I had questions, the young man behind the counter was quite rude and beyond that interrupted me about three times while I was trying to explain my problem and needs. I ended up walking out.

I went there to have a diagnostic done on our car, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I recommend Auto Zone 100%! The diagnostic test was free too! And spot on...we took our car to the Toyota dealer and found out we had a cracked spark plug! Rest assured that these people know their stuff!

Called a head for a part. Was told in stock and the price. Get there and they were busy, no problem. My turn guy says , what do you need. I told him and he says, we don't carry that. I explained I already called. He said someone told me wrong. I asked to talk to the lady when she was free as she was the one i talked to on the phone. He gave me attitude and an eye roll saying she wouldn't see anything different. She had heard this and came over and after talking for 15 seconds, she said yes I remember and we do have it in stock. He just walks away and she finished up with me. Would have been 5 stars if only had to talk to her

If you need help finding something, good luck with the employees helping in any way. 95% of them know nothing about cars & the younger kids were messing around, throwing paper at each other right in front of customers. I advise you go straight to advanced Auto parts. All employees know what there doing, are mature & will help with anything.

Sheila went above and beyond with customer service today. I came in looking for brake pads. She listened to me and took the initiative to look for remaining warranty. Because she went the extra mile, I got the brake pads I need replaced under warranty. Thanks for that!!!

The young kid helping me smirked like I was unlearned or something every time he asked me a question I didn t know. I was sent there to pick up 2 things for my husband, not to be made to feel like I shouldn t be there. I m not a mechanic, so feel like he should be more understanding and helpful. There was a woman next to him who was much more pleasant.

I hate this place to start with. However the person dealing with us was rude. Then tell us they have the part then don't. Watch other employee be rude to a different customer.

Nicest people. I was driving from Missouri to New Hampshire and had stopped for a camping site. When I started from campground, my alternator quit. I ran on battery for 15 miles. The AutoZone employees offered me tools, asked if I needed help and invited Elaine to wait inside the ac store while I worked. Even brought our dog inside. Great experience.

The store was large and clean, and could have been a nice experience, but the cashier was not friendly at all. Basically ignored me, barely even looked up from the cash register, and didn't say hi or anything. Maybe some people don't care about friendliness and just want to get in and get out, but I like to exchange a smile on the way.

Just spent just under $60 on car cleaning products. About 7 cans of various sizes. No bag offered, and when I asked for a bag, he said the "didn't have any"! Except right behind him are hanging racks of "autozone" bags. What about one of them, I ask? They are $2 he says. I guess that's the last time I shop there. If you go to Target, they give you a free bag, so it's not NY state to blame, it's really bad customer care that's the issue here. On the way out I dropped some of my new cans...thanks for nothing!

Store staff lacks knowledge unless you get their Commercial Accounts person. Staff is friendly but that isn't helpful when you need knowledge. Parts are about what you can expect, usually overpriced even though you would expect such a large chain to offer better prices based upon their ability to buy in bulk. Also, finding more and more often that they have to order the parts I need. While I expect this with my car as it is not as common in my area, but my F150 is prevalent and still have to order common items like drums, blower motors, wires, stuff I am able to get immediately at their competitors near by.

I'm giving a 5 because of Mike! He went over and above what he needed to do. He could have just sold me a battery but instead he contacted the place that had put in the battery and when he got nowhere with them, he found the owners phone number so I could call. He gave excellent customer service. He deserves recognition!

Even though there was 3 people standing at the counter they told me they were too short staffed to help with their advertised free battery replacement service. I am disabled and unable to carry or replace the battery on my own. Guess they just lost a customer for life. Oh and there is absolutely no way to call and make a complaint to a corporate number. It has you look up a regional office. Then the number they give you to the regional office is bad. It goes to a fax line.

Usually a good resource for my auto parts need but it seemed like pulling teeth to get someone at the register so that I could check out. I ended up finding the part number I needed as well while I waited for someone to come to the service counter. Usually it's a decent experience here thus the 2 star rating. There was 1 other customer in the store when I arrived and at least 3 other employees who couldn't be bothered to help me with any part of my purchase. Thanks google!

I have usually always had a great experience coming into this store. Today was not at all what I had hoped. I walked in and was ignored while two employees looked at me and continued talking. Finally when their conversation ended the one associate acknowledged me. When I told him my AC unit randomly stopped working he cut me off, without even asking what make/model my car was or anything, and told me I needed to recharge the AC unit and handed me what I needed. I don t know if that s actually what s wrong with it and instead of offering to take a look at it for me or ask me questions, or just be polite, he failed to do so. I am hoping that he s right and that s actually what s wrong, but he then told me to YouTube it. I am clearly NO car expert so to be told that just bothered me even more. Not happy with my experience here today.

Went in on Tuesday looking for a bolt was told they had to order it and it would be in on Wednesday. When I called to see if it was in they have no record of the order and now they say the bolt isn't even in their system. They had it on the screen on Tuesday. I'm done with you people. Hire someone that knows what their doing and wants to help customers. Never mind the I'm sorry reply it's just a waste of time.

These people drop everything to help. Have saved me thousands in repairs I didn't need. So I took my SUV to Goodyear for a slight shimmy. Was told that I needed ball joints replaced. Went to AutoZone to see about pricing. Guy literally crawled under the car and determined that the ball joints were as good as new. Another costly unnecessary repair avoided. Thanks guys!

There was a time they were real friendly. When going in asking about a part they would go over with you or get it for you. If you needed something checked on the car they would go out and check it. When employees are standing there chatting seems they have time to go help with getting parts. Times have changed.

I have HORRIBLE experience with this place. I hate leaving bad reviews too. Yeah, the people working there had a good personality. However, I have been there twice in an emergency situation. Once, my step dads car was getting really warm, we went there, they told us to try this type of oil that shouldn't burn as much, and have that smell. It had nothing to do with the oil, and it was an electrical issue.Second time was actually today, my dads jeep broke down. We went there to see what was wrong, they said it had nothing to do with the battery, or anything electrical. So the tow truck gets there, and what was it? The battery!I'll say never go here again, as of today.

Absolutely disgusting how employees can stand behind the counter and spit chew into a water bottle while talking to a customer. Great professionalism and customer service skills there. Thank you for ruining my dinner that I was looking forward to all day.

We called ahead, confirmed they had what we needed, drove half an hour, just to find out they did not have it. Then instead of being apologetic, they were extremely rude about it. This is the perfect example of horrible customer service! I would NOT recommend this Autozone.
