Worst car wash ever I paid for the managers special and when I got home this is what my car looked like never going back to this place again! (I have 2021 Volvo ) it s a new car it shouldn t look like this after car wash there also was no line I went at 2 pm on a Monday ! And I left a 5$ tip

Worst car wash. I feel i been robbed i paid $80 to get the best car wash that cleans everything which feels like a $15 car wash. Truely. Disappointed And when i said something to their cleaners they laugh. My inside looks the same they didnt vacuum right. If i can rate no star i would.

I have used this lube place for at least 6 years, and I have put up with a few of the mistakes they have made over the years, but enough is enough. Last time I was here, my 2022 Hyundai Palisades was leaking oil because the low quality filter they charged me $20 for was defective and had a bad seal. The mechanics acknowledged the filter seal was defective and suggested an oil/filter change service which I accepted and paid for. (They did not offer to cover the cost even though their filter caused the problem). Today, I went back to do my scheduled oil change and brought my own high quality filter to avoid having the same issue. Well, they surprised me by saying that because I brought my own filter they wouldn t honor the free car wash they advertise with every oil change. So, I asked that they check with a manager and the answer was still NO. I don t argue with crooks so I will simply take my $1200/y worth of business to another shop. Congratulations on losing a good customer!

This is the best car wash in all of Queens. They make you feel like family greatest customer service ever if I could rate 10 stars, I would.

I stopped by here to get the oil change done on the way to a shopping mall. It is the first time that I ve been here for checkups my car today and I ve noticed that it comes with the complementary car wash service, including 18 points check-ups when you get the oil change or any car service done here.I really recommend it s really worth paying for the stuff and waiting in line. it took me less 30 minutes to be done for oil change. All the staffs are really friendly and professional. There is one of staffs helping me know about my car happening or having problem and professionally explained about that in the easiest way possible. A lady at the front desk is so helpful and nice. The way they smile to their customers is impressive. Thanks.

Great place I highly recommend it. I have been going to Silverpoint to service my car now for the past five years and the technician Mike is amazing and very knowledgeable in regards to my car. Although I moved out of state, I know that my car is in good hands and come back for the great service all the time. So if your looking for a great mechanic stop by and ask for Mike!!

Paid $244 for their "full detailing" service. I got a call from them 5 hours later to pick up the car. I could immediately notice dirt on the door jams so I told the guy to clean it. It was past 7pm and I was tired from working so I didn't perform thorough check on the spot. Next day morning I inspected their work and look what I found... Wheel has not been cleaned at all, door jam and sunroof jam were full of dirt, and the exterior had a lot of black grease spot all over the car as though they used a dirty cloth to apply wax(did they even apply wax? I couldn't tell really). Interior also had a lot of missed spots and the back seat belts were not cleaned. I feel sick that I paid $244 for this. This is your average $20 automatic car wash place. Do not pay any more than that for "premium" service that they are not capable of.Edit 1: Thanks for the free extra service offer Jose, but I already spent 4 hours cleaning all the spot you did not clean. I only recommend you to do better job on the next customer.

The worst wash in all queens here they don't give a brush and the car comes out dirty don't waste your money here really if you love your car I recommend sparkles carwash best washing machine and brush

I had windshield wipers installed right before the big bad storm, unfortunately the brand used was not working properly. I brought it back and the manager verified that indeed it was not working appropriately and had Mike change them for better ones. Now they work perfectly. I'm happy that they guaranteed their job, and made it right. Thanks to the manager , and to technician Mike who helped with the switch.

I washed my car this morning on june 29/2021 its still dirty maybe the brushes are not in effect or they just rollin and rollin not cleaning !! They were used to be good but not anymore

Terrible customer service. I had a problem with my card and called them to proceed with the payment of membership, at the same day !!!! they said they couldn t make it and I needed to pay 5 dollars to keep it, the attendant couldn t barely speak English, I wonder why they change so many times their workers at this place. I will take my business somewhere else. This place is trash

I did bring my car here for oil change and they give me a pass for a regular car wash the regular price for this is $21.97 but my car was like not body touched inside this was today 07.11.2022

After a year of membership, dishonest workers who cannot accept their mistake by snatching the car carpets,Manny, the manager refuses to fix the carpets because he didn't see anything, after bringing up the situation previously; unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest.Not recommending this carwash any longer.

I have gotten several oil changes and car washes here regularly. Every time, Mike who performs my oil change, recommends I flush my engine for an additional charge due to oil build up. I m sure that there are conflicting opinions on this, but from what I have been told and after doing research online, it s a scam and can cause more harm than good. When I went in for my most recent oil change about a month ago, I asked for new windshield wiper blades as mine were on their way out. They offered to put them on at no charge, however, the passenger side blade that was installed was the wrong size and was making a weird sound every time they were in use. I took my car back in to have this fixed and also planned to use the free car wash that comes with every oil change. I realized that the free car wash expired 3 days prior but politely asked if they would still honor it. I was told no and brushed off by someone at the desk even after having to come back in so they can fix their mistake. Mind you- I went during the week when it was not busy at all. Don t expect quality car service or customer service when coming here.Service: Oil change

I paid $73.58 for a full service but after washing my car they parked it in front of their shop and they started and kept cleaning other cars and my car was waiting there for 1 more hour. Arrived home v. late

Been coming here for 1 year and they get the job done. Some places have extremely long lines and that s not the case here (except sometimes) but it always moves so quick. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and my car is clean clean clean for days after. I personally have a subscription (silver wash) which makes it so easy as it s a set price monthly for unlimited washes (1 per day). Remember to tip the guys I d recommend this car washServices: Polishing, Car waxing

The top brush didn t work I asked manger he said ohooo...ya...Thank you Is this ok to wash my car like this? He said ya..ya..is fine Because I didn t see the underbody spray things and I asked him if it s wash under body with manager special ? Ya ya it does Then I checked underbody is DRY everywhere

Best car wash in the area!! I get a car wash at least once a week or every other week. The staff here are super friendly from the start of the car wash to the end. The girls in the front are super nice and friendly. Manny is always walking around with a smile on his face and helping out with everything. The service department here is also great. Super fast and the guys are very knowledgeable. I trust the entire staff here with my car and will not go anywhere else.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Manny helped me out with such amazing service for my vehicle inspection . It wasn t even more than 30 minutes he had me in and out of the shop . I m very happy with my service and truly recommend for people who haven t been here please stop by and get anything you need for your vehicle and for a car wash is definitely 5 star . From start to finish it is you one stop car shop!!! Get a oil change get a FREE car wash!!! Mike the Mechanic is THE BEST....fair prices & mechanics/staff you can trust! All my cars work is done there & who does not like a free (GREAT) car wash w/an oil change!!!! The girls behind the desk are always pleasant & helpful as well as the Manager & car wash crew!!!! This car wash was magnificent...they took care of me at each visit, whether it was auto maintenance or detailing. they customer service was superb also with them showing that they care about their customer and taking the time to do things the correct way. before charging you very good attention but after that lousy! They did not have a filter that my car needed and they told me that they could order for the next day, due to work issues I could not return and I went on Saturday. They didn't have the filter and they told me to come back in 2 hours apart from the bad treatment of the staff... to complete they had calibrated the wheels wrongly and to do it right they wanted to charge me again.
