Since the new service manager, the service team is now allowed and do continuously shine bright in the sense they give and offer unparalleled personal customer service. This especially goes out to Mark and Matt in the service department! They go above and beyond helpfulness and do NOT upcharge and or try to find other work to make your service bill more than originally discussed. If they can, they will ensure you get a loaner vehicle while your car is in the shop and even pick up your vehicle 40 minutes away and take it back to the shop and drop it off for you. This is a huge deal for me whom is in a wheelchair and a vehicle with a left foot gas pedal in it. The ONLY reason why I'd ever consider getting another Ford is because I'd have these honest, dedicated and caring people on my side to ensure my vehicle will last for as long as I want it to. Because of them I know my vehicle will be on the road for another 100k (currently has 198k). As a disabled Marine Veteran I have to say this last piece where I can with out a doubt call this place a Veteran Friendly business in every sense of the word.

As usual, the service department performed expeditiously at my appointment time. The entire team did everything possible to assist me with a recent injury while at the same time carrying out their service duties. A big thank you to Ted and Mark. I've had an ongoing, intermittent issue with my truck stalling for the past 6 months. The dealership I was taking it to was "clueless"! I finally took it to Autosaver Ford Comstock, NY and the problem was immediately diagnosed & repaired! I'm sold! Bob Schoonmaker hands down the most patient straight forward sales professional. We worked him hard for roughly 8 days plus. At the end it boiled down to Comstock ford or Irwin Ford in NH. Sales Staff @ Irwin ford had a great deal but they were down right rude. They Did not want to deliver a truck to New york. The sales Professional did not know much about gearing or the options. At the End we Kept the money local & choose Bob Schoonmaker & Comstock Ford. Bob Is a great sales professional. Delivery driver was great. Overall great,great ,great folks to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOB SCHOONMAKER AN COMSTOCK FORD
