Had a large crack in my windshield and got an appointment the following morning for a replacement (and recalibration for the lane assistance my car has). My car was ready in one and a half hours and they had also filled the tire that I hadn't been able to get to yet! Everyone there was super nice and my new windshield is great. Would definitely come here again.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Nothing but good things from this place. I had a massive crack in my windshield, called them up and the receptionist is by far one of the nicest people to talk to, can't remember her name but she had blonde hair. She quoted me for my windshield which was actually cheaper out of pocket then going through my insurance, dont know how that is possible, and set up my appointment. Got there the day of, a pinch early but they took it in right away, fixed it within 40 minutes or less to be honest, the guy that worked on my car was really friendly and nice as well and gave me my copy bill and I was on my way. Cannot complain at all, they were incredibly friendly and nice and quick as well. Thanks for the great work on my car, if I ever need window work done I'll definitely be coming back to you guys

They did a great job replacing my windshield and they did it in less than an hour while I waited. Did just as good of a job transferring both my registration and inspection stickers to the new one.

Called Glass America to set up an appointment to have my passenger side door glass replaced I got a appointment the very next day. Tech called to let me know he was on his way and I I was his 1st stop. The tech completed the work quickly. He vacuumed the remainder of the glass and cleaned up after he was finished. Highly recommend Glass America I m never dissatisfied.Service: Auto side window replacement

I was on the road in Buffalo, NY when I was alarmed one morning with a cracked windshield. I was directed by Ray Laks Honda to use Glass America on Center Rd. just over the Buffalo city line. Every aspect of the job was handled professionally. The woman on the phone helped me understand the process, how they would contact Progressive Insurance and together we would work through the repair. She set up the time, the repair site (my choice), and the window of service. To complement her professionalism was the repair man who came to the house I was visiting. He was prompt, relaxed, and very competent. He explained every aspect of the repair and was clean and efficient. Within 24 hrs of my unfortunate discovery, I found a company that fixed something broken with competent and congenial workers. Top rate.Addendum:Sometimes, you will find the true integrity of a repair shop when your repair has a slight hiccup. This is was what happened to me with this glass shop and their unquestionable professionalism continued. Not only did they act promptly and kindly, but ironed out every possible concern to the highest degree. I would recommend this establishment overwhelmingly. It s too bad they can only get get 5 stars. I d give them 6 - easy. When you are 1300 miles from home and your repair people help you get back on the road, you appreciate it.

After 2 disappointing visits from Safelite, In which they couldn't or Wouldn't replace, Took car to Glass America and Mike told me almost immediately he could help. Easy, fast and they came out to my place to fix the windshield. Safelite said their system was down that day, so I called this shop and they set it all up. Glad I called them.

Well ordered a basic a piece of glass over quotes me, called for 3 days then never called back to tell me it was ready, this company is going in the wrong direction they used to be fantastic once they moved to bullis they are the last place I would call
