Was kept up to date throughout the repair. Was ready when promised. They detailed my car inside too. It looked amazing. I hit a couple of deer. Can t tell now. Love Northside.

Car looks beautiful after all is said and done and every staff member I engaged with was excellent, professional and affable. Shop does a great job keeping you notified and the coordination with local rental companies is superb.However, they are very busy. A deer hit my car in early October, and set up an appointment for November almost immediately after the incident. The appointment was delayed by Northside further, allowing enough time for me to eventually hit another deer. They did say getting parts was an issue. I suppose I should be grateful I didn't hit the second deer with a rental.Anyway, now with virtually half the car's panels needing to be replaced and whatever else, the time needed for repairs was indeed understandable -- over a month. Not sure how my car didn't hit the threshold to be totaled, but I suppose I am also grateful for that as well.So, my car is all fixed like it's brand new as of mid-February. I'd recommend the place as long as you are able to get your car in reasonably soon after you need the appointment. Like I said, their staff is top tier and engagement with the customer unmatched.(Still wish one of those deer had hit the other side of my car, since a door on the other side had a small ding in it...)

Brian the manager and the staff did an amazing job with my vehicle! They fixed my vehicle the first time.Previously I took my vehicle to Allen Buyer which is now know as Caliber Collision 4 times and they were NOT able to complete the job properly.The wait for Northside collision was worth it and I highly recommend them!

I Went here because Play sadly my car was vandalized and required repairs. The staff here, especially Hailey, were very polite, respectful, and very informative of every step of the process. Haylee specifically took extra time to explain everything to me and worked extremely hard to get my car in earlier and get it done a week ahead of planned schedule. I greatly appreciate everything Haylee and the team at Northside collision did for me and my car. Hopefully I do not need work done anytime soon but if I ever do, I would definitely go back there and no where else.

They were very prompt and kept me informed everyday what they were doing. They had it done before the scheduled time and my car looks beautiful. Satified is an understatment. Everyone there is so polite and will explain everything to you. The best place i've ever gone to to have anything fixed on my car.

I brought my vehicle to Northside Collision in Dewitt after somebody hit my car's driver side door at my work back in May. I was finally able to get my car dropped off to be worked on earlier in the week. The staff at Northside are very friendly, courteous, and professional. They loaned me one of their vehicles while they had mine. The job took less than a week & I was able to pick up my car today and let me tell you, the work that Steve & his associates did is phenomenal. I took a look at the door & it looks like it wasn't even hit. The staff even cleaned my car a bit by cleaning my floor mats & cleaning/shining the tires without requesting, so thank you Steve and those at Northside Collision for taking care of my baby. I highly recommend doing business here if you value your vehicle like myself.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Poor comprehension and management . From explaining details upon drop off and noticing unnecessary work upon pickup was extremely unacceptable . Let alone the poor craftsmanship left scuffs and paint lines everywhere by just over spraying over the original paint . I just wanted the bumper and piant fix .Unnecessary work to tailgate (for a "large buckle in tailgate" said ) and tailpipe do you see any damages but that don't matter they just took advantage of it even after I talk to the employee I left my vehicle with. Haven't heard nothing for over 2 weeks other than a text saying vehicle was 50% done and another text 100% done then followed by a phone call vehicles done come pick it up and upon pick up I had to leave my vehicle there again for missed repairs. it really sucks trusting them and they take advantage of it and then use the most extreme generic aftermarket parts after taking off factory parts. Can't Believe Management allows this to be acceptable . It's just really poor management skills really poor let alone arguing over it when confronted. Explaining procedures is a theory not an arangement of agreement. Now I have to deal with it but you don't PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH on repairs beforehand .

I have used Northside several times and have always had great service. They provided me with a loaner which was critical for me. Repairs were done early and the staff at the Dewitt location are all fantastic. Thank you!

I had a great experience working with Northside Collision. I just picked up my car and not only did they do all the needed repairs on the body work but detailed my car inside and out. Ashley worked with me from start to finish. The customer service was terrific as well as the daily updates on the status of my vehicle. Bravo Northside Collision! I had a considerable amount of damage to the left front quarter of my car. Although it took 2 months to get the car in for repair the work was GREAT! They kept me informed (almost daily)of the progress throughout the stay in the body shop, arranged for a car rental and returned the car to me clean inside and out. The body work was incredibly well done - they are artists!! All of the people that I encountered were warm, courteous and professional. Great body shop! I highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

"I don't like giving bad reviews, but unfortunately, the manager of the Dewitt location leaves me no choice. My son had his brand new 2022 Dodge Ram Pickup truck repaired there. It was a very simple repair, just swapping one front bumper for another. My son wanted to keep the old bumper to sell. Someone at the shop wrote on his rear tinted window with something indicating they wanted to keep the parts. I assumed it was a grease pen, but no matter what I tried, I couldn't remove it. I wanted to be careful not to damage the window, so I tried using window cleaner, Dawn soap, a degreaser, diluted and undiluted alcohol, and a clay bar. Unfortunately, none of these methods were able to remove the writing on the window.As a last resort, I decided to use my RUPES Polisher with a foam cutting pad and compound. It took several passes, but I was finally able to remove the writing from the window. In total, it took over an hour of careful work. On Sunday, before using the polisher and assuming the window was ruined, I called and left a message, even though I knew they were closed. I wanted them to call me back first thing Monday morning. Unfortunately, nobody returned my call or even listened to the message.When I finally spoke to the shop manager, he casually mentioned that we could have just stopped by the shop, and they would have removed it in seconds. However, they were closed on the weekend, and my son worked 14-hour days from Thursday through Saturday. I asked why they didn't remove the writing before we picked up the truck, and all he said "sorry." There was no further effort on their part to make this right. When I informed him that this would be reflected in my review, he simply replied "great." It's disappointing how customer service has become a joke nowadays."

Work is good, customer service is BAD! I dealt today with an argumentative and rude shop manager regarding a 2020 repair. The lifetime warranty isn t one if you notice something within 30 days. He said I should have noticed the backup camera was out of wack in that timeframe. Nope. Not until someone drove my car and pointed it out . Also some initials under Impreza were missing. The easy thing is covered, the difficult thing not, even though I noticed the letters right away and didn t report it in 30 days! These two issues were from my second repair there. I was going to get an estimate for a paint job, but I will never use Northside again due to this nasty man. He is not good for repeat business!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I was completely impressed with the service that I received especially from their damage analyst Hillary McDonald. Everything from the initial price quote to scheduling dropping off the truck to picking up the rental car which she arranged for me. After a minor accident, I was left with a damaged taillight and rear bumper on my 11 year old Highlander.Northside went above and beyond expectations on the repair, including buffing corrosion from headlights and undamaged taillight.This is not my first experience with Northside. All locations exhibit professionalism and attention to detail in their work. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Central New York for body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They fixed a problem from a previous service from 5 years ago and didn't charge anything. This is the kind if customer service that is so rare these days. I highly recommend them. They are very professional and even did any awesome detail on my car too.

Other than having to wait for parts-- the service was great. People were friendly and helpful. I was contacted on a regular time schedule, regarding my repairs, always asked if I needed anything else. My ol' van looked sweet when I got it back. She shined!! my entire experience was very satisfactory and should I need auto body / collision repair work, they would be my first choice. Repair quality was excellent, the shop kept me informed of progress and my vehicle was ready only one day after the estimate. All the employees I dealt with were friendly and courteous. They fixed a fender, two headlights, a bumper, and put on new tires, and did a alignment. The Toyota looked great after i got it back great paint job on the bumper and fender. The headlights and the tires made the vehicle stand out more. From what the vehicle looked like i think they even washed it. Thanks Northside Collision, great job.

Used them through my insurance after a smalll two-car accident. Their service was very high level, including continued text and call communication throughout to keep me updated on the status of the work being done. I also appreciated a tech walking around the vehicle with me during the pickup to make sure I was satisfied. This is the 4th time I've used Northside Collision and I'll continue to use them. The work comes out amazing every time and the customer service staff is always friendly, courteous, and informative. This time I had Hilary as my writer and she's on top of her game. As for the techs their work shows passion and that's a rare commodity to come by nowadays.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment

Everyone at Northside Collision was very nice and they gave me constant updates on the progress of my vehicle being fixed (via TEXT message which was GREAT!). They even had a loaner I could borrow because it was taking a little longer than anticipated. I can't really speak to the price because I really have no knowledge of what a fair price for my front bumper being ripped off was. I would assume most people use Insurance here, so most important is that they have fantastic customer service, updates on progress almost daily, and do a good job in a reasonable time... which they do!

I brought my car in for repair after a collision. Everything was very easy and straightforward with drop-off. I received text message alerts with estimated completion dates, progress reports, and status updates multiple times per week. Northside delivered most excellent service in my deer collision bodywork repair! The body damage was significant, and the repair made all the more difficult by the problems with supply chain delivery of parts. This shop searched until they found the needed parts and even got my dealership to recalibrate the car to factory settings! This saved time! They did everything humanly possible to get my car back to me. Plus the coordination with my insurance carrier NYCM was extraordinary.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
