John and Jerry were a fantastic team! 100% reliable and honest. Wish John were back but Jerry has done a tremendous job doing all the work by himself. Always hard working and a positive, friendly attitude! John and Jerry were a great team. Since John left, Jerry continues to provide high quality service to all of his clients, but he is the only guy there at this point. I have to wonder what happens if Jerry goes on vacation or (God forbid) gets sick. I guess the shop closes? An unsolicited piece of advice to the owner - bring back John!Service: General repairs & maintenance

John and Gerri are fantastic mechanics. They go above and beyond excellence in service. I ve had issues with both my cars and they could not have been nicer. Even dropping me home. John and Jerry run the service portion of the gas station. Although the gas prices are among the highest on LI, (not related to the guys that lease and operate the service bays), the automotive service provided is excellent. John and Jerry are most importantly, honest and fair. The rates are reasonable (which is surprising, given the location. I would never have expected to find such a gem in this location). They stand behind any work they do and they do an excellent job. I have been using them for a number of years for all of my cars (several Chevy's, Subaru, and Mazda). Need to drop off your car and get a lift home? No problem. Want to drop it off in the morning and pick it up late at night.? Also not a problem (the gas station itself is open into the evening and they will give you the keys, take payment, or allow you to drop off at night with a note to John or Jerry for what you need.) I know and trust them so when I drop off a car for an oil change or inspection, I'll ask them to take a look to make sure everything is ok. Often they'll say, "you're fine, nothing needed". Sometimes they'll tell me if something is starting to go and will tell me how urgent it is to repair (e.g. "your front tires are starting to wear. You probably have another 5,000 miles left on them if you want to wait.") They understand that they are building a relationship and never try to make a quick buck on something. Guys like this earn your business and they deserve it.

If you are looking for an honest and friendly mechanic, then this is the place for you! John and Jerry are so helpful and always make time for me when I am having an issue with my car. Couldn't recommend them more!

Professional isn't the word. I just popped in for a simple oil change, but I got a look at how John and Larry run their business. I overheard John talk with a returning customer about the RESEARCH he did on a customer's problem, to be certain he knew what was wrong, instead of guessing and costing the man more money. I was amazed. That's a level of integrity and dedication to customers you just don't find everywhere these days. Does your mechanic do that? He would if this was where you brought your car.

These guys are excellent mechanics to help you with more problems and you really have a good day to take care of something that s there already that you didn t see my friends have used them for years they re easy to get to go Acacian is like the best part of it like I said he s even trying to deal with these people.
