I made an appointment to get some tires mounted on wheels and dropped the truck off on the specified day. They never performed the work or even called to say that they wouldn't get to it but I needed my vehicle back so I picked it up the next morning. No apology or anything. Wouldn't go again.

Bill at Elma automotive is great, very honest and willing to help in any way he can. Very knowledgeable at his trade. I had a nagging vibration issue with my van that was bothering me so bad I was going to just get rid of the thing after not having any luck trying to fix it myself. Bill modestly made a suggestion for a repair and thanks to him it is completely gone! I have dealt with Bill and Elma Automotive several times now and they never disappoint. My whole family now has their vehicles repaired at Elma Automotive... The first time I met Bill one of the owners I was explained the exact service needed and why. The price was very fair and my car was up and running in no time. They were very considerate of my time constraints with my employer. The fine mechanics here got the car up and running like new. Two new timing chains were installed in a timely manner coupled with great friendly service. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Debbie for calling and keeping me informed of the progress of the repair.

I called over to Elma automotive today to schedule an appointment and to possibly speak with one of the mechanics about what I may have needed regarding a salvage title and the girl at the front desk was rude, expressed she was in a hurry and I did not enjoy the customer experience. After that I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I had my car in on two different occasions for noises coming from the front of my car Bill and his crew found the problem I had been to two local dealerships and two independent shops and they couldn't find the problem but Elma automotive did great job guys I highly recommend them for your automotive needs.

Ok. Had small job of putting straps on gas tank and was told it was so expensive because they had to be welded. I hope she misstated that.. But they where ok
