My family has relied upon Mike to take care of several of our vehicles over the last 20+ years. He and all his staff do a great job with repairs and have always been professional and respectful toward us. I would highly recommend East Setauket Automotive for care of your vehicle.

Had a starting problem, stated starters been previously changed. Kept car the whole day before telling me the part never came in. I Came back the next day and they changed my starter anyway. charged me 7-800 bucks and still having the same problem. Thanks

They really do a great job and prices are very reasonable. Mike is really friendly and will explain the expected job needed. You will get a call for update and approval of work before he starts fully. He is always busy so work will take time. He is now my go to mechanic.

Called a week in advance to schedule an inspection and oil change. I was told it was no problem. When I walked in the day of, I was incredulously told that they were way too busy to take my car today. I told them I had an appointment and it was just ignored. The person at the front did try to help me figure out another day to come in but the damage is already done here. It's a real shame, I had a good experience with them on my last visit and appreciate that it's close enough for me to walk to, but I can't recommend a place that can't keep an appointment.
