Great service, great people. Had my lights replaced. Looking good.Went back and had my grill replaced and installed running boards. They were professional and followed through to make sure everything was working correctly. Looking forward to the next update.

I had a flat tire. Justin, diagnosed the reason for the flat tire, ordered a new one and replaced the old tire with a new one, balanced the wheel and installed it on my car. I was extremely satisfied with the service.

Extraordinary service, extremely reasonable pricing, and friendly mechanics at the Shell in Cross River. Justin is the absolute BEST!! So knowledgeable and caring about his customers and with all the cars he repairs! You can tell how much Justin loves what he does!! Highly recommend!!

More than a gas station. Friendly am coffee with the nicest cashier/manager and tip top honest repair and diagnostic work. Justin and the team are detail oriented and spend your money wisely

Awesome cashier service and Justin the mechanic is amazing! I have been shopping around for a good trust worthy mechanic for a long time- Justin really takes the time to explain things to you about what they are fixing (and doesn t act like your dumb for not knowing cars) and is transparent with the costs. Super friendly and will call you before doing anything. As a woman with a small car I ve felt taken advantage of at other mechanics, and even mocked for having a fiat! Definitely bring your car here for all work.

Mike, Justin, Alex, and the rest of the Cross River Demon Shell team have done a good job maintaining and fixing our cars for over 20 years. They're not as fast as the dealers, but we save a lot of money. Also, they never tell us we need to do things earlier than necessary.

Please be careful when you use the auto shop mechanics at this location. The individual who I spoke with firstly got the date of my appointment wrong and then refused to acknowledge it and was immediately extremely rude in the process. In an effort to resolve the situation he was constantly passive aggressive and refused to listen. Although I continued to try and reason with him (although tbh he was so infuriating that by the end I was less than complimentary towards him), his constant rude and aggressive attitude was bizarre and very threatening. Use them at your own risk as this individual s behavior is a liability to their business.

Not a review guy at all but..Justin is the man. This place is extremely convenient and you can trust them. Justin knows what you need and will not oversell you.. The owner is a great guy and I recommend this place highly.

I recently had my car serviced at Cross River Demon Shell. I was so impressed by how the work was done so quickly. They even called me when my car was ready for pick up. The staff is always friendly from the cashier to the mechanics. I highly recommend this station for your car service needs.

Mike and Lisa went above and beyond this week! We had a NYS inspection earlier on one of the cars - easy and no issues. Huge snow storm coming this weekend and I decided last minute to get snow tires - they pulled it off same day! Their service has always been wonderful and helpful - helping to decipher what needs to be fixed on my older car in the past vs. what can be patched etc. I recommend them without hesitation.

Love this place! Mike and his dad, Mike senior, the guys in the garage and the truly awesome Lisa, who's a fierce advocate for the cars! When I told her my Infiniti was dying and probably on its last legs, she got indignant and told me it had a lot of spunk still! Seriously these guys know what they're doing, they're honest and forthright, and it feels sort of like what garages felt like when I was a kid, when cars were real and mechanics had to have some actual expertise!
