I have never been to NY nor visited this facility, but I have spoken with Eric about an eBay order that I accidentally sent him. He was courteous and understanding and I have no doubt that his professionalism and kindness is passed to his customers at his business. I work full time as an automotive technician, and do eBay part time and he took time from his day to help someone he s never met. You can count on JRS Auto Corp to take care of you and your needs!

My son and myself bring our cars ONLY to JRS AUTO for any repairs. They are trustworthy which is the most important. We have never been over charged or misdiagnosed!!!! If we need to bring our cars to the shop, they always make time for us and work around our schedule. TOP NOTCH!!

They took the time to explain everything and unlike the big dealerships, they never let me feel like I'm bothering them. I will most certainly take all my 3 of my cars there going forward.

Erick and his team are meticulous and thorugh with their car repair service! We purchased a used car from Erick and the process was so easy and satisfying! We highly recommend JRS for all of your car repairs and purchase of used cars!

My 2017 bmw 530 xdrive has been slowly leaking coolant for about 6 months. I went to multiple mechanics and technicians to try to assess the problem and changed multiple coolant system parts and the car was still leaking. Jrs auto is very experienced and was able to take his time and really get down to the root of the problem and my car hasn t leaked since . I truly recommend these guys very professional and fairly priced 10/10Service: Auto engine diagnostic
