Quality was assigned thru GoodSam Roadside Assistant, The Driver arrived early then scheduled, and was Professional, Courtesy and friendly. He took care when loading my infiniti, Then secured it to the bed of the tow truck. Upon arrival at the Shop took control and remove carefully. Driver did an outstanding job. First, I like to say, I don t know where to start, on September 4, Labor Day my motorcycle was towed away due to a minor accidentNYPD responded and I was whisk to the hospital and my bike was towed after a short stay in the hospital I went to NYPD to retrieve my motorcycle I was told it was towed with quality tow no big deal gave them a call and was told the Bike was not in their possessionAfter speaking to the owner who assuredme that he did not have my bike I did some investigation and could not locate the bike. NYPD kept telling me that the bike was towed. I was given the run around until yesterday.When I receive a phone call telling me that the Bike was in NYPD possession and I needed to come pick it up?NYPD had the bike the whole time in the 77th pct and led me on a goose chase, because no one took the time to even check to see if it was in their garage for safekeeping In which it was all that time SMFH!!!With that being said, let s go back to the owner of quality tow when he initially realize that the bike was not in his position he implemented his own investigation trying to see where my bike was as we both couldn t understand were this bike was after NYPD stated the bike was left with them So my deepest apology goes out to the owner cause at one point I really thought he really did have my bike which, in fact he didn t, and in the end he himself was trying to figure things out, which I also deeply appreciate quality tow are good people and I would not hesitate using their services in the future.John, R

Their towing service was incredible. The towing vehicle arrived much sooner than expected. The driver was professional, polite and courteous. My car was delivered to a nearby Tire Service shop in no time, where the flat tire was taken care of. Simply put, this is one of the most pleasant experiences for me since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Thanks a lot, Larry! Sincerely, I recommend Quality Automotive Services to all.

This cold weather has been hard on everyone, but my wife got stuck and couldn t start the car. We requested road side service under the impression we needed the car towed, but the driver Christine was able to jump start the car. She was helpful, and just incredible! I d highly recommend this towing company with hesitation. It s hard to find a service you can trust, they helped restore my faith - highly recommend!Services: Battery service, Car towing

Worst company on the planet. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. Illegally towed my car and returned it with thousands of dollars of damage and refused to take responsibility despite being caught on camera. Anthony the manager is a complete scumbag.

If your insurance company dispatches Quality Automotive services for any of your needs, PLEASE do yourself a favor and cancel/request another option.This company accepted the job knowing that their driver wasn t even working yet. All it took was a simple conversation with him upon arrival to learn that my services was his first of the day and he had just begun working, however I had already been waiting 90 minutes for him to arrive. Furthermore, the driver informed me that the fee the receptionist stated I was being charged for tolls must include some other fees - simply put he was flabbergasted at the toll charges.All in all, I simply needed my car towed so I paid the toll charge and will handle that with the insurance company on the backend. Never will I end recommend this business due to the lack of professionalism and shadiness. The cherry on the top? The driver expected a TIP prior to services being completed. Absolutely NOT - my only tip is that all the employees get their lies on the same page because many of us were born at night but not last night.Do not, I repeat do NOT utilize the services of Quality Automotive Services.

Thanks to the whole team for helping to make a bad night good. I was scared & stuck on the side of the road and the girl on the phone kept me company til the truck came to get my car. I don't know what these other reviews are talking about but I was in an accident and my roadside sent this company to tow my car. The driver told me their shop also worked repairs through insurance and helped me set my claim up and get a rental. The driver was on time and calmed me down since I was still shaken up from the accident! Would definitely recommend

Never EVER use this service for towing. If your insurance company sends them to you, ask to cancel it and get someone different. They left me waiting at JFK in the middle of the night in 20� weather for two hours and never showed. When I tried to call their supposedly 24-hour dispatch line, it went to some guys voicemail saying he couldn t answer the phone, and giving a different number than the one I called. If this isn t just a scam business, it is just a very poorly run one, and insurance companies shouldn t be sending business their way. It is more than just inconvenient to be left stranded by a company like this, it s potentially dangerous.Service: Car towing

My Suburban was parked backend first in my driveway.I had a flat rear tire. Larry, my Roadside driver expertly removed my Suburban from a very tight space without damage to my vehicle or property. He was promt, kept me posted as to his ETA. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD USE QUALITY AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.Service: Special vehicle towing

Ended up stranded on the service road next to the highway Saturday afternoon. Called for a tow. Larry called within 5 minutes and showed up within 10 minutes! Quick, friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. Will definitely be my go-to when I m in trouble again.

Called for a tow at 8pm waited 3 hours. Kept calling at the top of every hour they came up with the most crazy excuses every time. I asked them if I should cancel when I called back to ask about the tow truck at 11PM and they lady said yea If you want to cancel yyou can I then canceled and got a tow with another company. Then at 2am the driver called me saying he s at the destination. Never again will I ever call Quality Automotive Services INC. for A tow.Service: Car towing

Super hard to get a conversation about my vehicle that was towed there. Several times called spoke to same ppl who tried to keep telling me my car wasn't there. Even when I showed them the receipt and sent a pic of the receipt and my car they towed.Finally, i stopped asking about my vehicle and just asked when can i get my stuff out my car . What are their hours so i could just show up. Mind you their over an hr from me.They were charging my insurance company storage fees when i pulled up i literally spotted my car instantly on the street parked. With about two dozen other cars parked on the street that they are probably charging ppl or insurance companies for.They had no idea if my car was there. Smh. Then the actual business name or address is no where to be found on the street. However, there is another shop under a different name at 122-26 which is the actual location.Then I go inside and they are so unorganized papers every where the woman at messy desk looked at me like ughhh i'm busy. I was like I'm a get my stuff out my car. After minutes of looking for the "file" they had for my car. That she never found. She finally was like let me get someone to help you. So about 15 mins later.This place would get zero stars if I could.
