Excellent experience all the way through. I bought a 2023 Bronco from Pat (mostly over the phone) and he was extremely helpful, responsive and proactive. Would most certainly buy from them again.

We needed a car battery while up in the Adirondack mountains, and this place had the one we needed. Super friendly over the phone, and all the employees on site were great. This location has been a Ford dealer for 110 years!

Being on a (low) disability income, and in the credit rebuilding process, I spent weeks getting turned down for a used vehicle loan. I took a chance that a smaller, local dealership might be more sensitive to my situation, and my instincts were right; there was a 2016 F 150 in their inventory that Patrick Farrell was able to get me approved for. He worked with my credit union to get me a payment I could afford, and his friendly, funny approach to my unique situation set me at ease. The relief I feel from finally being able to buy my first vehicle from a dealership, all on my own, has been such an amazing feeling. Pat really dedicates himself to his clients, and goes above and beyond what you'd ever expect from a car salesman. If you need an affordable, reliable new vehicle and you're in the north country, it's well worth a trip to our beautiful little town, to come pick out a sweet new ride!

Not happy, truck went in for a recall. The mechanic Tim took no care when working on my vehicle to replace airbags. I got the truck back and was told he broke parts of my vehicle in the process and they ordered a replacement part. Upon further inspection other molding parts were broken as well. To top it off my white interior trim, roof and other parts of the interior were completely covered in black greasy hand prints. If you can't use care and wash your hands when working on an interior of a vehicle at least wear gloves.

Egglefield Bros., Inc. has been wonderful to work with over the years. We have had such great experiences with the sales department, owner and maintenance team; that we will continue to support them. Not to mention, I absolutely love the Ford Escape!

Ordered a new vehicle and waited 4 months for it just to have them try to steal my trade in. I saw the original paper that had an amount in it that was $5K more than what they put in my purchase order. It s a good thing the lady at my bank let me know they were trying to take advantage of me. I will never do business here again. Especially with Brian Smith.

It was the best experience in buying a car I ever had. Picked it out and two days later I'm driving home with it. Love the car.My wife has now made the switch and traded her wangler for a Bronco sport. Nice vehicle and as always great customer service at Egglefield Ford.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The support team at Egglefield Brothers is excellent. I get timely appointments, complete explanation of any issues I may have with my vehicle, thorough explanation of my options for repair or maintenance work, and most importantly, the work performed on my car always solves my problem or maintains my car to a an exceptionally high standard. This quality service comes without me having to pay a premium price.Egglefield Bros. continues to provide outstanding service support for my Ford Taurus! I recently needed to have some body repair work done (hit a deer). The workmanship was top notch, the timing was reasonable, and their ability to work well with mu insurance company made my life a lot easier. I believe Egglefield Bros. is the best place to shop for, and service, a car.

these people are really great. their interaction with us is so genuine. there has never been a question about the competence of their service staff, and the sales seems to be sincerely watching for our best interest. you need not be concerned about trust issues. a lifelong involvement with this place can provide consistent attention to your transportation concerns.

I went through High Peaks Ford in Ray Brook for my vehicles. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. I ve had three leases and I go through Gary O. He always goes above and beyond to make me comfortable and makes sure I m happy. The over all experience is easy and seamless. I don t think I will ever use another dealership, they make me feel like family. Thank you all at High Peaks Ford! Keep up the good work.

The staff at Egglefield Bros Ford always go above and beyond to ensure their customers have a great experience. The sales men work hard making sure you are satisfied with the purchase of your new or used car. The service department works hard to get their customers in for maintenance, repairs, and for inspections at their customers convenience. On occasion staff are at work after hours to be sure their customers vehicles are cared for in a timely manner and for those who have emergencies. I highly recommend Egglefield if you are looking for a car dealership who looks at you as family instead of just another customer. Call or visit their dealership...I promise you won't be disappointed.

Brian was the salesman who greeted us when we arrived, and he was an excellent salesman. Anyone visiting egglefield Brothers will be blessed if they get him as their salesman. Very truthful very knowledgeable and professional in his approach to selling cars. We enjoyed our time with him and are grateful for the knowledge he shared with us. We highly recommend him to any and all who would shop for a car there.

I have always had great experiences with Egglefields Brothers when buying cars and getting them serviced. I had a truly great experience with buying my new 2019 Ford Ranger. Brian spent as much time as I needed to make decisions on the options I wanted when I ordered my Ranger. When I went in to pick up my Ranger Brian again took all the time I needed to understand all the features on my new truck. I love my Ranger!!

Had Auto body and sensor work done at Eggelfield Ford, Elizabethtown NY. They took the time to explain everything. Everyone was professional and friendly. The waiting room area was comfy, Wifi strong and coffee great! Workmanship was perfection. You could not tell there was ever any damage. I highly recommend their Service Department! Kirk Baughman

I bought my 2016 Ford focus at the sister dealership in Raybrook NY. I have had service done to my vehicle at that location several times before. On November 26, 2018 I had scheduled an appointment to have an oil change and 2 tires changed, (mounted, and balanced) as I have done before, w no issues. After paying for my oil change, n tires to be mounted n balanced, I noticed that my rims are completely scratched from the tire machine used to change my tires.(They are painted rims), and are now in "desperate" need of either being repainted or "replaced" after the dealerships negligence. After noticing this, I contact the service dept, they proceed to tell me that this has happened several times before, n that they had a "new guy" working on my vehicle. Wow! Not, oh I'm sorry, or bring it right in to be fixed, or something. I have gotten the run around by the manager of the service department, n now I have waited 2wks n still been given the run around, (going on my 3rd week), after being told that my car would be taken care of in "a timely fashion". Now the end result is, I've gotta file an insurance claim, pay $250.00, and it will go against my insurance, as if I had done something wrong! Where infact, it was at the place I thought could trust to fix my car, considering it was where I had bought my car! "Ford Dealership". How anyone could think that this treatment is fair, appropriate, or a right way to treat any paying customer is beside me! Now, I also have to contact the Better Business burreau, n the actual Ford complaint line, waisting more of my time, n such....So, as I'm sent this email, "regarding how my service was?" I would have to sum it up as "VERY POOR", and not worthy of any stars, nor would I recommend anyone to have any vehicle serviced at this dealership!! The only reason for the 1 star rating, is because it was the only way I could post this!!!
