Burghardt's has been my shop for a number of years now and through three vehicles. They always perform good work in a timely manner. They always call before performing any work and involve me in the decision process when applicable. True professionals. Thank you!

Took my car here for a simple inspection. They called and told me that when looking at my front brakes they were so rusted that they were falling apart in their hands and that they needed to be replaced to pass inspection. They charged me $840 and then when my mechanic and I went in to pick up my car we asked to see the parts and they were totally fine. Not falling apart or rusted because I don't even drive this car in NY (its my FL car) so there wouldn't be rust anyway. They basically just screwed me because I'm a woman and didnt know any better than to ask to see the parts first. I'll never go here again. They totally took advantage of me. I just needed a $15 inspection after all. Ooh and now my brakes are making a horrible grinding noise so they messed my car up on top of it. Absolutely horrible experience, I'd give -5 stars if I could.Service: Brakes

Burghardts' brothers and staff will go above and beyond in order to offer the best service experience. First they accepted to check our Subaru right after my phone call, reporting a subtle noise on a wheel. We had a 4 hr planned road trip so safety was their priority. Ended up having to leave the car for rest of the day, tried to rent a car with Enterprise with no luck...(they drove us to Enterprise and back to their shop!). Seeing that I was desperate for a car, they managed to find and lend me one of their car. They totally saved my day. Job well done, car is running very well. Burghardts will always offer a thorough inspection and will give the exact profile of what was seen and would need to be done now or in the future. We are very satisfied client, every time we call and/or have service done on our cars. Best Auto Service in the area, and I would and do recommend Burghardts Auto Service every time I can. Thank you very much again for your courtesy and wonderful service.

Burghardts does excellent work and there quality and workmanship is beyond reproach. Appointments and commitments of finished work have always been met.The only request I have is that they should contact a customer beforehand if the finished work cost exceeds the original esitmate.
