We stayed for two nights in the "Waiting Room". Things we liked: The room was very large and had several antique furnishings and old wood flooring that gave it a lot of character. There was a wall just outside our room with many signatures from people associated with baseball that had stayed there. The wifi worked very well. Breakfast was very good and different each day we were there. We could walk to the Hall of Fame and lots of restaurants in just a few minutes. The things we didn't: Being at the very front of the building, there was a fair bit of road noise. Light sleepers who get this room should bring earplugs. Also, we couldn't get the temperature of the room adjusted to what we preferred, possibly being due to it being an older building.

The location is great! Walkable to everything. Rooms are nice and the theme of a dentists office is unique. Breakfast was good and the coffee was bottomless!Rooms: Rooms were all labelled different things, such as the "waiting room" which was where the patients would wait to see the dentist that used this building.Nearby activities: Hold courses, boat rentals

Stayed here in the Brown room with my husband for his birthday. Very clean and quaint! Room and private bath are very spacious! Has the charm of baseball history and Grandma's house. Breakfast was heavenly! They were very accommodating to our request for a late arrival. Within walking distance of the Hall! We will definitely stay here every time we visit Cooperstown!

This B&B is really close to the heart of Cooperstown and the Hall of Fame is within walking distance. The owner is super friendly and nice and the food served for breakfast is very tasty. Some of the furniture and fixtures are kind of old so that's either a pro or a con depending on your taste. My bed was ok, but not super comfy. It also squeaked a ton. Some of the hired help are a bit standoffish and awkward to talk to. Also the service suffers a tiny bit when the owner isn't around. Overall, it's a nice, convenient place to stay, and the price is reasonable.

This is a wonderful little hotel ! We stayed in one of the apartments. We had a great stay. We had our little dog with us and she was treated just like a guest. The owners are very nice and they work hard to do what ever it takes to make their guests happy. Josh who runs the front desk , is the best. He knows everything about Cooperstown and wants to help you have the best experience possible. As for the food, breakfast is a treat you don't want to miss. It is an old fashion delight. Served with silver and China. I can't say enough good things about the white house inn and suits. If you are going to visit Cooperstown, this is the place to stay.

Our stay at the Whitehouse Inn was totally enjoyable. The location is perfect, the staff (John and Karen) where awesome... Ed the owner was equally kind and personable and provided some great history on the Inn. The breakfast was tasty as was the classy presentation. We highly recommend staying here... It's also cool to check out the MLB signatures on the hallway wall.

Great location to walk around Cooperstown. Walking distance to the lake, baseball hall of fame, the distilliary exchange, and plenty of shops and restaurants. The owners were extremely friendly. Breakfast was fantastic! The room was as advertised. Ours had a creek next to it which was very nice to sleep next to. It was a bit pricey but reasonable for the area.

I bought my husband tickets to the Baseball Hall of Fame for his birthday and also wanted to do an overnight at a B&B. The White House Inn was just what I was looking for - not too formal, not too frilly. It was quaint, charming, and my techy husband had TV and WiFi. If you are visiting during cooler months, we highly recommend the Green Room with the gas stove. Ed and Josh were friendly and accommodating.

Very quiet, rustic inn a short walk from Main Street in Cooperstown. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room (The Red Room) was meticulously cleaned and comfortable. Super creepy paintings here and there, but hey, it's part of the aesthetic.

The room was nicely decorated, well furnished, nice bed and blankets, quaint, but didn't make breakfast early enough to get to my interview early as I originally intended. Breakfast was great-super tasty and homemade!!

Had reservations made for April of last year but had cancel because of COVID. Owner never refunded our deposit. Needless to say we WILL be going to Cooperstown soon but staying elsewhere.
