Thank you so much for the attention you gave my husband today while he was in your store. He had a medical emergency and the guy at the counter went above and beyond to make sure he was OK. Even walked his purchase to the car for him. So blessed to have a local store that cared so much.

I was in the market for a new Atv, Matt and his very friendly staff really took care of me, making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, and for the price I could afford. If you're in the market for a new Atv, or side by side, I highly recommend going to Ken's Service and Sales.

I ve been going to Ken s Several years. I ve bought a four wheeler, Chainsaw and power washer from them all with in the past four years. The service has always been good up until today. I dropped several chains off over a week ago to get sharpened and was told it shouldn t be a problem getting them done by this weekend when I needed them. I called today and was told they weren t done yet and they could get to them tomorrow. It s obvious someone forgot about them until I called today. Problem is I needed them for a job this weekend. I bought two new chains for my saws so I could get the work done this weekend. 70 bucks I didn t plan on spending. A simple apology along the lines of we re so sorry we forgot about the work order would have gone a long way. Nothing of the sort was offered. A disappointing experience from one of the few places, over the years, who has had quality customer service.

Ken's Service and Sales was great! Excellent customer service and I had a great buying experience. Joel was one of the nicest people I've ever met, and he really helped me out. He made the whole process quick and easy and enjoyable - and worked with me every step of the way. I was very impressed and grateful, really good guy. Professional, yet down to earth and honest. I highly recommend Ken's service and sales especially because its hard to find service like that these days. Thanks Joel!The Machine I bought is great and the facility was really nice. Also met the Service manager and mechanic and they were really knowledgeable.

Dropped off some equipment to be repaired, waiting to hear from them, review will be updated when I get the bill for said repairs. But it's impressive in size and cleanliness.Got equipment back it was very fairly priced staff is friendly and professional, very down to earth, the work performed was excellent. Did I say it was reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business.

Very pleased with my experience. Needed a part for my son s warrior ASAP for a end of the year weekend trip. I called on a Wednesday just before closing, they had the part & drop shipped to him just in time. I highly recommend & definitely will be a returning customer. Thank you Ken s Service & Sales!

I share a different perspective with this review as I deliver the side by sides they sell but, from my perspective, everyone there is very friendly and always happy to help with the delivery process. This is definitely one dealer I am happy to deliver to when it's time to go again.

Searching for a Husqvarna lawn tractor at Ken's. Had the exact model I wanted but at a higher price than 2 other local Husqvarna dealers. On a $3000 tractor Ken's was $200 more than his local competitors. Friendly service but high prices.

We have been dealing with Joel for 5-6 years. Joel has helped us with choosing our lawnmower, snowblower, numerous snowmobiles, four wheeler, and side by side. Can t say enough about the entire Ken s team, they are always friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to match our purchases with our needs. Joel is good at helping me pick out the perfect gifts for my husband & son. Matt never hesitates to say hi when we stop in. Service is always top notch and done on time.

Called more then 6 weeks ago to have our lawn tractor serviced. Took 2 weeks for them to pick I it up and we still don t have it back. No communication from them unless we call for updates. Last we heard (1.5 weeks ago) , they planned to return it to us shortly. Still no tractor- do not use the service dept unless you don t mind being with out your tractor indefinitely.

I purchased a commercial mower form Ken's two years ago. I went back in to purchase oil / filter and general maintenance supplies. The employee that sold me the mower was extremely well versed in the functionality and maintenance aspects as well as the second gentleman on my return visit for maintenance supplies. They were both EXTREMELY NICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL. They did not try to oversell or up-sell. Any of the extras I thought of purchasing while I was there, they had in stock, which saved me an extra trip or two. I will also say this, one of my very good friends owns an extremely large motorsports dealership, but they do not sell mowers. All of my business has been with my friends business for quads, side-by-sides and snowmobiles. I went to Ken's because they sell high end commercial lawn mowers, my friends palce does not. Within 5 mins of being there I felt like I was getting comparable treatment to my friends business and comfortable in spending a substantial amount of money on the new mower. Your mileage may vary as I have read with the other reviews, but my experience has been wonderful...Also the guy complaining about paying $150 over what "dealers in the South Towns were charging..." Even though Ken's responded stating their prices were on par with everyone's...Even if the guy did pay more, the blame should fall on the consumer and not the business...He is the one who agreed to that price. Ken's has proven that review false anyhow. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I am also a business owner and have received rogue false and negative reviews. Once they are there Google seems content with allowing them to stay there....A long winded review, but wanted to convey my experiences and support a good business. Thank you.

Stopped into Kens with the intention of buying a Can Am Outlander. The sales guy was extremely rude from the moment I walked in, and I was out within 5 minutes. I ended up going to Don George s and finding a comparable machine, with a much nicer staff. It seemed like the sales guy was working for your competitor; at one point in our discussion I mentioned Don George s and he said that he d take the business there. Thanks for the recommendation!

Great customer service, and not in the dry "oh he answered all my questions". Joel went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and happiness. He spoke from a passonate perspective as a rider himself, not just in it to make a sale.

Bought the same blower from local dealer in south towns for $150 less. Your man said A charge would be added to assemble the new blower. No one else added an assembly charge. No confusion on model as every dealer was told the same model and all were cheaper than you.

My husqvarna lawn tractor had a recurring problem of stalling after 25-30 minutes running. I took it where i bought it...kens sales, elma ny. Wasn't sure if i wanted them to work on it due to totally inept parts dept staff right after i bought it. I ended up calling 800 number myself and got what i needed, when they couldn't get it after weeks! But i ended up talking to Tom in service and he assured me they would fix my problem. Long story short...Tom did have service work on it before he finally found it. Had to take stuff apart to fix. I finally got it back and yahoo, it's fixed! Tom did a professional job and aplogized for taking more time than expected but wanted to get it right. He did! I'm satisfied and will go back for any service hereafter. They also have a tremendous inventory of husqvarna products. Go there! Thanks, PW

GREAT service after the sale! Punctual & professional! Bought my first snowblower from them...strayed because I could save a few bucks, but regretted it almost immediately! My go to for snowblowers & lawn tractors...

This business is very shady in their practices. Called me to ask if I wanted a couple belts changed, which I knew didn't need it. I said no knowing they were almost new, and the main "expensive belt came back to me with a knife cut notch in it. They got mad because I wanted to stick with my current machine, and not buy a new POS from them. I'll never bring another piece of equipment to them ever, and I've been telling all those I talk to, to do the same. I went to Upson Maybeck for the belt to replace their hack job. I wanted to give them a ZERO star rating but it won't let me. Don't patronize this business as they'll hack your property, then want to replace it with their garbage.

I was at this location today with my employer to pick up equipment that was supposed to be checked by the service department by this morning. As my boss simply asked what part was needed the service advisor stormed out of the garage swearing at my boss that he's not the only customer and could care less about his equipment. My boss was trying to calm down the situation when the owner came out and further esculated the situation saying he could put all graverly equipment in a ditch. Very poor service plus an harassing staff, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. My 1 star rating is really a zero.

Just bought a new snowblower. Waited all day for delivery. I look outside and my new snowblower is sitting in the middle of my driveway. No one rang the doorbell. Of course they didn't pick up my old snowblower. I then inspect the new snowblower. It looks like it's been used for years. All dirty and disgusting. My wife calls to complain and their answer is "It's new, don't worry.". If I buy something new, it better look new. Poor customer service.

Went to Ken's to get a key for my snowmobile. Took 4 trips to finally get it, after being Jerked around and lied to by the staff. They told me it would be a simple 10 minute job and it took them almost a week! I will never go back to this place!

Seems to me the service dept is understaffed .i dropped my 4-wheeler off in the beginning of November & finally , disgusted with the lack of attention , picked it up mid January . Service manager wouldn't return my calls .3 months with no result .At least they didn't charge me .Service dept. gets a big thumbs down .

They were super helpful, and I buy other stuff from them, we were unable to find what I wanted, but they sure tried hard, they are always great to work with.

Ken's Service and Sales always treats customers fairly. You absolutely can't go wrong with Ken's whether you're looking for a new unit, spare parts, or a quality repair.

When I see another vacant building I won't be surprised!! Salesmen were afraid to come out from behind the counter!!! What a disgrace!!!Hats off to Bucks Motorsports for making a buying experience pleasurable!!Wake up Ken before it's too late!!! In todays economy you are lucky to have customers let alone treat them like crap when they walk through the door.It looks to me like you set a stage for a play you can't act out...Shameon You!!!!

Stood in the store for about 10 minutes and wasn t approached or greeted by any staff until walking out the door. Then realized not a single staff member was wearing a mask when it clearly stated mask required on the front door. Will not be returning.
