This location is the best I ve found. I drive out of my way to come here. They do a great job, are friendly, professional and efficient.Brandon and Jomo helped me today and they were fantastic.

This used to be a great place. Unfortunately went downhill. They do not provide service in an orderly manner and it seems to be very poorly run at this point. Myself and my family are never going back again!!!! Was there for 2 hours yesterday and had to go back again today because they didn't have the necessary part. They wanted me to wait another hour today.

So slow! I sat there for an hour. This place is supposed to be fast. They didn t do any of the routine checks that they are supposed to. They also claimed they took away the military discount.. one guy was training another and it s safe to say they definitely needed more help.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My fianc� been using this place despite the overprice oil and filter. Few weeks ago had and inspection done..in which they told her to pass inspection the wiper blades must be changed. Which surprised us they did not mention of a window chip near the driver s vision that could cause a fail New York State inspection..instead the wiper blades. Little over a week later the driver s side blade came off the metal track which made it not work properly. Brought it back to see if they were able to do a quick replacement. Waited in the small waiting are for about 3 minutes..thinking the guy in the office was busy. Finally made a noise and he abruptly came out ..he was too busy on his cell phone looking down. Explained to him about the wiper. He ask if had receipt..told him no and should find record on their computer. He refused to look it up. Went outside to remove the damaged wiper blade. Went back inside where he called an older guy. Then they started speaking in SPANISH..they thought I didn t understand them. About 5 minutes playing with the damaged wiper blade. He took a new one from the rack, opened it. Went out and put wiper back on..he was like see how it works..I said ok but few minutes later of using it. Did the same thing..checked it after stopped at grocery store to see that the guy put on the same damaged wiper blade he did a slight of hand made me think he was putting a brand new one. How much a wiper blade cost them? $5? Time to find a different place.Service: Oil change

REVISED REVIEW: Do not bring your car to this place or any Valvoline shops. Go to a reptilable mechanic. These shops are butchers & they might cross thread the oil pan or the cap. THEY BREAK SOMETHING AND WILL NOT TELL YOU ANYTHING. LIE to your face the work is done then the next day you have a puddle in your driveway. Take your car to a mechanic. I just saved you two hundred dollars. You're welcome

Actually really surprised me here with professionalism and not trying to oversell like most of these chain oil change businesses. Went on the weekend quick service friendly staff that goes above and beyond. Thanks again guys!

I needed a new battery. Called first to be sure they had it in stock and then just waited on line until it was my turn to have my car worked on. Very friendly service.

Very easy process. I was there 20 minutes before closing at 6pm and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The techs were knowledgeable and I was in and out very fast. I would definitely recommend to a friend and this will be my go to from now on for oil changes and filter checks. Thanks for the great service!

Koa handled my oil change for the day didint take forever either and he showed me my air filter and let me know that all my fluids were good, service was friendly and professional

Nice customer service, but say goodby to $25.00 oil change. Basic oil change was almost $90. For partial synthetic oil change. Sorry but that high, as a matter of fact, it's down right ridiculous because I went to my mechanic for an oil change and he charged me $49 for an oil change and told me I was ripped off.

They performed an oil change for me and scanned the coupon I had on my phone. The girls did a maintenance check as my oil was being changed. I was acutely aware that there was going to be an upsell as most of these chain services tend to do. The oil change was quick. She showed me the oil filter as well which I agreed to change out. But had me shocked when she said my battery was bad. I knew it wasn't because I had just bought a new one literally not even a week old! The store I bought it from showed me the battery tested well too. I knew it was fine. I also own a battery tester and a scanner so I am aware of some issues I may have with the car. She then said oh sorry, it must have been a loose terminal. Although I enjoyed the drive thru experience and convenience of having my oil changed, I just felt very uneasy about the blatant upsell attempt on my battery. I wanted to test out the place with my first oil change there, but will not return for transmission fluid change which I am looking to get done. Sorry, this place did NOT earn my trust for future visits.Service: Oil change

Amazing service. Felix, Austin and Tyler were all super kind, accommodating, and highly knowledgeable. They helped me-a guy typically pretty ignorant with cars-with a few base level at questions and made sure I understood everything that my car needed. They also didn t try to sell me things I OBVIOUSLY didn t ask for.Tip top service here

The staff were very nice, but the upsell is so real (they recommended at least 3 additional add ons or increases that i did not need) & I also ended up being there for over 1.5 hours when all I needed was an oil change. They happened to break/knock loose my coolant hose and had to drive to a dealer, pick it up, drive back& fix it. And I couldn t go anywhere while I waited. A 15 minute errand turned into my whole afternoon. I will not be back & I really hope nothing else ends up being wrong due to this visit...

A while back I brought my 2011 Jeep in for an oil change. I asked the attendant if they also did full transmission flush and fluid replacement. They said yes and that they could do it today. I decided to take a chance because the price was more competitive than other places. I got my car back, paid full price for what I believed to be a full transmission fluid change and oil change and left with peace of mind knowing my transmission was serviced.2,000 miles later my transmission refuses to shift out of second gear. So I take it to my local shop which I only trust for big repairs. They run the codes and do a diagnostic. They ask me if I've ever changed my transmission fluid, and I told them I had this shop do a full flush and replacement. They personally show me that the fluid looks like it had never been replaced and was grey and sparkling with all the metal shavings from my gear system.As it turns out this Valvoline place and the attendant who told me they could do the job didnt drain and replace anything. They just topped up the burning old fluid with new transmission fluid.So they lied to me, told me they could do a job that they didn't do, and had me pay full price for a service I never got.And now $2500 later, I have a rebuilt transmission from a real honest shop that will show you the work being done before they charge you for it.I trusted this shop for a necessary maintenance service because the price was competitive, but it cost me literally thousands more than I had because some lazy attendant didn't bother to do his job.It irks me to think that if they'll cut corners on a more expensive job, how many times a day are they cutting corners on peoples oil changes?

Needed a place to get an oil change quick on my lunch break. This place was great, you get to stay in your car and they do a full service checkup while they do the oil change. The Assistant Manager, Washington was fantastic. This will be my go-to place for my oil changes.

went for a simple inspection and the technician said he wouldn't pass my car unless I replace my wipers for $78. I told him that the wipers were just replaced. he responded that he tested the wipers and said if I change one side he will pass it. what a rip off, I did not want to argue and waste time being that the weather was getting bad. I paid him for 1 wiper and left. this place used to be good. Seems that their priority is to upsell as much as possible.

Update (Jan 2021): I still use this Valvoline for every oil change. Polite and friendly staff. Usually not too much of a wait.Valvoline offers such a convenient process for getting your oil changed, and this location is always really helpful, friendly, and courteous. The staff are professional and usually get me laughing. They show me what's happening and I always leave feeling relieved that my oil is changed and confident that everything was done right.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
