I had a service done by another shop and they didn t put the splash guard on properly so while driving it was falling off. I was in the area and called the nearest shop. Hunters was very friendly over the phone and in person. Got me in and out in 30 mins. Thank you!

I dropped by for a quote onsome muffler damage, 2 places told me they d have to replace it, $800. But Hunters squeezed me in same day (I am here rn and observing how busy they are), and they REPAIRED instead of replaced the damaged parts. I m very grateful. polite, knowledgeable, fair, and honest.

Glenn and staff are extraordinary. The front desk greets you and starts your experience there perfectly. The mechanics are extremely skilled and knowledgeable.providing outstanding and thorough service. Glenn keeps everything running smoothly. He has many repeat customers, so schedule an appointment in advance as they fill up quickly. You will be extremely satisfied!

I had my car there for 2 weeks to check engine light do oil change & inspection. I called many times to get voice-mail, Verizon msg saying they are not here to answer all during business hours. I never received a call to tell me the progress they made. Finally I called & left a message to put the car back together because I would be picking it up. I paid for oil change & was told I had to put 50 miles on the car to clear it to get inspection & that check engine light was off. When I got in the car the check engine light was still on & car was still in "limp mode". They told me to bring it back 1 day next week after work. I will not be doing that. UNLESS IT IS A CAR THAT YOU DONT USE DO NOT BRING IT TO THEM!!!!

Glen is a great and honest guy. This is probably the only garage I feel comfortable going to nowadays for a repair. The lady behind the desk is ALWAYS cheerful and sweet no matter how early in the morning or late in the day. I wish he also worked on diesels...

Couldn't be happier with the work done here. My family has been taking all of our cars here for years. It may take a few tries to get through, but it's just because they're always busy! Everyone from the receptionist to the mechanics are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their services.

Best automotive repair on Long island. Glen, the owner, is the most honest and nice person to deal with. The staff is all great, starting with Jen at the front desk. Get a quote from your guy, odds are Glen will do it better and less costly than elsewhere. Honest and reliable is really what you want in a mechanics shop. You get that and more at Hunter's.

In my opinion, Hunters Garage is the best automotive service shop In the Tri-state area! Extremely experienced mechanics and Excellent vehicle service. This business is 100% honest and will never up sale you on anything! They do fantastic work and only the work you want/need done! They are all about Customer trust And satisfaction. These qualities along with Very experienced mechanics will have you going back to them for any and all future Vehicle repairs or services. Hunters garage is the only place I bring my vehicles for whatever work I need done and I will always return because of their Out standing service record, trust, Loyalty and customer service.

Great service, the owner is very friendly and always helpful. I have been using Hunters Garage for years. They are honest and professional. Whenever I call for an appointment they are able to fit me in the work is always done right. An added bonus is the shop is right across the street from the LIRR so I can drop my truck off before work and pick it up on the way home.

They are honest and don't try upsell unnecessary services that the dealer mechanics push. Their experience,work, and prices are good. Once your manufacturer's warranty is up this is a reliable service repair facility.

Hunter's garage is a good mecanic shop. Glenn "the owner" is a good guy and takes the time to talk and explain to you what the issues are with your vehicle. The girl at the front is very helpful and cheerful. She can make your visit very pleasant. He works on all types of vehicles regardless of the condition. The turn around time for the cehicle is very fast, sometimes same day deoending on the issue. If your car is done and you are out of town, they don't stress or charg you for storage. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

The right price. He guarantees his work and only uses the best parts for certain repairs like brakes, so some repairs may appear more than other shops

Best Auto Mechanic by far in the Northport/east northport area. Prices are always fair, service always guaranteed and the Techs are always really helpful. The Owner, Glenn, is the best!!!
