I recently had my oil change done at the Jiffy Lube located in East Meadow, and I couldn t be happier with the service I received. The entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. Patrick and staff were fantastic!I visited on Thursday September 7 and from the moment I arrived, Patrick and staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to explain the entire process to me, which made me feel confident in their expertise.The quality of the oil change was exceptional. My car is running smoother than ever, and I can already feel the difference in engine performance. They even checked my air filter and recommended a replacement, which was greatly appreciated.The service area was spotless and well-organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere while I waited. It s evident that they take pride in maintaining a clean environment.I d like to commend the Jiffy Lube team for their efficiency and professionalism. They completed the service quickly without sacrificing quality.I wholeheartedly recommend Jiffy Lube on Hempstead Tpke in East Meadow to anyone in need of an oil change. It s rare to find such a reliable and customer-oriented automotive service provider. Thank you for your outstanding service!!

Quick to the point. Alittle pricey but it s cause I do synthetic oil changes. But was told about a coupon on the jiffy line east meadow site which is normally a good place to search before you go there. Easy 20 to 25$ off your oil change

This Jiffy Lube has always been great. Friendly service and priced fairly. The only issue was that I had an expired inspection sticker and they did not catch it. At least they didn t try to upsell me, but it would have been a good one. I went elsewhere for the inspection. Otherwise I d recommend this location.

Stopped here to get a car inspection and it was fine. Guys were polite and didn't try to find anything extra to upcharge. The wait was pretty long but they only had 1 guy doing inspections and it was the last Saturday at the end of the month when people like me needed it done because we waited until the last minute. Would go again.

this location specifically, stole the catch pan off my car and sliced up my boyfriends catch pan and said nothing. employees suck at this location. go *anywhere* else!

Braulio, Landel and Shaunte all provided fast, effective, and great customer service! They had my oil change and filters change done in 20 minutes along with Braulio letting me know that my coolant was low in my car. Told me exactly what type of coolant to get, I picked it up and he actually filled up my coolant for me. Braulio is truly very exceptional at his job and takes care of his valuable customers. I needed a Inspection immediately. The line was long and I was last. The employees spoke to me several times ,to keep me updated. I also think they stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. GREAT JOB GUYS! YOU HAVE A NEW CUSTOMER.

My wife and I brought our car in for a simple oil change to her 2009 Infiniti EX35. During the lockdown they made you stay in the car and our battery died. Our headlights didn t turn off. This mechanic brought in his own Toyota Corolla and before I knew it he was trying to jump the car. Now this car is not one you just put leads in and jump and because the hood was open I couldn t see what he was doing. I then hear his car revving so loud I immediately get out the car and ask what he is doing and why he didn t just tell me the battery was dead before he did anything. The car started running we paid and left.Not even 2-3 hours later we smell something electric burning out of the glove box. I immediately take it back to the shop and tell them something is burning. They took out the glove box and they saw the air conditioner electronics were fried. I make a complaint and talk to the District Manager and after taking it to another shop where the DM recommended they would fix it. Nothing could be done.I then had to trade in the car for a lower value than it was because of the electronics not knowing where the problem started and where it ended. Having to spend more money (not jiffy lube s but mine) because of the pandemic and a simple oil change because the dealership had a 2 month waiting list. I would have rather had roadside or AAA come to which they have done once or twice in the past 10 years of owning the car.This was just sloppy and have heard other stories of problems with this location. Please go elsewhere. When I came back to talk to the location I never saw the same people working and said oh wait let me get the boss on the phone

Super quick, friendly and efficient staff!!! Wait times for service (I came for an oil change) were shorter than I anticipated, despite coming on a busy Saturday. All in all, this location exceeded my expectations. I'm visiting from out of state, but If I'm on Long Island and need an oil change I'll definitely be getting it done here again. They removed my cabin and air filters without asking me. I already changed both recently. When I asked why you never asked me. They said we can put it back. They never checked air pressure of the tyres which I requested. They dropped lot of oil on my car side fender and bumper. They are rough people. I would not recommend anyone for Jiffy.Service: Oil change

I had used the service December 2, 2022 , It had been stated to me that we can't give you the inspection sticker in that the system doesn't read you emissions results. "You have 10 days to resolve this problem or we will charge you additional cost for inspection sticker next time you come." I go to my dealer stating to me "you need tire's, breaks and their isn't a problem with the emissions." My dealer puts the inspection sticker on my car and I go back to Jiffy Lube to be reimbursed for the non inspection sticker I supposedly didn't pass. Jiffy Lube didn't reimburse for a service they didn't perform. I'm extremely disappointed. I would like this company to please resolve this problem and reimburse my CC.Services: Exhaust, Electrical, Oil change

Everyone there was very helpful and I had my oil changed quickly! I also needed a new headlight but they didn't have my light in stock so they brought one over in 15 mins from another location! Great service
