They treated me phenomenally and were able to help me with all my needs quickly. What made the experience even more pleasant, was the fact that the manager took the time to see what worked for me given my circumstance, and was quick and professional as well. There s not enough stars to give them. God bless those guys and their professionalism

After hitting a pothole my pressure sensor light came on. I was nearby Mavis so I pulled in. Peter welcomed me and soon confirmed that I had a screw in one tire and showed me the dry rot on the others. Peter was a knowledgeable expert on their products and described several options. I was on my way in no time and will definitely return for my upcoming inspection and oil change. Do not hesitate to use visit this shop! Great selection of affordable to performance tires, excellent service and technical experience!

Got a free tire rotation for my Tesla here. Didn t expect a free service. Guys here are efficient and nice. Will definitely come back if I need any tire services in the future

My flat tire sensor was on and I stopped into Mavis on a whim. Peter was so helpful!! He was able to figure out that my sensor was reading the driver side but a nail was actually in my passenger side tire. So appreciated his honesty and his knowledge!

Needed 4 new tires for my truck, called and spoke to Eric. Consummate professional that man, didn t have the tires and ordered them. Dropped my truck off the next day and boom, done within 2 hours! I didn t even need the truck back right away but Eric delivered. He s a great asset to your company, no doubt about it. Clearly a leader with his team as well, runs that place like a well oiled machine! May I add that this is the 4th set of tires I ve purchased from Eric and it s always a positive experience.

Always bring my car here for oil changes/inspections/routine maintenance. Everyone that I ve dealt with has been friendly, accommodating and helpful. Service is always done quickly and efficiently and I know I m not ever being overcharged! Very trustworthy people. Won t bring my car anywhere else!!

Today I had my oil changed here. The service men were all polite, and John at the desk was very considerate. They were working hard on a Sunday, making it more possible for me to have service done then during the work week. Thankyou !

This place was great! I was losing air in my tire and they got me in right away on NYE. Removed the metal, plugged my tire. Everyone was great. Highly recommend!

not sure who has worse customer service. this place or Auto Expo. Mavis serviced my new purchases used car from Auto Expo. Horrible service. they destroyed one rim and tried to sneak it by switching with spair rim and did not notify me. They ruined a tire and replaced it with a tire that failed insoection. Don't use them.

I came in without an appointment, and they provided service right away and were very kind. This is not the closest service station to my home, but come to Mavis because they will accommodate.

If I could give zero stars I would, I had my brakes and rotors done. 4K miles rotors warped, as for the pads never have I ever had the issue of squealing unless the brake pads were low. Had them checked just to find out mavis never changed out the original pins/clips that usually come with new pads.I called Mavis to explain the issue just to be told they will change the pads but won t cover the rotors I personally will never use Mavis again do to this.

These guys are the best. I don't know there names but there's always 1 of 3 people working (sometimes altogether) that are extremely easy to speak to and seem to genuinely care. They always get my car serviced pretty quickly and I feel comfortable with them. I explained how I'm getting things done on my car every weekend and that next weekend would be the brakes, and he said I still have a decent amount left on the front brake pads so I don't have to rush. I haven't had honesty like that in a while when dealing with my car. Customer....for.....life

The gentlemen working at this location are fantastic. Didn t catch their names - two white shirts and one black shirt. Stopped in to get an oil change and inspection last month and had nothing but nice things to say about them. This past Saturday I stopped in again so I can get my car looked over as I am going on a road trip next week - making sure everything is good for the long drive. I walked in at 8AM and was greeted with smiles right away. Just moments later they received a couple calls from their mechanics calling out sick. If that wasn t bad enough, their computer system was touch and go for a while. These men were in for a very long day but didn t let it phase them. They got me in and out within an hour with no complaints. I truly appreciate their great attitudes.

John at Mavis Tire was extremely helpful and got me an oil change right away when my maintenance required light turned on driving from Philadelphia. Would highly recommend him to anyone in the area ! Thank you John!
