I bought a Jeep from Joe and Joe Jr 4 years ago and it was totaled in an MVA - I wanted to get another Jeep from them because they are honest and fair people, not to mention excellent and knowledgeable mechanics. They always fit you in if you ve got an issue and will take the time to explain to you all of the details of what s being done, no surprises when you get your bill except of how affordable they are! I let them know my price range and what I was looking for and within a few days, they found me what I wanted and at such a great price, I m pretty sure they took a loss on it. They wanted to go through the entire vehicle before they would let me drive it home to make sure everything was working properly. I will continue to refer my family and friends to them and they are the only place I trust to work on my vehicle.

AMAZING family owned dealership. 100% honest, up front, fast, and easy. I purchased a Subaru crosstrek. Fantastic car! Warrior in the snow!Blunt about car problems. EXACTLY what I need. No sugar coating. Definitely would recommend. Absolutely buy again from them.I am unbelievably thankful for their service. Follow up:It has been 1 year since my purchase. No complaints and my suv is solid! :)

I have been a regular with this Father and Son business for over twenty years. Have purchased two vehicles from them, and use them regularly for repairs.They are down to earth and good people Joe Senior is a Veteran and Joe Jr. Is the lifeblood of the business.I can always trust that my repairs are are done correctly. This isn't a shady city shop where you can get a 'deal,' It's a business where you get recommended the best parts that are affordable, and have the repair done right the first time.

Had a great experience with one of the men there at the garage. Younger gentleman was polite, kind and considerate.Can't say the same for whoever's there now. The pricing was very fair, but they didn't finish the work as was to be described. When addressing it, the old man over the phone was rude to the point that I'd rather spend double then go there again. Hostile right off the bat, for no good reason, and they still didn't finish the work.Let this place die. You deserve better than to be treated like that.

I have bought 4 cars from Joe and never had a problem and he always has been great about repairs with or without the warranty. The last car I bought my daughter got into an accident and did a lot of damage. Instead of having them tow it to the Jeep dealer I called Joe and he said bring it in. He had it fixed in three business day and you can not even tell it was in an accident. No dealer will get you a car back in under a week. one word describes their business, AWESOME!!!

Words cannot describe the amazing customer service. They picked up the phone on the second ring and did their best to fit me in that day which was just the beginning. So unbelievably friendly and bent over backwards to make sure I got the best deal on parts to help out however they could. They went above and beyond for me and made what a very unfortunate situation bearable. If I could give them a thousand stars I would.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Parkview Auto after being referred to them by a family member and was very impressed with the way they went out of their way to accommodate me. They made the transaction very easy. Joe Jr went through the vehicle with me before I purchased it and also changed the oil before I picked it up. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and have seen the good and the bad and I will not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Parkiew!

Purchased a car from them last year. It was a 3 year old Camry and looked brand new! Not a speck of rust and runs great! Got a great deal on it and they changed the oil (Synthetic oil) for free! Went back to them because wipers were not working right, and they installed new one free of charge! Got the car below retail bluebook value and very happy with the whole transaction!

Purchased 3 vehicles from Parkview. My most recent purchase less than 12 months old, a 2011 Chevy Silverado. Was due for an inspection. The frame was completed rotted and failed inspection. When I approached Parkview with the estimate to weld the frame to make it safe to simply drive and pass inspection, the owner Joe Sr. Told me the vehicle was mine, and perhaps I should remove the body and transplant it to a new frame, he proceeded to giggle and laugh at me saying it would be too expensive, and either way it is my vehicle, my problem amd refused to help. Buyer beware, Parview Auto is NOT to be trusted.

They never replaced parts they said they did. The one they did was done poorly,and caused more problems. Stay away. You are assured to get burned. Joe Sr. will lie and look you straight in the eyes. Beware of someone that won't put their last name on their own business cards

Bought a 1997 Lincoln Town Car, got it at a great value, small problems taken care of quickly. The owners are nice people and try to work around your schedule, 5 stars.

I came to Parkview Auto sales on Thursday, April 9th 2020. I was looking at a truck that I wanted, they try to get me approved they said they try one bank and I was not approve, then he told me instead of him running my credit threw multiple banks, he told me to go on my own and get a loan that he would hold the truck for me, so I went got a loan on MY own, called Friday and told the Dad to have Jr call me because jr did not work Friday, I said I got the loan, so then Saturday I called right when they opened and they told me they sold it, so just be carful, my credit will go down, hard to have honest people, please be carful at this place
