Wow! Frank and his team are the best! Amazing work, affordable pricing, quick and efficient. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto body work, you will definitely leave satisfied. They even cleaned and washed the inside and outside of my car prior to me picking it up it was such a nice surprise! I promise you, go see Frank! Thank you so much for your help, you will always be my go-to shop! AMAZING WORK!

Had an unfortunate accident on a college campus, took my car to this shop for the first time and had an amazing experience. The best customer service with an adorable four legged furry greeter in the entrence! My recommendation is Frank, he will explain everything to you and will keep you updated with anything you need to know throughout your car being serviced! 100/10 would recommend!

Frank Macri is the most professional person I have ever done business with. I went to him on a Thursday morning with a car emergency which he responded immediately. As always my car looks better and newer leaving than going in. Fabulous service. I recommend Frank to every one. Best body shop on the island. Hands down. I thought I d be without a car until after the holiday not the way they work so professionally and follow up always which I appreciate. 5 stars!

100% recommend . I brought my Nissan Rogue here to be fixed. I was so worried. Frank and Charmaine made me feel so comfortable. Frank and the guys in the shop did a great job on my 73 dart. car looks like nu. reasonable cost for restoration work, and done in 1 month, not 3 years like some shops. charmaine kept me aware of goings on when i called, and knew what was going on with job. thanks again, Frank, Charmaine and 631 Auto Body, Thanks Steve C

Brought my 2018 Nissan Rogue to 631 Auto Body when I was in an accident. Frank took care of everything for me, he really went above and beyond. He kept in touch with me the whole time so I knew what was going on. When it was done , my car looked better than when I bought it!! I highly recommend this business. In fact 631 Mechanic and 631 Tire all work together so any problem you have with your car, it will be taken care of. They are all great businesses.

Frankie and staff at 631 Auto Body are amazing ! Frankie was patient and attentive, as I explained to him what I wanted done to my '71 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. He stayed in communication throughout the whole process and even mounted a special hood ornament I chose for my Caddy. If you need any body work for your car this is the place to come to ! I came all the way from South Brooklyn and will continue to whenever I need body work done for my Cadillacs. Top notch A+ service these guys aren't rookies that's for sure !

Excellent body shop with an excellent crew. Their bread and butter work is newer cars but they can also work on old cars like metal repair. They have an amazing crew that do excellent paint and bodywork. I personally met the owner and the manager and they are two of the most amazing people i have ever met. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

great place if you need body work on yur car or truck would highly recommend this place. the Manager Frank is really a great and down to earth guy. and is fair and honest and will try and work with you, will have you laughing the whole time and is also a stand up comedian.

Went to see Frank and his crew at 631 autobody the other day to have my wheels refinished on my 88 Saleen convertible and they came out absolutely pristine! The shop is so clean and organized and Frank is just so personable and professional I knew I was in good hands! The finish on my wheels came out like showroom and Frank even had my car washed and prepped upon delivery, I was extremely happy with the price he charged me and I look forward to doing future business with him very soon!

Recently I reached out to Jay the service manager @ Long Island City Hyundai to recommend a trustworthy and skilled auto body shop. He spoke highly of 631 Auto Service in Copiague NY. Boy was he right. My very high-tech driver s side rear view mirror got knocked off along with some cosmetic issues associated with that event. I brought the car in to these very capable folks and felt immediately after meeting Frank Macri, John Guliano, and Tommy Heaney that I was confident my car was in the best hands possible. This team of experts were able to get the back-ordered side mirror in less than two weeks, when all other dealers couldn t get the part until mid-January. The shop is very clean and their work is impeccable, the workers are highly skilled, and prices affordable. I highly recommend 631 Auto Service and will always encourage friends and family to bring their car in for an estimate you will be very pleased. Customer service is their mission and their results are astonishing.

Very pleased with the excellent work done by631 Auto I brought my 15 Sentra with paint damage due to trying to remove Toys For Tots decals and unfortunately it ripped off my paint with them and when I brought the car for the shop to see I spoke with Frank who told me he would work with me due to how the damages occurred and he would make my car look new again and that s exactly what he did. Not to mention he got my car back to me in a greatly reasonable time and kept me updated on how the progress was going. Thanks Guys St 631 Auto Body

Couldn't be more pleased with the attentiveness to my cars needs, the quick but remarkable work and the staff. Frank is the most knowledgeable personable man. He is honest as well, and able to explain so I know what he is doing to my car at all times.

i have been here for a few jobs now and this place is amazing. done when he says he will be. does everything you ask for and more. quality of work and products used are fantastic. price is great. very professional. my one stop body shop from now on. i couldnt be happier with the work ive have done.

Called in for photo inspection today at 8am, and I was told they can not do it today due to bad weather (it was not raining). They also said "no one will do it in this weather for you today", meanwhile I called first body shop on my list - Andy's High Caliber Auto Body and they said "No problem, come in". Very disappointed with your customer service. I had my servce done with you before but I will not be back anymore.

Honestly I highly recommend this place without a doubt, the owner is a really nice person. He does what he says he ll do and keeps his word. I am really happy with the results he provided. If you re looking for a auto repair, this place is a go to!!
