It's rare to find an honest and exceptional mechanic who goes the extra mile. Vinney and Mike have consistently delivered excellent, thorough service, clearly communicating the needs of my vehicle. I've been entrusting my car to them for years and will continue to do so. They provide fair pricing, and I trust them to do exactly what's needed. You can even conveniently drop off your car at night. If you're looking for a mechanic, don't hesitate call them today!

I brought my 2009 Cadillac cts in for timing chain replacement last week with a Carsheild service plan. Vinney walked me thru how the process works and what my responsibilities would be . Carsheild did pay for some of the cost and i paid the balance.Vinney is a great mechanic and was very pleasant and honest to work with. I'll be going back with my other cars when needed.Caddy is running great !!

What a garage should be. Vinny is honest and straightforward, with your concerns and limitations kept in mind. Called for brake price estimation before work and one of the mechanics was patient in answering all my questions. If you don't need it, they'll tell you. Not many garages do that, and I appreciate them so much more for it. Thank you Vinny, Crew, and the fabulous Kim.

Vinney made a point of calling me at the very end of the day (possibly later). The tire pressure light had gone off, and the car was needed for client appointments the next day. Vinney listened closely and invited us to bring the car in we d receive prompt attention. As it turns out, *two* tires had problems: in one, a nail. In the other, a leaking seal with the tps unit.Vinney s crew fixed the problems at a very reasonable price, and had us on the road in time for those client appointments.

Needed NYS Inspection but dreaded that I might need a brake job to pass inspection. Told Vinney about my concern and was happy to learn brakes are good. Last year I was taken advantage by another repair shop after I expressed a concern about brakes on my wife's car. Wil definitely use Vinney again

Vinny s is a great local mechanic shop you can trust! When do those words go hand in hand? They do here. Haven t been to Vinny s in years but recently returned as a customer because I recalled how honest they were when I had an older vehicle serviced there. The service has not changed! They re extremely kind, great to deal with, honest, and trustworthy. They also get the work done in a timely fashion. You can now setup an appointment online also. No hidden fees or work done that you don t need. They truly have you and your vehicle s best interest at heart.

Vinny is the real deal, been going there for years, so does my son, Ive had tire places and dealerships tell me things were wrong with my guy and Vinny told me no there wasn't. Many people in my office use Vinny s Auto. We trust him, no sales pitch to add on, always helpful, takes pics to explain what he sees, always friendly and helpful. He even tells you what to look for on dealership work I had done when I wasn t commuting to Rockland during Covid. Highly recommend ! Personally, I will only go to Vinny and I recommend him to anyone who mentions they need work on their vehicles. Upon meeting him AND his staff, you recognize his genuine kindness and honesty, trust is extremely important when you re dealing with a mechanic and coming here you ll instantly see that they highly value that. I met him a few years ago and just really liked how personable he was. Vinny is always at the shop overseeing his team with his decades of experience, he answers the phone/returns your call and the business has a real family vibe overall. He makes a point to talk to you personally, breaks down any issues that your car is having in terms you can understand. He s realistic, never recommends work that doesn t need to be done and he works with you depending on what you can budget in to get done at the moment. He does not over charge you or add in service charges that you didn t expect. I ve never had to return to the shop with a complaint or had any issues with the work him and his team have done. Clearly, I highly recommend you try dropping your car off here!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been going to Vinny for years. He is always honest, fair and reasonable. Many of my family members bring their cars to him as well.They all say great things about him.He does great work and always looks for a way to save you money.

I would give zero stars if I could. They did work to my girlfriends car without confirming with us on how much the price for parts and labor. They way over charged for the battery. Vinny the owner was rude about undoing the work and charged us for labor we never even asked for. We just needed a simple battery check. I highly suggest you take your business somewhere else!

The staff is very friendly and courteous with excellent customer service. I have brought my cars here for service and maintenance on several occasions. The Audi dealership wanted to charge me nearly $4000 for work that Vinny deemed unnecessary at this time. It's refreshing to have an honest repair shop in this day & age! Highly Recommended!!

I needed a car inspection and Vinnie's Automotive was very accommodating. Vinnie explained the process for my car and I made the appointment for the next morning. Everything went just as expected, quick and easy. They were all very professional and attentive. I would definitely recommend them.
