Al took care of me from Start to finish. His staff and provided a pick up service to take my damaged car. They were amazing and very professional. They helped with my Geico claim on my Tesla and car was like brand new from damage to rear bumper. I would highly recommended Triangle auto to all my family friends and was completely Satisfied! A plus business ! Thank you team again!

This is a real bad place no respect whats so ever the guy who picked up the phone calls is so disrespectful im so glad my pick up truck didn't have to stay there so they can fixed DO NOT even gonna think about them not even as a second choice if zero starts will be available i will still look for a negative zero start to rate this place ! IM RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT I SAID HERE NOT FOR WHAT YOU UNDERSTAND! WORST PLACE EVER!

My car was hit in an accident. Triangle came to pick up the car and kept it in their garage. When I came by to let them know that the insurance company was going to come pick up the car in the upcoming day and pay for the tow and storage, they kept refusing to release the car saying the company wasn t going to pay ($1,000). They instead offered me $700 for the car which I would then still have to pay $300 and give them title. They were trying to rip me off!! This went back and forth for about 3hrs. I had to call my police friend for advice on how to proceed if they refuse to release my car. Thankfully insurance was able to pick it up after a few days and paid the bill but felt like this company was going to do something sketchy the whole time. Avoid if you can, read the other reviews it feels like they want to keep you car as long as possible.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

BAD BAD BAD, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, TERRIBLE SERVICEWhat a terrible customer service I have never experienced in my whole life. they don't have even little respect for their customer and the guy who has voice like lady is very mean and rude.they towed my car for single night they charged me $400 dollars cash and they even they did not give me reciept because there is something going on behind.I will never do business with them and I would not recommend anyone to visit their business.

About a month ago I had my car towed here after a minor fender bender-- to which I must stress the accident was really minor-- but yet the job took a month a half to be completed. Now, I don't know how that was possible considering the damage on the car, but I contacted Sal and Al multiple times to check on my vehicle, and to my dismay Al seemed rather annoyed when I would call to check on the car. I have found the staff to be very unprofessional, the owners are thieves, and liars. If I could, I would give this shop 0 stars, honestly. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE GUYS. One of the worst experience's I've had with a body shop business.

Bunch of thieves! Told me a minimum of 1200t repair then Offered me 400 to buy my 2011 car and charged 400 just to tow it once. STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Got it repaired elsewhere for much cheaper and by much nicer people!

If you ever get into an accident, never ever get your car towed by these fraudsters. The NYPD will always call them for some reason. They rip people off with their fees. No one including the owner knows how to talk to their customers. The owner has some kind of his own attitude. When I told them that I don't want to get my car repaired by them, they charged me with unnecessary fees which was totally nonsense. This did not end there. After I called in another tow truck, they took forever to move the cars in front of mine so that I could take my car out of the lot. Please save your time and money by not getting your car towed by these people.

Please do not waste your money on this company. They will try to take your money and scam you by adding additional charges. Do not let them bring your car to the shop. I dont know what is going on with this company but their attitudes are so unprofessional. They specifically said "This conversation is hurting my brain. Merry Christmas Bye" and then hung up.

I GAVE THIS SHOP A 1 star but if I could I would give it 0 stars. So about 2 months ago My Jeep was in hit and my front end was destroyed. They towed my car to this shop, and that was the WORST MISTAKE, the adjuster kept going to the shop but the car was no where to be found. Then the shop did not want to release my car, gave me the biggest headache when I wanted to take it to the geico auto shops. I was honestly gonna call the cops because they weren t trying to release my car and took apart my car without any permission what so ever then WANTED TO CHARGE TO PUT MY CAR BACK TOGETHER SO IT COULD BE TOWED TO ANOTHER SHOP. So I got frustrated and let them fix it because I wasn t paying a 1000 dollars to have them put back together a car just to be towed. SOOOO they took a MONTH to fix a front end job that should have taken the most two weeks, because they are CLOSED MOST OF THE TIME. Finally after 2 months of my car being in that shop being fixed, I get my car back. NOT EVEN a day later, my car is making absurd amounts of weird noises my car has never made before, because when I got my car it was brand new. So 2 weeks after getting my car fixed by them, my car is making screeching noises super loud, I go back to the shop to see what was wrong. MY POWER STEERING Is blown, but my car NEVER had this problem before the accident. The power steering is located on same side my Jeep was hit on, WHICH MEANS THEY DIDNT FIX THE POWER STEERING. SO SAL SAID IT WAS WEAR AND TEAR, how it is wear and tear when it was supposedly changed after the accident, but my Jeep was ORIGINALLY BRAND NEW OF THE DEALER LOT. SO I HAVE TO REPAIR THE POWER STEERING MYSELF EVEN THO IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED IN THE ACCIDENT. Cause Sal called the insurance before I could like the fraud that he is, and told them I must have messed up the power steering when I got the car back. OVERALL WORST BODY SHOP, the owners Sal and Al are theifs, rude, lairs, and they work staff uses drugs. I noticed one of his staff members leaning sleeping on a wall with yellow residue on their nostrils. Terrible body shop. Save yourself money and ALOT OF TIME.

The worst experience. They tossed my car in the yard without a care and damaged the back left side of my car bad. The owner is very unprofessional and should not be doing any type of business. This place is either going out of business or will soon. DO NOT HAVE THEM TOW YOUR VEHICLE, even if they are the last place available, trust me, just push your car to it's destination. You will thank me later.

Triangle Automotive should not be in business. They do not care about customers. They are disgruntle toward customers. Do not take your car to them for any form of repair work. This is my story please ready carefully. If you are involve with an accident and you are still in your right mind, please asked the cops not to call them to if your car needs towing.My car was towed to Triangle Automotive because the cops called them after I was involved in an accident on July 13, 2013. Since then I have been trying to get my car out of there and they were giving me the run around. When I finally form the adjuster from the insurance company that he had tried on two occasions to see the car and take estimates of damages but could not see the car, because the manager was never available, I finally decided to get my car out of there. Imagine that my car was left there for about ten days, and up to this time the adjuster could not see the car. I needed no more delays with the work to be done on my car. On July 22, 2013, I contacted another auto body that my insurance company recommended. They adjuster said that once he is able to see the car, they would start working on my car right way and get me back on the road soon. So I went to Triangle Automotive repair shop for them to release my car to me. I told them that I have decided not to have them repair my car. The boss is called Al. He got very irritated and started charging me unnecessary fees. When I asked why, he argued that I am taking a $10,000.00 job from him. There were two of his buddies there with him. I refused to pay those fees and said if he will charge me taxes and fees I would like to pay with credit or a debit card. He also refused and asked me to leave. I insisted that I am here to pick up my car that I am not leaving until my car is release to me and I am willing to pay, but you have to drop the fees. While the manager and I were going back and forth about the fees, I started that I am not leaving my car for repair, I am sorry. Right after I saw that again, the other guy whom I was not speaking with got up and pouched me against the wall and the boss and the other guy got up and they started beating me up inside the office, just because I would not leave my car there for repair. I struggled with them and managed to run out. While I was out of their office, one of the guys still followed me outside and started hitting me again and again with an umbrella. I was shouting and saying asking if someone could help me call the cop, but unfortunately not one did. All of their workers saw what was going on and came around but none of them help. I tried to call the cops and the guy kept on trying to take my phone away from me. I finally managed to call the cops. When the cops arrived, and started to ask the surrounding workers about what had happened, they all denied that they knew or saw what had happened. They cops however, examined by body and took my statement. I got some bruises, on my back, my head and arms. The ambulance also came and gave me some check up. The cops asked if I would like to file charges against them and I said yes. So the cops took the guy who was hitting me outside away in handcuffs. I finally got my car out, but I also find out that my car have extra damages that were not on it when it was towed to their auto body shop. This is my experienced with Triangle Auto Body Shop. It is not only me that those guys had assaulted because of the bad work and customer complaints. I am not the first and only person with this kind of experience. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TRIANGLE AUTO BODY SHOP LOCATED AT 57-11 79th Ave, Ridge wood, NY 11385.Your Experience could be worst them mine. Please stay away from the kind of business that assault its customer.A hint to a wise is quite sufficient.

Horrible service, they took my car apart with my fathers signature, they wouldnt release my vehicle to my insurance company, so i basically ran out of time and had no choice but to leave my car at this horrible place. he insured me he would repair my vehicle and leave it as new. my fathers acquaintance works there and insured a lower price which is always appreciated however when my car was returned it wasnt complete. i never minded paying whatever the regular price was. NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY CAR TO BE RE REPAIRED BECAUSE THIS MAN RIPPED ME OFF. dont let his smile and nice personality FOOL ANY OF YOU. HES A CROOOOOOK

When I walked in, the shop IMMEDIATELY smelled of wet dog. A few seconds after opening the door, I was attacked by a HUGE, and I mean HUGE white dog. Now to a normal person, they might have enjoyed the dogs company, but I am absolutely terrified by them. Apparently Al has his pet with him whenever the shop is open, to which I have to point out is fairly inconsistent. Besides that, every time I had questions about my vehicle, it appeared it was a nuisance to answer. The answers they provided were vague, and I would have been better off just googling it.

There aren t enough superlatives to describe Al and Triangle Auto Body. Over the years I ve been the unlucky recipient of a few fender bender s. Al and his team are always able to ease that burden. They always go above and beyond. Friendly, forth coming, and fully accommodating. You guys are the best!

I always take my cars here for any type of autobody/repair work! Any accident or even repair work I have had done by them in the past 5 years was always satisfactory. The owner and his guys got things under control and are usually quick to address any questions concerns pertaining to repairs, adjustments etc.

Terrible service, Sal is the biggest crook, my car has broken down today, and my car left the shop a month ago. I could go on for days but I m honestly so stressed and disappointed. All I can save is DONT ever go there, they will mess up you re car in order for you guys to come right back and fix something else it s just a scam honestly. Save your time and money please and The frustration you re gonna go thru.

Absolutely Rude. Im in disbelief. I dont understand why they were so rude. Seems like they were just having a a rough day but its unprofessional to take it out on customers. Just needed a tow company to help tow my car.

I spoke to Al d'andrea and he was a super nice guy also enjoyed seeing his dog champ big white poodle. Still waiting for my estimate but I have faith that this will be an excellent experience so far so good

Took my brand new jeep here after a front end minor crash. Al returned my jeep with MORE mechanical problems. Al and Sal are a bunch of thieves, unprofessional staff and took the longest to return my car. THE WORST SHOP. DESERVES 0 Stars

I had body work done on my car at this location, I was very pleased with the work they done. The owner and his staff was very pleasant and polite to me and I paid a reasonable price. I would recommend them.

Terrible service, they gave my car back with more mechanical problems then I originally gave the car had before. AL and Sal are really rude, and they staff is really unprofessional. They are big time crooks, save your time and money

Unparalleled bad attitude, yelling at you on the phone, saying I don't speak English, let me speak English, I admit my English is not very good, but why can others understand what I'm talking about? I see It's really bad reviews from other people. Please don't use this company.

Had a terrible experience dealing with this shop. The customer service is horrid. Not sure if the manager or owner were having a bad day but they are extremely rude and condescending. Asking them anything is of annoyance to them. Do not recommend coming here
