Happy with my overall experience. I saw the same salesman I bought my last truck from 7 years ago. He was very helpful during the purchase, and after when I had follow up questions. He listened to what I was interested in and showed me trucks related to my criteria, which was refreshing, he didn't try to sell me something I wasn't looking for. Would definitely recommend stopping by to see Todd and the team.

Although they are 2 1/2 hours away the drive was DEFINITELY worth it. My salesman Jake had everything ready by the time I got there and was super to work with. Between Jake and Eric I was in and out in less than an hour. Eric got the paperwork done in a matter of minutes and everyone there was super helpful. What a great dealership! Thanks to all for making this my best vehicle buying experience ever!

Overall, our recent experience with DeLacy Ford was excellent. Our first EV purchase was guided wonderfully by our sales rep, Victoria Blaszak. She worked with the dealership to accommodate our request for an extended test drive which allowed us the time we needed to make an informed decision. I brought my truck in during the recent storm 1-17-2024 for windshield wiper arm replacement. They didn't have the part delivery issues related to the heavy snow fall. They were kind, accommodating, detailed. They gave me a loner car until my wiper arms came in . They went above and beyond. Thank you for making it easy when everything else was so difficult.

Delacy Ford's service department has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will now go out of my way to use Towne Ford or any other automotive shop in my area before I ever do business with Delacy Ford again!

DeLacy Ford is possibly one of the worst parts of owning a Ford.. next to owning a Ford.Every time I call this place for service, any given person on the phone is absolutely miserable. Last time I called I was put on hold for 20 minutes while mid conversation - yes that's right, they just put down the phone without telling me I was on hold.Important service needs like engine lights on and other lights on have seemingly zero priority over regular service and appointments take 2+ weeks to get into.Make sure you check in on your vehicle yourself if they give you an ETA on finishing time for your appointment, because they'll never call you back to give you an update of their own volition.Also make sure you never call back after a service was done with another issue that came up after they did work, because they'll audibly sigh and scoff over the phone when you describe the issue and put you on hold and then just hang up on you.This place is THE WORST. It's just unfortunate that the other surrounding Ford dealerships/service bays are also pretty terrible.

I have bought several vehicles from Delacy Ford and have been very happy with all of my dealings with them. It's nice to deal with a family owned operation that still cares about there customers. They are focused on customer satisfaction.

I had my vehicle serviced this month & all the people involved were courteous & professional. The waiting area is clean with free bottled water & various coffee types. The job was completed in less than an hour. It's worth the 40 minute drive.

Delacy Ford guaranteed my trade-in for the 8 months it took Ford to build and deliver my vehicle. The larger local dealers were unwilling to guarantee a trade-in value. I was also impressed with my salesperson (Vicki) who was very professional and communicated very well with ongoing updates.

Made an appointment for a warranty fix. This was confirmed by service and waited three weeks for the appointment. Two days after vehicle was dropped off they informed us that whoever took the appointment misinformed us and it would not be covered under warranty and wanted to charge us almost 200 dollars just to diagnose car. They have no clue what they are doing , blaming other employees do yourself a favor and go to a real ford dealer. Will never do business here again.

I was never told there is a 3 % charge on paying with credit until after I was informed of the cost of service. I could have gone to the bank and withdrawn money. I work during the day and so when I came to pick up the car and pay the bill and complained I was told " well then you could have used a debit card". I don't use or trust these. I should have been asked or told up front about the charge

We bought 2 f150's for the Town of Elmira the first of this year.Mark was our salesman very nice easy going no pressure also interduced us to Mr.DeLacey i would not hesitate to buy from them again we also drove 2.5 hrs to test drive the trucks and Mark had them running and warmed up for us

DeLacy Ford is really good on getting you in and out. They send you a text, Letting you know what is going on with your car. When it goes in and when you are done. They have the Best Coffee and Latte Machine Ever!!!!In the waiting area. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Always a good experience.

Purchased my truck from delacy a few years ago.I have been pleased with them until recently when having to schedule a service appointment.Very pour communication and transparency from Allison, I was even suggested to go elsewhere.I won't be doing business with them again.

The staff there is always nice! It's easy to make appointments to get my car worked on if need be.....they are efficient and very good at communicating the status of my SUV when it's in the shop for maintenance etc. Highly recommend

Every time I call the parts department here they are always miserable and rude. They were 2 weeks out for a part I needed and I asked nicely for a part number to look elsewhere and the guy wouldn't give it to me. Called another Ford dealership and they had no problem giving me a part number and helping me out. I'm done with delacy..

My experience at DeLacy service was the worst I've ever experienced. They had my wife's vehicle for 4 months for a cracked flywheel recall. Allison was my service advisor and she was absolutely terrible, it was clear she was just making up timelines and scenarios for why my vehicle wasn't being worked on. On top of that she would never answer her phone when I called for updates, I must of left 10+ messages over the 4 months and couldn't get one return phone call. I only called for updates on the timeline she gave me, so I wasn't bothering them weekly or anything like that.I had to call Ford corporate to get them involved, they were also less then helpful. Imagine having a toddler and a pregnant wife and having to operate as a one vehicle household because they didn't have a loaner to give us.After the work was completed they couldn't be bothered to wash the vehicle or even pull it up to the pick up area, but rather sent me into the back to go get it. I took the car home to find a puddle of oil underneath it. So I had to take it back again.They found the rear main seal leaking and also the transmission pan. They agreed to fix the real main seal but claimed the transmission pan must of been leaking before they serviced it. Weird because they didn't find that lead in the preservice inspection or the inspection after the service where they removed the transmission, lol.Allison let me know it'll be done mid week the following week. When I called that Wednesday they had just received the parts and needed to finish another job before they could start. Would have been nice to see if parts were in stock or how long it would take to get them before giving me a timeline, but its clear this service rep wasn't interested in putting in any effort.I called the following week and the car was done, for how long? Who knows I had to call them! I let them know I would come in that afternoon to pick it up. When I went to pick it up, they again sent me to the back to pick it up and it snowed the night before (Halloween) and they didn't even brush it off.At this point we were done with this car and needed an upgrade anyways, so I had a deal to trade it in already set up. So we traded it the next day. Which after I traded it in, I found more oil spots in my driveway, the job was not done right again. I let the new dealer know and they said they will simply take care of and for me not to worry.This place was a disaster! I understand the wait to an extent, and I get that rear main seals can be finicky, the kicker here is the terrible customer service. Do not go here, just go to West Herr!

Worst vehicle purchase and customer service I have ever experienced. The vehicle has had constant and expensive problems since purchase and if you call about it you will be berated by the staff. Absolutely look elsewhere when looking for a vehicle.

I had the most horrible racial profiling experienc I have ever had at de lacy ford. While in the business pricing a toneau for a truck, the manager accused me of stealing the truck to which I had been given the keys, threatened me with jail and called the state police. When the dust cleared, the police opined that it was a misunderstanding.. Not even an apology.
