Recently moved to Angola and anytime I come into this autozone it almost feels like your bothering the workers by being there at this point I'd rather take the drive to the autozone in south buffalo than keep giving this location revenueEveryone is rude and very rushing

So other than needing parts. I don't go here for customer service that's for sure. Manager behind the counter in GREY shirt don't feel like doing his job. Everytime I'm in there I have to deal with his piss poor attitude. And I'm wondering why everything is ordered online now a days. I spent over 2k here in the last few months. I will be going out of my way now to go somewhere else. This needs straightened up over there. Stop hiring drunks!!!

I work at the Sunoco on the thruway, and Friday night (8/18)/Saturday (8/19) morning and a traveler had some issues with his '98 Honda and was outside the station half the night trying to figure out what was going on. I offered our phone to call for assistance even he first got there around 2:30am, and he finally asked me for some phone numbers when I was ending my shift at 730. He called another place and they couldn't help him, so he asked for a parts store and AutoZone was my first choice. We weren't sure if they'd have the part he needed for such an older car, but they had it plus the other stuff he needed to take care of the problem. I decided to run him out there because there are no taxis near us and Uber is crazy expensive to get and he kindly paid for the two car toys I got for my kids and the item I needed for my own issue with my vehicle. All staff was extremely helpful and definitely made the traveler's experience less stressful because they had the part he needed. Thanks everyone!!

The manager is a joke I standed waiting over twenty mins just for him to not complete my return n get what I needed he walked away when new customer s entered left me standing there for another ten mins ..finly the young man that was busy with customers at the time I arrived gets to me in which the manager started my return n left him lost n for him to take another ten mins trying figure out what the manager did .. do your job our find a new one that guy should not be in that position a disgrace to autozone

There is a particularly Bright Young Lad named Justin there. He is very knowledgeable and will go above and Beyond the necessary steps on explaining things to you in simplest terms as well as personally helping you if it is something simple with your vehicle right in the parking lot! He is very knowledgeable, and a great employee.

Great store. Great talent. Very helpful especially since I had a 3yr old child with me. Questioned length of hose and the store manager measured against the 1' tiles. Smart talented and helpful employees!

Had a battery die across the street from this place. I was told they were only taking cash today. Went to a plaza across the street to get cash (5 lanes). He found a battery ( after I looked it up on my phone, he said he couldn t look it up).Fine. I asked to borrow a couple tools to install it.( I know Autozone does this). He said no. I had to buy them, which I did. I paid,took my 20lb battery, asked for a bag for the tools. They don t do bags. Now, I m an older guy with knee and back issues crossing 5 lanes carrying this battery. Maybe I m wrong, but I certainly feel they didn t knock themselves out to help me.

Needed to Replace a serpentine belt on a Toyota Camry. Autozone had part's i needed and also discount for $50. purchase. Continental Belt's are the Best quality!

A great auto parts store with good employees who helped anyone with their choices of hearts or if you wanted to rent equipment they also rent tools and pullovers and other tools needed for your automobile repairs and they don't even charge you if you just put a deposit down and you get the deposit back on Return of the equipment that you borrowed!

My friend spent alot of money last year and he ask to pick up part that is under warranty but they needed old one. Now when he gets old one out, he has to walk to bring old and pick up new and walk back. He doesn't live next door. Very inconvenient.

I am disappointed in this location.... I was having issues with the vehicle I was driving and I knew I needed transmission fluid I told the guy in the store that's I was having issues with it and needed transmission fluid ...it was cold out and I had to pop the hood on my vehicle and add the transmission fluid myself..NOT one worker there asked me if I needed any help! It was late and no other customers were in the store and there were three workers...sad

Normally really reliable but lately Needs to stay up to date on their parts inventory. Nobody likes being told you have the part, then show up after 45 minute drive 1 way, to be told it's not on the shelf, that the computer was mistaken. Don't rely on computers. Go see for yourself!!!!

The employees are always friendly, polite and helpful.........but today they went ABOVE and BEYOND. We lost the warranty for a very expensive Alternator. Upon noticing it was their own alternator, the employees spent a decent amount of time tracking down my warranty!! They found it!!! I switched to strictly using autozone for my parts due to this reason alone. They save my warranty thru the computer.......now if I could of only remembered which cell phone number I used Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOUUUUUU TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES AT THE DERBY AUTOZONE!!!!

I used to be a fan of autozone, the one in hamburg was always great and this one used to be. All the new people hired keep giving me the wrong parts, the sold an alternator i had on hold that they needed to order again and when i went in the 2nd time to get it and it took 30 minutes ive taken parts back at least 5 times this week because they were the wrong parts. Went there 3 times just to get the right U-Joints. U-Joints shouldn't be hard to get but apparently they make it hard. I'll be going back for the 3rd time to get a control arm mount tomorrow because they gave me the same exact part when i returned it the first time because it was wrong. To be honest with you i wouldn't recommend going here until they get their stuff straight although this guy i talked to troy was helpful and got me the right part

I usually love shopping at AutoZone for my cars but lately I have been trying Napa or going online. When hiring for an auto parts store, there should be at least some experience in the auto field from who you hire. I have had wrong parts sold to me on numerous occasions because of this. There is a young kid working there that had no idea what Plymouth is. Once he asked who makes a Plymouth Fury, ai walked right back out. There are a few good workers there right now but I am afraid to give it another shot after my last 3 tries of buying parts.

I called the store in search of parts for my truck which has a weird thing where the parts I need dont come up in the system. So the store manager took the time to help me find the correct parts and got me on my way and I cant thank you enough.
