My wife and I took our vehicle down there to get it washed and it cause a lot of damage it tore off her mirror scratched the vehicle and bent the antenna. I contacted the owner of the carwash and he says that he has to review the video surveillance in order to make a determination if he will pay to have our vehicle fixed. We spoke with state troopers to file an incident report and the state trooper stated that there has been multiple complaints about the car wash in people's vehicles being damaged take a look at the damage photos. I would not recommend going to this carwash

In the middle of car wash earlier today and my car got stuck and kept trying to pull my car sideways. Then it stopped working leaving my car full of soap and half washed. Also it pulled my front bumper loose. Tried contacting owner but no response. I will drive to Horseheads from now on!!!

The owner is rude! I was trying to decide if i wanted to go to this car wash or find another one, when he approached my car (which made me uncomfortable) and pressured me into paying. I will never be back.

This car wash did wonderful with my car! The recently new owners where there is well. One of the owners spoke to me about different perks that they are going to implement in the future such as monthly passes and other ideas. The owner was very friendly and professional. I'll be sure to go back and get my vehicle cleaned often!

Was able to get the truck scrubbed down for a fair price. No long line to wait in and got rid of all the salt under and on the truck. Definitely going again when the truck needs a good scrubbing.

When this carwash first opened, it did a good job cleaning my car. Over the past year or so it has gone downhill, not sure if it has new owners or what. I decided to give it a try yesterday (3.21.22) as I was across the street, and figured they had fixed everything since I last used the carwash about four months prior. I selected the $15 wash which included wax and triple foam etc etc. As I entered the wash, I noticed there was no soap dispensing from above. As I continued through the wax did not dispense either. I was also shocked to see that only one set of the four spinning brushes were working. The top and second two side brushes were not even spinning. As I was exiting, the rinse nozzles were barely rinsing off the dirt from the back window of my car. I figured, ohh well, it was $15 bucks lesson learned. I got home and when I got out of my car, I noticed the one set of brushes that did work left an 4-5 scratch swipe down the passenger side of my car, hopefully I can buff it out. Don t waste your time contacting them for a refund, I tried that last time when I went through and it did not dispense soap/wax and the top spin brush did not work. No one answered the phone or replied to an email or anything. I recommend using one of the other washes in the area unless they completely re-build this one. It will cause more damage to your car than clean, just wanted to warn everyone, especially if you have a brand new car/truck.

We love this place. Never had a problem. Use common sense. If you've got a lot of bling on your car that sticks out and isn't stock go to a touch less wash. Don't take your aftermarket stick on parts in a car wash like this then complain because it got ripped off. It Cleary states before you enter what could happen. The attendant that is sometimes on duty (depending on time of) is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable. Other car washes that are similar char 12 to 13 for basic and don't do as good a job.

Fast and great results. The price us about the same as the "no touch" car washes everywhere but you get the soft cloth brushes, which I feel gives you a better result. They have an attendant on most days who can help if you have any questions/issues, and you can join a loyalty club and get free washes after so many purchases. Very happy after many trips here.

New owner changed brushes and sequence, also sped up the run. Car comes out dirty now, when it was clean before. Also option charges for undercarriage wash but don t see where that is still physically there. Been going there for years with 3 cars, not anymore.

I'd never been to a car wash before. The price was reasonable, the person working told me what I was suppose to do which was helpful. My car came out sparkling clean. Will go again next time I need a wash.

Decided to try this place because the other place had a long line. Extremely overpriced. 11.00$ for a basic wash + 2.00$ for a simple underwash, making your total 13.00$. The quality was 'eh'. I'll give them a star for cleaning the alloy rims to some extent. Otherwise the wash was fairly weak and didn't clean a few spots enough. Even though you'll wait less, the absurd price and dismal wash quality isn't worth it.Someone will be quick to point out the underwash is optional. That is true. However, the cost compared to other washes in the area make this car wash highly uncompetitive in terms of what is offered

Stopped in Friday night to wash the dirt and salt off my Durango, after I got home I noticed the hood of my car was scratched up really bad. There isn't much I can do about it as it's a hazard that happens at automated car washes. Please be careful if you have a higher end vehicle or a show car and this can cause possibly thousands in damages.

I've used this location a few times and it's always throughly cleaned my vehicle. It's not really expensive compared with other locations within the area. The ease of an automated carwash is always welcome.

Usually I hand wash my cars. In a rush, I got lazy and drove my black car through. My brand new flawless finish came out with long zig-zag scratches all over. The car wash does not apply enough water to even loosen the dirt...the car wash pads just ground the dirt into the clear coat of the car.

It is worth it to go there to clean your car and it's very quick and not much of a wait. Be aware that it's not a touch free water yet car wash. Brushes will come around your vehicle to clean it.

Always love going here. Owner is friendly and like other people have said. Always gets my car incredibly clean. Dont be stupid this isnt a pressure wash, itll rip excessive stuff off.

Worst car wash ever. $13 and still salt all over my car. Ill have to re-wash again. Also they don't wait long enough between cars to safety enter. Was afraid I was going to get rear-ended before my car was done coming out of the other end of the wash :/

The carwash made deep scratches on the hood of my truck. Swirly marks on the driver side along the doors. Well documented and it might take a while to get taken care of.

Took my dad's truck through. Did not get cleaned or rinsed. For $15 I expect them to at least get the soap off.

The kids had fun in this car wash only issue was the credit card reader wasnt work good thing i had cash with as if this happens there is no place to pull of the line everyone would have to back up just so you could get out

For once I didn t get the cheapest car wash I could find, only to be disappointed. After exiting, I walked around my Grand Caravan to discover mud all over the back of the van.

Disappointed that all the suds were not rinsed off my car. And the soft clothes hardly removed any of the bugs off my front bumper and grill. I really miss Delta Sonic in Roch and Buffalo! !!!!

I've always liked the business since I moved up here from Jersey, however I had an experience today that I'm not pleased with, Ill be getting in touch with the owner of this business to hopefully resolve my issue, SSG U.S.Army(retired)...

I just pulled up and the man working the terminal instantly starting being rude and insulting me when I asked about the prices. First he begged me to just pay the money and when I didn't he called me a fat*** and told me to get out. The whole altercation only took a minute but was enough to keep me from ever going back.

The wash didnt even clean my car and the attendant was extremely rude when I asked why there wasn't enough soap to clean a small car.
