I had a plow issue and went to the Rochester location. Christine was super helpful and Tony fixed my issue! Highly recommend these guys. We need need more honest and helpful places like this!Tony is the man!!

I highly recommend this company. Dale who I personally worked with thru my boat trailer repair was absolutely fantastic. Top notch welding job. They even painted my frame to match which I did not expect. I can't thank them enough for a job well done.

We bought a horse trailer that needed some minor repairs, and we were new to trailering in general. GW was SO patient with helping us. They went above and beyond explaining what they were doing, making sure our trailer was safe, answering our questions, and even giving us a crash course in truck and trailer. Thank you Ethan for your time and kindness! We ll definitely be coming back!

Had a hitch reinstalled, called to ask if it would fit my current vehicle, they go out of their way to help, you! It did fit, they made scheduling easy, and very fair pricing! Great job!

I needed to update the back of my flatbed to have a higher rated towing capacity ball hitch, and better safety chain hookups. These guys did a fantastic job on all the welding! And they were very nice and courteous. I would highly recommend going here!

Brian and Richard the counter personnel are always there ready to assist. Greated with a smile. Our plow truck needed some service work to be back up and working. They were able to diagnose the problem and schedule the repair promptly. I can't thank them enough for the expedited service. When its snowing and your a plow guy you can't afford to have your equipment down. Service is A-1

I hired their mobile unit to come out and weld a new air control arm on our wood burner. Matt did a great job! One thing though, office person should of given the instruction sheet that I texted to him to Matt prior to coming out so he would of known what to expect. Lucky that I had a tiny mirror for him to use.

I went to General Welding and Fabrication for a project I was doing that needed welding. The young man at the counter. Took care of it and got my project back in no time! Great Service!!! Had time to check out the store within! Was amazed at what was there. From lights and emergency lights for trailer, truck, etc. To what you ever need for trailering, plowing, etc. And so much more!

Their hand built trailers are top quality and made locally. The prices are competive with all the chain store kit trailers but QUALITY is more their concern as was mine. Visit the Elma store or their website and you will agree. Thanks General Welding for your great products.

Not open as advertised. Can't find the reply option here ...but we said open Saturday to 1pm I think it was and I drove from Niagara falls to find you not open ..I called first but got answering machine figuring you may have been busy didn't think much of it especially since there was nothing on the message about change in advertised hours or possibly holiday hours

Father in-law lost bearing in trailer on way to camp at 6pm on Friday night guys there stopped what they were doing and helped him out
