If you need any vehicle repairs in the derby area this is the place to go. Chuck and his team are the best. Took my car to another local place and it left worst than when I brought it in.Chuck is a upfront and honest mechanic. No worries about getting screwed by him. Won't let anyone else but him work on my car from now on.

My family broke down at the Angola service station 4:30 in the afternoon. Called a tow company and I had no idea where to take it. Pulled these guys out of the phonebook off a whim. Called them and they were immediately friendly and understanding as we quickly approached their closing time. They stayed well beyond closing and were nothing but professional, friendly, and super courteous in helping our family get back on the road. Folks like this restores hope in humanity. Treated us like family. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to bring my vehicle there again if given the opportunity.

Returning home from Roswell (long day) with Bonnie after a procedure for her...Rear tire going flat and bad weather starting. Topped off air at Tops but stillgoing flat fast.We pulled in at "We Care Auto Repair"and immediate help fixing the tire.Much appreciated and home and recuperation for Bonnie.

My daughter works in the area and went here for an oil change service and check up before a road trip. I'm always concerned that a younger girl by herself will be taken advantage of. She said the staff here was the nicest she had ever encountered. Not only were they fair, honest and up front they offered tips and advice on her vehicle to avoid needing repairs. She mentioned possibly getting a new vehicle this fall and they told her what brands in their experience are most reliable. Definitely her new spot for car care.

Awesome, honest, competent and kind. Our radiator died on our long trip home and they took us right in and took care of us. I don t know what we would have done otherwise! They are good people!

These guys are fantastic!! They have helped me out twice with different problems I ve had from tires to breaks and oil change. They are fair and honest! Great service! Amazing service!!! Showed up to make an appointment to get some work done and there was no need. They got me right in same day, respectable and honest group of people! Definitely recommend!!

These guys have been incredible! On the way back from Erie, PA to upstate NY, my wife had an issue about 10 mins from their shop, yet still 2 hours from home. They listened to my issue, were willing to stay late to help us out, and then did the best they could to diagnose the car!! I was so very appreciative of their effort, especially since most shops shy away from even looking at our Porsche. Then, in the week following, I had one of the guys' cell phone numbers and had run several question past him, and he was always willing to help! I couldn't say enough good things!

I recently purchased a used car here and it seemed to be one of the top car-buying experiences I've had. When I gave them my budget, they gave me plenty of options, all of which fell inside of it. I have no worries about the mechanical reliability of the vehicle as they completed many full inspections, checks, and tune-ups on the vehicle all while keeping me in the loop on what was going on with the car. I intend to keep the vehicle for years to come

I had a great experience at We Care Auto. The mechanics have tremendous technical expertise and all of the equipment necessary to fix any car. They fixed my car quickly and for a fair price. Would definitely recommend them.

I have had the guys at we care maintain our cars and trucks for several years and have purchased two vehicles from them. The mechanics at We Care are passionate, talented professionals who will give you honest service at a fair price. The only BS you will hear is for your entertainment as it is a family business and the boys provide friendly banter while you wait for them to complete work on your vehicle. The staff stand by their work and are justifiably proud of their efforts. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have used the We Care team for over 10 years. I'm very picky and refer my picky friends to them. Honest, affordable, trustworthy, and great work. From oil changes and brakes to that problem no one else can seem to figure out, they can do it all - for a fraction of what a dealership will charge.

I've been taking my vehicles to Chuck and his crew for...I don't even know how long anymore. They won't overcharge you. Period. I've gone in for suspension work expecting to pay hundreds and instead got told "we just needed to tighten a few things" and it's been a fraction. Chuck treats his customers like family.

I've been dealing with the guys since 2000. Still go to him for help with any of my vehicles. Very knowledgeable, very professional. Conducts business with the consumer in mind. Retains a loyal customer base.

It s 3:30 on a Monday night. 2 tired Cleveland Ohio natives were coming home from a great adventure at Niagra Falls. I 90 WB Battery light then ABS then engine light ... power lost . Pushed a 2003 Jetta with kayaks, utility trailer and mountain bikes up the ramp ....we found We Care on Mapquest ! They ordered the alternator before we got there to make sure they could get it . It s now 730 and we are heading home with a new battery , new alternator and a new friend! What a great time ! Super service . Very fair . Thanks We care . Hey they moved ... don t use mapquest address BTW Thanks also to Evans City Police and our awesome flatbed operator !

20 bucks for them to tell me I bought a cheap alternator... I since bought a new one and the problem isn't fixed... found out it was the pcm when they said it was a cheap alternator. They took me in fast though so that was good but didn't help much. Even if the new cheap alternator was bad the one I got in now sure isn't. The problem persisted and it's exactly what I thought it was before I brought it in. PCM corroded... they would have found it for sure, but it's way cheaper for me to have it rebuilt and install it myself. Good guys though. Not their fault, just didn't have the time to see what the real issue was. The cheap alternator work fine by the way... the computer/ "PCM" was telling it to do things it shouldn't be doing. "Running at 13v instead of 14.2v" or something like that... I was on board with the whole cheap china stuff too... the pcm was built in china after all. Don't let this post influence you getting your vehicle fixed by them, for they would have eventually found out that it was the pcm for sure. Electrical problems like this can be tricky, ask any mechanic.
