After reading the reviews I decided to park on their dirt lot to wait on my appointment time so I can deliver my load at 1am on 12/08/22. I arrived around 2:30pm on 12/07/22. After I was parked for about 2hrs the yard jockey informed me that I can only park on the lot 30 minutes before my appointment by that time I had ran out of hours to drive so I had to PC to the nearest rest area which was approximately 10 miles away.Even though all that happened, I will still give them 5 stars because it wasn't their fault for the misunderstanding and I base my reviews on my experience with a company when I'm picking up or delivering a load.Arrived around 12:00am and checked in was instructed to go to dirt lot to wait for a call with a dock door number. Received a call around 1:58am with a dock door number. Around 5:55am, A man knocked on my truck door and told me they was finished with unloading me so he needed me to pull out the dock door and wait for a phone call to pickup the paperwork in the parking area across from the docks. After pulling out the dock door, I closed my truck doors and waited for the phone call. I received a call around 6:08am and I was leaving with paperwork in hand around 6:15am.Yes, I was there for approximately 5 hrs but I wasn't complaining because once I was in the dock door I went back to sleep and the reload I had was scheduled for pickup at 10pm so I would have a 10hr reset by then.

I love this shop. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Bryan, the shop manager, is just about the nicest human there is.I am a young female and I cant tell you how many shops I've been to that talk down to me or try to force me into work I know I don't need done on my car. Bryan has never made me feel that way. He's always helpful, thorough and easy to communicate with. I told them I had a leak around my windshield washer tank. When I picked up my truck, I was told there was no leak. Well these pictures wkere taken today.

My daughter lives in the area and was in an emergency situation and had lost the brakes on her car recently, another garage that she had frequented previously- gave an outrageous quote for repair costs, and a few excuses as to why they couldn't get her in. She found Valley Tire, and we found a new garage for my daughters car, I do not live in the area, but I still pay for my daughters car repairs to keep her and my grandson safe and mobile. They had no problem with me paying over the phone and actually went over and above according to my daughters opinions and consideration.I'm an ex auto and diesel mechanic, and both my boss went to school for auto repair, these guys will see my daughters car in the future if any needs come up and we can't help her ourselves!

Had a tire blowout on our fifth wheel RV while on the New York Turnpike. We had the spare mounted roadside and were then directed to Valley Tire Pros. They replaced four tires on our RV in a short time. They also helped fix some roof damage on the RV that happened on our way there. The service was awesome, the prices reasonable, and everyone went out of their way to help a traveler in need. Kudos to everyone at Valley Tire Pros, including the owner. Unprofessional. Serious lack of respect for customers. I have spent several thousand dollars at this location over the past 6 years. I've watched the service level go from amazing to appalling. I made an appointment for a simple procedure for my vehicle...this should take any where from 30 minutes to an hour. Upon arrival I was informed it would be several hours...um, I don't have time to sit around a tiny waiting room for several hours. This was my lunch break. Basically got an oh well from the man at the desk. So while I've taken time out of my day to make sure I'm there on time for my appointment, it apparently doesn't matter that I even had an appointment. A simple phone call to me letting me know that they had a scheduling issue today (most likely an employee call out), would have saved me a great deal of time and frustration. I went online and found someone else in the area that could service my vehicle. Upon leaving, I let the desk guy know I would not be back. His reply was again...oh well. Good to known that they have so many customers that my business doesn't matter to them. I try very hard to support the smaller businesses in the area, but if Valley Tire can't respect me enough to make a phone call or at least understand why the suggestion of waiting around for a few hours in a tiny hot room is frustrating, then I can't be their customer.

Great people. Brought my RV in for them to check a tire that had a small bulge while we were picking up our daughter at Fredonia. We were on our way back home 300 miles when I noticed the bulge. I called them at 10 and they fit me in at 1:00 which was awesome! They had a tire, but told me the tread didn't match exactly and instead of hard selling a tire... he suggested the damaged tire wasn't as bad as I thought it was and if it were him, he would wait until he got home to get another just like I had on the rest. Which is what I did. I stopped periodically to keep an eye on the tire, but we arrived safely at home and very grateful for their honesty and professionalism. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

My Girlfriend had a 11am oil change appointment. Dropped her off. We came back at 1230pm to pick up the car and it hadn t been touched. No1 would give a reason why. I called them asked for the manager he wouldn t give me a reason at first but finally he told me the guy went on lunch and totally forgot about the car. She also had other appointments with bad experiences. This is not the way to do business. She will get her oil change somewhere else.Service: Oil change

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we were given. Ryan was very responsive to our needs when shopping for snow tires. We were happy with the price and quick service with our tires. The two year roadside service was an added bonus. We were so happy with the whole experience and will be Valley customers from now on. We were with Firestone for over 30 years and he service has declined and prices have increased greatly. We are happy to take our business to a local service center close to home and get exceptional service! Thank you Ryan and team! We're sold and will tell all our family and friends!

I brought my car in to fix a flat tire. They were extremely friendly, explained how long it would take, and then got it done much faster than expected for much less than expected (only needed a patch vs replacement). Bought last three sets of tires here, went back to buy another set. New management. Wouldn't honor the 40,000 mile warranty I was told the last ones came with by the previous manager who sold them to me, because "he shouldn't have sold me them with a warranty". New manager literally told me I was costing the company money, and that he didn't have any more time for me. The other thing they were giving me a hard time about was because I had uneven wear, which apparently had happened within the last 1,000 miles (of the 20,000+ miles I had put on the tires) when I had my tie-rod outers replaced, evidently rendering a need for an alignment (which the day I realized this was going on was the day I brought it in for new tires/servicing). The entire lifespan of the tires I had been dutifully going in for the rotations every 5,000 miles to maintain warranty, records would confirm there were never wear issues any time I brought it in previously. So in the final analysis, they should've honored what the previous Manager told me, and the 15,000 that I got out of the tires where it could be confirmed there were no wear issues, and just subtracted 5,000 miles from the overall warranty (35,000). That way they wouldn't be paying for any of the wear that had occurred as a result of the misalignment, but would still be honoring the warranty they were sold to me with. I Called corporate to relay my experience, they weren't much more help, only offered $5.00 off per tire towards new. The thing that was really uncool about all of this was that it was the heart of WNY winter when I'm having to commute 40 miles a day for work, and my tires are unsafe. Ended up going Dunn Tire, they got me 4 brand new all seasons for a better price than valley had quoted me plus gave me a $50.00 coupon towards the alignment, and they even got me in the same day I called. Talk about customer service! The other very minor thing (but noteworthy), it was nice to be in a waiting room where there was actually hot coffee, the one in the valley tire waiting room was always off every time I was ever in there.

I called and set up an appointment for a semi synthetic oil change which is $39.95. They called to tell me when it was finished and I drove down to pick it up. When I went to pay, they said my bill was $89.05. What? They apparently did a half hour of labor on my left rear brake which was almost $50. They didn't call to ask if they could do this work, nor did they mention it when they called to tell me my car was ready. I've been out of work since March with no unemployment or income of any kind as I have a newborn so my wife isn't working either. What would they have expected me to do if I couldn't pay the extra $50? It definitely took us by surprise and messed up our tiny budget. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. My wife has gone here for a year and will not be going back either. Very unprofessional of them to charge me for work I did not consent to.

Great place to go. They were ready to leave and take lunch but the man was really nice and went ahead and changed my tires anyways. They're polite and kind there. I would recommend going there. Their price wasn't bad neither.

I had a great experience with them as a walk-in (luckily they weren t busy!), when they repaired my flat tire and bent rim in about an hour And it cost only $26 including tax. Recommend.

Hi, I came to have tires, oil change and alignment. Was told I need a bushing replaced before a alignment could be done and Valley Tire would get back to me with a cost for bushing. Went to car and my all seasons were not in car. Had to go in to get those. Later that week I was looking at invoice and was charged for disposal of tires and tire protection plan which I knew nothing about that cost or plan. Went back a few days later to be reimbursed for tire disposal and ask about protection plan. Decided I would keep plan but would have preferred to be aware of this prior to charge. Asked about cost for bushing and was told I d have that soon. Still don t have that so will take it elsewhere. Everyone seems pleasant but definitely disappointed. I get mistakes are made but it really does make me as a customer wonder the integrity

Few months ago, looking for an oil change I found this garage in Dunkirk.Very good deal, four oil changes then fifth one is free.On my last oil change they also conducted extensive troubleshooting of my Air Conditioning System, vacuuming and replacing my Coolant..at NO CHARGE!Thank you Bryan!Great service, friendly staff!Highly recommended!

I have used Valley Tire for a few years now. They always take care of whatever I need to keep my car in safe good working order. The customer service is always on point, and they go above and beyond to help with all your needs. I recommend them highly!

I was a bit sceptical going somewhere new but they were great! Smitty got me a quote for new tires & alignment within an hour. The staff were all very kind & friendly. Nobody made me feel stupid when I didnt understand what they were explaining. Best of all, they didn't try to fix things that didn't need fixing! I am very satisfied & will go back!! Thank you all!!
