased with the time frame that was estimated and promised and the quality of the work was exceptional I can't say enough about the professionalism and great work that I received at Scruggs ...the best way I can sum it up is they make you feel like they're taking care of a family member....honest., going the extra mile , leaving no stone unturned while explaining recommendations for the repairs...doing whst it takes to satisfy the customer...very refreshing these days....thank you sgsinServices: Vehicle Inspection, Auto exhaust system replacement, Auto maintenance

As a first time Scruggs customer, I am so happy and impressed how Scruggs was able to help with my Jeeps issues and get me back on the road in no time. I was planning on going on a road trip, and was under a time restraint getting my Jeep road trip ready. Without any hesitation they were able to rearrange some things and help make sure I had a safe vehicle to travel in. Shout out to the echanic

I had gotten tires here, and at that time made an appointment for the following week to have a pipe welded. That morning dropped my car off @ 7:15am,.....7 hours later...they called to say they can't and did Not weld the pipe. However, while looking over my car from one end to the other, they had come up with a list of several other "issues" they suggested I have corrected. I declined and picked up my car.

Had a 3.5 Metalcloak lift installed. Scruggs did an exceptional job, something that Dave Smith Ford couldn t fix after dealing with them & an extended warranty that they sold me. Scruggs may not be the cheapest but when it comes to Jeeps they are the best. Wouldn t take either of my Jeeps anywhere else. The staff members were kind and respectful. I had two tires mounted and balanced on TIS wheels. They had little to no markings on them at the time of me dropping them off at the business. I came back later to pick them up to notice one rim had a significant gouge, which wasn't there before. I got in touch with multiple staff owners, one being the owner, to hopefully resolve the issue and be compensated. After inspection of the damage, I was told there was no possible way the technician or equipment could create such damage. They refused to take accountability for the damage and I was left with no compensation besides not having to pay for the service. Unfortunately I would NOT recommend taking your business here if you have nice wheels in fear that the same thing will happen to you. (Elma Location)Service: Tires
