Pro tip - if you are thinking about changing tires before a long trip, do it! We knew our tires were on the way out but figured we would be able to make it one last longer trip. Driving back from Canada to US when we popped a tire, no spare to put on. Quick look around we found this place about 5 miles away. We gave them a call and Tim was super friendly and helpful. Confirmed that they had tire we needed and would be able to swap it out straight away. We used our AAA membership to tow us to the shop. Both Tim and Pauline were very friendly, courteous and professional. Couldn't have been happier with the service and speed. Had us back on the road in a few hours for a very reasonable price. We even ended up getting 2 tires replaced in total because we had another one that was on its way out. Thank you Goodyear team!!!

Went into my local Goodyear tire store in East Aurora, NY today. While not happy that I had to replace 4 tires, due to the treadware warranty, I got 4 better tires for about 1/2 the cost. The tires were in stock, and got them replaced immediately. Thanks Tim for coordinating this with Goodyear tire!

Sean was excellent and helped me out immediately, no questions asked. All I needed was some air in my tires, he immediately took care of it even though pretty much all of the bays were full, and even after I offered to pay or tip, he was an absolute pleasure to work with, and even turned down the payment or tip. THAT kind of behavior is what will keep people like me, who respect loyalty and kindness, long time customers. Big kudos to Goodyear, but mainly to Sean for being an excellent representation of their company. Thanks again Sean!

Always happy whenever I come here for tire or oil changes. The store manager Pauline is wonderful and makes the process of buying tires seamless and easy. The employees are kind and patient (brought a baby in for two hours while waiting for a tire change/oil/alignment, and they smiled through the baby s cries!). I will be a loyal customer to this location for life.

Pauline and her team saved our vacation. We happened to be in the strip mall across the street when we realized one of our tires was quickly deflating. We noticed the Goodyear across the street ad were able to get there. A bit stressed upon walking in, (how much will this cost AND how long will it take)?? Luckily, Pauline said she would do her best to save the tire and get us out of there quickly. ( these promises are hard to take seriously). However, they delivered! In less than 2 hours and $30 we were out the door!! Thank you Pauline and the Goodyear team for saving our vacation!!

I came to this store armed with the tires I wanted that fit my driving habits and estimated yearly milage, Unfortunately those tires were out of stock. I was met with politeness, professionalism and knowledge at the counter where Pauline was able to find me a better quality tire(Traction, tread, I think longer warranty) for the same price (if not cheaper) due to active sales (Black Friday, Veteran/First responder, Mail in rebate). Upon agreeing to the tires, they could have taken my vehile immediately to mount the tires.

Just had 4 new tires put on my Acura MDX and it s a new ride! Thanks Pauline for the great communication and Thank you Luke the top notch mechanic,for letting me know I needed rear brakes. All set for the winter now. The car drives fantastic. Great experience and awesome teamwork! 5 stars

These people are GREAT! So glad I went to them-another place told me I needed a full set of new tires, but when I went to Goodyear, they told me they weren't needed likely for another year or two. I was astounded by the honesty!! They also fixed another problem I had with my stabilizers very quickly and were kind and communicative the entire time. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

Made appointment (being very clear that I needed to wait for the service) for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Sat there for over an hour and I decided to leave. Not sure why you make appointments if you don't honor them?

Crossthreaded the skid plate bolts on my toyota Tacoma during a routine oil change, when I called to get this fixed they said it had been too long and they couldn't do anything about it because it had been too long. They were the last shop I went to and this will be the last time I go there.

Best auto shop I've ever been to! I've been coming to the Grey St. Goodyear for 5 years now. Their work is always of the highest quality, their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location for any work you need done. A big thank you to the whole Grey St. team!

This Goodyear location is the absolute best. I called at 4pm with a bit of an emergency needing 4 new tires asap. They said bring it on in and they had it done by the end of the day at 6:30! Where else can you get that kind of service? Nowhere! Plus I always feel like their estimates are reasonable and accurate. Do yourself a favor and take your car to the friendly people at the East Aurora Goodyear.

Pros- pretty good about getting your car in quick, tire warranty has been a great dealCons- partial blindness, tunnel vision? Inspection during oil change means nothing apparently. Missed weird tire wearing during a tire change, rusting parts right next to the oil pan...

Great service and friendly people. I have had a couple alignments with multiple vehicles. Any questions I had were quickly explained. I didn't like that my vehicle ended up needing some work but I was very happy that they looked it over thoroughly, making sure it was safe to drive. I will be back.

We got a flat tire on our way to visit friends in East Aurora, NY. We made it to their house on our spare tire late on a Friday night and needed to leave for a 6-hour drive on Monday morning. Goodyear was able to get us in and complete our tire installation the next day. We were thrilled, both with their service and with the knowledge our trip would not be interrupted.Tim was friendly, professional, and helpful. We are so thankful to him and the team there. I have been having my cars serviced at Goodyear for more than 40yrs. The majority of those years have been with Goodyear in East Aurora. As managers and service technicians have been promoted, East Aurora has always managed to have a trained replacement from within the East Aurora team. Such is the case with Pauline, Tim and Luc. They keep me coming back because they give me confidence that they really want my business and are doing their best to make sure my cars are mechanically sound and safe to drive. I trust them to take care of my cars and highly recommend them to my friends and anyone who asks for a good auto repair garage.

Have been sitting in the waiting room an hour past the scheduled appointment time for an oil change and tire rotation, and my car hasn't yet entered the garage.Not acceptable.I asked if they were backed up, why work on my car hasn't started after an hour. I was told corporate is visiting the store.The honesty is appreciated, but really!? Seriously tempted to take my car elsewhere and give my money to a different company.

Wonderful experience. Unexpectadly, on Saturday around 2pm I realized that I have a flat tire (had an issue with it before). I contacted the Goodyear team and they managed to take care of me before they closed the shop at 5. They were professional, knowlegable and went out of their way not to do the most expensive thing, but instead tried to fix the issue and help us save money. Lastly, I was in church, until 5.20pm (store closing at 5) and the manager offered to wait for me until 5.30pm. This is the type of local service we should all hope for. Thank you!

I travel on average around 65,000 miles every year. I have been bringing my work cars to Goodyear for about 5 years now and I couldn't be more pleased. The entire staff has bailed me out more times then I care to admit and always with cheerfulness, respect, and not to mention honest and fair prices. I honestly don't know where I or my company would be if not for the help of people like Pauline, Luke and James. I would absolute recommend them to anyone and everyone who is reading this. 10/10I look forward to my upcoming oil change!

I can not express my appreciation of the service and workers at Goodyear in East Aurora, NY! I drive all the way from downtown Buffalo because of all the great experiences I had. Everyone is professional, dedicated and upfront. I definitely don t feel I m being sold anything and I appreciate being told different options. I especially want to thank the manager, Pauline, who is always great to work with. She makes me feel as if I m the only customer. She s quick to call back and definitely takes pride in her work - it shows!

I needed new tires and the service team led me in the right direction. Even brought out the tire for me to take a look. After install my truck runs like driving on a cloud! Super excited to have worked with the East Aurora team and will definitely return!

I was visiting family in East Aurora, NY and sadly realized that one of my tires was almost flat. Stopped in to see if someone could look at my tire. They found a screw in the tire. They service people were extremely nice and helpful! Within 30 minutes they had my tire fixed and I was on my way! Thanks!

Goodyear and East Aurora does an outstanding job taking care of all of my vehicles. Obviously the tire service is superior, along with helping me with my New York State inspection. The staff is always polite courteous and explained everything carefully. Thank you again for your wonderful service!

Scheduling appointments is super easy, the workers are honest good people that try to save you money whenever they can. Been going here for years and that won t change. 10/10 recommend

We had been driving all day from NJ to Niagara Falls and our check tire pressure light went on. We stopped at a gas station and discovered one tire was low at 25 and there was a nail in it.The station recommended Goodyear about 5 minutes away. We drove there and had them look at the tire.They quickly checked it out, fixed the tire, and were courteous and pleasant. It didn t take long, the charge was way less than what we expected, and we were back on the road to Niagara Falls, then home the next day to Michigan, with no further problems with the tire.Thank you, GoodyearBlake Casher

This was the first time I went to Goodyear. Called to set up an appointment for my flat tire and they were able to get me in quickly. Dropped my car off, my husband and I went to get breakfast and before we could even sit down when we got home, they were already calling to tell me that my tire was repaired. Great service and everyone I talked to was super pleasant.

Very impressed and 110% satisfied with the customer service I received from James at Goodyear, a 30 year tech at the Goodyear Shop in East Araura New York on Grey st.At absolutely no fault of his own one the mechanics there missed a critical needed repair on my jeep. James didn't hesitate to stand in my corner and make sure the problem was addressed , repaired properly in a timely manner . WOW ! IM IMPRESSED ! I have been a loyal Goodyear customer for a few years and thanks to James commitment to customer satisfaction I will continue to utilize Goodyear for any and all my vehicle repairs. It's a good feeling have to an experience amazingly committed to GOOD customer service and integrity from James , a dedicated asset employee/ associate at Goodyear. Thank you James for the great job . You are truly an asset to the Goodyear Corp. Thank you James and Keep up the great work. I was completely floored by the James went well above and beyond my expectations . Two thumbs up
