Recently purchased a new pickup truck and wanted to make sure it was undercoated before our buffalo winter arrived. Somehow even know they were not accepting any more appointments they had found a spot to squeeze me in. The job they did was extremely well done. When I have a repair that I don't want the dealership to pick my pocket for, I take it to Bartsch's. Always honest, very well priced, and looking to work with what you need to get by. They are incredibly friendly and do thorough work. You get the sense that they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do.One example....I had a rot in the exhaust. The dealership wanted to replace the entire system for ~$2k. Bartsch welded in a new piece for $100. They're honest.

We used Bartsch s for the first time. My wife has a 2006 Honda Pilot with 202,000 miles on it. The power steering was whining even though I replaced the pump. There was also a leak. She was told it was one of two things; either the rack was leaking, which would be over $1,500 or it was a line. They could have soaked us for more money and said it was the rack. Turned out to be the line, and we were charged $320. Glad we went to an honest mechanic. Most places would have lied and performed work that wasn t needed for more money. Power steering works great, and we re happy. We will definitely be back.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Had Ron and his crew do an inspection on my wife's car. It was my first visit to his shop. Ron and his guys were polite and extremely knowledgeable. Ron is an honest guy and I was impressed with him and his shop. I recommend him and I will definitely be back!

Great Autoshop. Darryl is super friendly and an honest mechanic, they won't try to rip you off. I drive in from Buffalo whenever I have car issues because many other mechanics have proven to be untrustworthy by up-charging for everything (cough cough monro Autoshop). These guys are legit and honest. I highly recommend

DO NOT COME HERE - Came in for new brakes along with a check engine light diagnostic. Was already on the fence about trading my car in, but wanted to see what the check engine problem would cost. I was honest with them and said if the engine problem was serious I probably wouldn t have the brakes done. They told me they checked everything and nothing was wrong - so I went ahead and paid $850 for brakes and a tire repair. The day after I pick it up from them the check engine light is back on and the car is violently shaking again. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE - The absolute bottom of the barrel even for the repair industry.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I ve known Ron for a long time - since before he opened his own shop. He won t steer you in a wrong direction or get you to buy a service you don t need. Simply said, Ron is a good man. Five stars.

Got my moms car back and was a oil stain or some type of stain on there and he refused to do anything about it and did not care I said did not want our business anymore very dirty people if you have a nice car I would not take it there your interior will be very dirty and I asked him if he checks all the cars before he leaves and he said no it s not his problem
